I chose this shop based on positive reviews but was extremely disappointed with the quality of work. My vehicle was backed into in September and finally returned today after multiple trips back. At pickup, the hood was misaligned and the bottom bumper scratched. At home, I found additional issues: a cracked aftermarket (AFK) headlight, clear coat drips, and polish/burn marks around the driver-side door. While the burn marks didn’t go through the paint, they still reflected rushed workmanship. I spoke with the general manager about these concerns, but none were properly communicated to the technicians. I later learned the manager had been terminated, which explains the miscommunication. The CAPA-certified hood didn’t fit properly, and despite multiple corrections, the front hood/bonnet was still scratched at one point before being fixed. Even after everything, the hood alignment was slightly off, and I was told there was nothing more that could be done because it was OEM. I still don’t understand how the shop released my vehicle in that condition—an aftermarket (AFK) headlight was cracked, the paint had issues, and the CAPA-certified hood was misaligned. My frustration wasn’t about waiting for parts; it was entirely with the quality of work and having to bring the vehicle back multiple times to address issues that should have been fixed the first time. Communication was extremely poor—I did not receive a single email, text, or phone call with updates, which was especially surprising given that other reviews mentioned regular updates. It was also clear the shop seemed frustrated with my follow-ups, but that is not my fault—these issues arose because the work was not completed properly initially. I’m glad insurance covered the cost, as I would not have wanted to pay for this work myself. While most issues were eventually corrected, the process shows a clear lack of attention to detail and oversight, which is frustrating given the high cost of the repairs.

This place use to great work but not no more. They replaced my bumper back in April and fast forward to now. I reverse to pull out of a parking space and the snow literally almost ripped my bumper off. There wasn’t much snow and I’ve never seen anything like it. Must be due to crappie parts. When they first changed it I had to bring it back because the corner was sticking out. Then I picked it up and a week later I had the same issues but didn’t want to deal with it so I let it be. New owners are cutting corners. There was no cement involved I was in a normal parking spot and the snow literally ripped off my bumper because the work was trash. So stop lying

We've been going to B&L for years! The work they do is great and the pricing is fair. The folks there are always competent and friendly. Diamond and Stanford helped us out the day before Thanksgiving and resolved our issue in a flash! We always send our friends their way. Highly recommend!

Unfortunately, my car was deemed totaled and we were not able to get it repaired. But the B&L team were very communicative throughout the process, and by looking at their work spaces and some completed repairs as customers left their lot, I can say that I would be confident in their work and would consider them for any future jobs. Their staff (shout out Diamond) are professional and helpful! Johnny from the shop helped me out with getting something out of my wrecked car which was very nice of him.

I've only been taking my car here for about a year, but they've earned a long-time customer. I went in yesterday for a simple oil change, and on the way home I noticed a nail in my tire. I was able to bring it back later that afternoon and Issac took care of it for me. Everyone is really friendly and willing to help out.

I had an excellent experience at B&L Body Shop, thanks to Isaac. He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of — from explaining everything clearly to working out a great price. I’ve been here before and they do awesome work. You can tell he genuinely cares about customer satisfaction and wants you to leave the body shop knowing you got the best price and service. Ask for Isaac if you want excellent service. Although everyone here is friendly and knowledgeable, I really appreciate the time and effort he put in to make the whole process smooth and stress-free.

Wow. I feel lucky to have found this place. Twice now the manager solved problems for me without forcing me to spend a fortune. In the first instance, he told me that a problem I had did not need immediate repair and he even told me where I could get it repaired more cheaply. In the second instance he identified faulty wiring when only hours before a huckster told me I needed an alternator. It is rare to find an auto repair service that is so honest and helpful. I cannot praise these guys enough. Don't hesitate to use them!

Went here after an accident - they worked with me to not only keep costs down, but to have the car looking as good (and in some cases better) than before. Very communicative, walked me through everything before starting work so I understood what was happening to my car. Isaac was absolutely the best at working with me and being very informative and responsive. Will be now going back to them for my regular mechanical needs as they earned my trust after the auto body work they did.

Better than the Tesla service center! Previously used the Tesla dealership service center for Tesla auto body repair on our other car and this was hands down so much better! B&L Automotive Repairs actually treats you like a person instead of a number. Abel was my auto body service advisor and he actually listened to my concerns and explained everything clearly. The collision repair work on my door panel was perfect and they finished 2 days earlier than promised. They worked with my insurance company and the whole experience was completely stress-free.

Highly do not recommend this auto body repair shop, they are totally corrupt when it comes to working with the insurance companies, and do slow lousy work from what we came to find out, taking a vehicle apart and putting them back together properly was a major task and not done right, and blame the customer or say it was like that before bs., and all that was done was technically not needed for what needed to be done which was back side body fender work and a paint job, they ended up stripping the whole car down, which was over kill, they didn’t take the right steps to deliver quality service or work, 3 months they kept our car costing $15250.00k., and we were not happy with the end results and they treated us and the car as like we were an inconvenience and they meaning the so-called Manager said they would never have taken this work seeing how old the car was, which was amazing to hear after the fact of the service advisor writing up the paperwork., all While firing him this service advisors. The office here is ran like a hot mess. Best to find a better shop. Don’t go based on years in business and high reviews ratings and them being in network of your insurance companies, like we did, that was our biggest regret.

I highly recommend B&L for any of your service needs. We took our vehicle in for an issue that was noted from another dealership and right away Abel, their district manager, took initiative, and took care of the repair. Abel is a great example of how a manager should be. He handles situations well and makes sure his customers are taken care of. He was empathetic, kind, attentive, and made sure to explain the process and was very transparent. You will not be disappointed with their service. All the staff there were very nice and helpful. They make sure their customers leave happy. I will definitely be referring friends and family.

Received amazing service! Recently bought a used car and needed body and mechanical work. Service was done in the shortest time with superior attention to detail to get me back on the road. I was even offered to be a courtesy drop off as body work required a few days in the shop. The mechanical work, issue diagnosis, and appropriate service recommendation worked out great to fit into my budget.

Dropped my car off on 8/29/24 for bumper replacement, headlight replacement and fender realignment after a minor front end collision while parked. Repairs were completed 9/12/24 for a reasonable price as this was an out of pocket deal. While picking up my repaired vehicle I noticed a few issues. The new front bumper was caught on the passenger headlight and was not sitting flush as the drivers side was. After a walk around on the exterior, I noticed a 1/8” size amount of paint missing front the drivers door from what appeared to be a door ding. Near the rear bumper on the passenger side, contact was made with presumably another vehicle’s tire which caused friction on the rear spat and burned through about 1” length of paint. No realignment work was performed to the drivers fender. All of this was confirmed with the photos I had taken of the exterior before handing my car over. I spoke with my estimator, Chris G, during the completion inspection about these issues. He explained to me that when I bring in my car in ~30 days for the clear bra application, they will touch up the two paint issues, realign the bumper with the headlight, and realign the fender. (Will update review when these issues have been addressed)

I got a large scratch on my car from a yellow pole in my blind spot. I called B&L when they opened in the morning, and they told me to come in during my lunch break and they would take a look. To be clear, I did not want to fix the door completely; I just wanted them to buff out the yellow staining from the pole. I came in during my lunch break, and they took a look at my car right away. The receptionists were very friendly and said that Ramiro was available. Ramiro buffed out all the yellow in a few minutes and had me on my way (the entire experience only took 22 minutes, including driving there and back). I asked the receptionist how much I owed for the buff, and she said it only took a few minutes and just to leave them a good review. It was on the house! I was shocked! As promised, here is my good review of B&L. What a friendly, honest, and accommodating staff. Thanks so much!

B&L Automotive Repairs, Inc. provided 5 star service from start to finish. Their friendly, professional and cooperative front desk staff was able to schedule me within a matter of days from my rear end collision. Estimator Derek Bogseth was friendly, knowledgeable and reasonable regarding the estimate of cost. They walked me through the entire process from start to finish prior to me making any commitment to repairs. After receiving the estimate I was dropping my car off at B&L and in a rental all within 48 hours. B&L was ahead of schedule on the replacement of the rear bumper, repair of the trunk door and new paint. Color match was exceptional and from start to finish this body shop had me back in my Honda in less than 1 week. B&L Automotive Repairs, Inc. also works with most insurance companies and was able to handle mostly all claims communications on my behalf. In all, I would highly recommended B&L Automotive Repair, Inc. for any and all auto body damage repair and vehicle paint necessities. B and L Automotive were excellent. I brought in a 2020 Toyota Camry with front end damage and they quoted me a price and went above and beyond to get my car fixed within my budget. The repair itself was amazing. They have great customer service and free cookies at the front desk too. I worked with Cris Guzman during the whole process and he was always available via email (my preferred method of contact). He was attentive and professional through the whole process and had my car ready a day before it was supposed to be! I will definitely recommend them!

They did a fantastic job with the repairs. My car when from looking like it was punched in the face to looking brand new 👍🏾. They did forgot to order a part which extended the repair time by a week. (Which is my only complaint). But both Rick & Diamond we’re very professional and communicated well.

I had a very positive and pleasant experience at B&L. While being in an accident can be frustrating, B&L walked me through the process of what they were going to repair and how long it as going to take to wait for parts and such. I’ve read plenty of reviews for other shops and people being in a long never ending waitlist and even when I reached out to other places myself they were very cold to me and not wanting to take me on. B&L wasn’t like that, and was gracious and nice since the very beginning. The receptionist Diamond was very nice the entire time and our technician Roddis updated me throughout the entire repair process. I am happy with their work and our car looks like new. I highly recommend them

I recently got repairs done to my vehicle after it was hit. The service was great and speedy. I received updates via email through all the stages of the repairs. Upon receiving my vehicle it looked good as new as if no accident had happened. Roddis is a great estimator with great customer service. He took care of the vehicle and the process was a breeze. Thank you Roddis and the B & L team for great workmanship and service. Would definitely recommend and bring my vehicle back for future services.

My car isn’t the newest car on the block having aged a bit, but I’m pretty sure the steering wheel wasn’t disintegrating in my hands when I had turned it in! TL; DR: I thought I was going to get top notch collision repair service based on the many 5 star reviews. In the end, I got a subpar poor workmanship with a side $100-$300 damage to the car parts and several ounces of frustration. For a place that is booking out to October, I would take my business elsewhere. Just look at the photos and tell me what you think. The same thing happened with my car key. I put the spare for a side by side comparison. The right key was handed to the auto shop. What probably happened is because they are so overbooked, the detailers got sloppy and took shortcuts. They were probably handling acetone, methylethyketone (MEK) and some other typical paint solvents and probably never took off their gloves when handling the internal components of the car. Hence, why the steering wheel and car key fob in the right is smudged. Quality of Work: This car has had work done at another auto repair shop outside of the state, so I know an excellent paint finish when I see one. Here, the paint job is subpar at best, with multiple artifacts that the camera can’t capture close to detail but you can feel with your hands. Some other paint jobs that the manager Gino said they would take care of was never done, and is downright sloppy. Communication: Carla ensured that I would get the car in time when I had asked, so on that front she deserves a gold star. But the fact that I had reserved my spot a month in advance, put a $500 down payment, to only be told that I never was on the schedule despite the B&L paperwork specifying the date of my car appointment was downright frustrating. I even had called a week before to ensure my car appointment was still on schedule.

Great experience with B&L. They were very accommodating, easy to deal with and did awesome work. I had extensive work that was needed on my car. B&L worked with the insurance company, used all factory parts and made the car look near new again. I hope I don't need B&L again, but if I do I will be sure to return to them.
