THEY ARE SO GOOD. Our car was vandalized and the crew went above and beyond. Our car is in even better shape than before the incident.

They had to fight for the right fix with Geico because Geico wanted them to do a fix that would cause rusting in the future, and Geico severely underestimated the repairs required initially. Thank you so much for going to bat for us - will definitely come back! Hopefully with a car that isnt vandalized and has normal car problems!

I went in to get a quote to fix the frame of my rear end. After looking at my car, they suggested replacing the rear end or a quick fix. I agreed to the quick fix because my trunk didn’t close (only real damage). The mechanics were able to fix my trunk under 30 minutes free of charge. They made small talk and jokes as I waited. Super friendly and professional environment. Great service! 100% recommend and will visit again!!

Jimmy is the best guy in Chicago. Then when it comes to your vehicle he’s the best in the city. Always helping with affordable help. Cleans your car while there. I seen him help a college student for free with her horn because it was easy for him. He charged her nothing. He changed my oil for next to nothing because I’m a building neighbor. Jimmy is a stand up honest man. His staff is also amazing and helpful. I can’t say enough greatness about jimmy!

I cannot recommend Jordan Auto Body enough! All of the employees truly care about their customers, keeping pricing fair, and doing their best work. I took my car in when I needed an extensive repair to my back bumper and side passenger door which required purchasing a number of pieces and completing electrical work. I was kept in communication throughout the entire process, my car was completed ahead of schedule, and looked good as new. I sought out this location due to a recommendation that I received from a friend, and will continue to pass along the recommendation to anyone who is in need of car repair. You will be in very good hands here!

My experience here was amazing, there repaired the rear end on my dads car after an accident. You can't even tell there was any repairs done to it. It took them less then a week to get my car back. I really appreciate your hard work. I highly recommend this place if ever in need of body repairs.

I don’t know where to begin so I’m start by saying this place is Wonderful. My car was damaged and I took it to Jordan by the reviews they received. They definitely did a outstanding job on my car and they communicated with me very well. When I picked up my car I wasn’t expecting them fix it correctly but, they proved me wrong. They made sure that every scratch, dent and ding was out to perfection. I most definitely will be returning back to them for any body work fixing.

Great place, quality work, friendly people. Your car comes out better than new. Detailed my vehicle inside and out and did a great job. Highly recommend from anything as minor as a bumper repaint to a completely smashed front end.

I feel so happy about the work they have done in my car. The owner provide me great customer service and he was always nice and polite. Good price for changing door on a 17 altima. Excellent Work. So happy to work with them. Carl and the owner they give always give you the best deal. The owner is a nice man he was always fun and nice to my lil girl. I absolutely recommend you guys this shop. So I picked up a Nismo 350Z, and just 2 weeks later it got keyed. I wasn't too pumped. Brought the car to Jordan based off of their google reviews, and they did an absolutely amazing job for me! Worked great with my insurance company, absolutely nailed the paint job on the affected panels, and returned the car with a completely cleaned interior, looking better than when I bought it. This place really went above and beyond for me, and I would recommend them to just about anybody. And if you are a car guy, they understand the car nerd mindset and treat you right. Thanks!

I've had two visits with Jordan's Auto Body and BOTH were 1st Class service! The first was visit was due to a side swipe. They had me in and out in less than a week. The second visit, my car was TOTALED!

After 35 days of going back and forth with my insurance company to total the car out ($18K estimate to repair), they refused. 20 days from that point, my '13 Camaro SS was back together like nothing had ever happened!!!

Jimmy, Rodolfo and the entire staff at Jordan's Auto Body were very patient and helpful throughout the ENTIRE process. There was never a lag in communication and I always felt better after speaking with Jimmy. Time after time he said, "Don't worry, we'll take care of you." And he backed every letter of every word of that statement up.

I brought my black Crossfire there last summer. I don't trust a lot of body shops can do a good job with black paint but had a friend with a black car who recommended Jordan to me. I was not disappointed with the results. Jimmy gave me a very fair price to do various work to get my car looking new again. He also stands behind his work. I have a wing on my car that is known to bubble with black paint, something to do with the plastic it is made out of and paint not sticking well. Well, it did start to bubble again and Jimmy wants to make it right, so I'll be bringing it back to him as soon as the weather improves. More recently I had my Escape Hybrid in his shop. Someone with very terrible insurance rear ended my car and I was not happy with the amount of money they wanted to give me to fix the bumper and the shop they used for the estimate, but Jimmy said he would do the work for the little money they gave me and also did more work on the car to make it looking new again too. Twice I've been wowed by the quality of work and fair price. I have had quite a few details on my cars over the years and no one has done as good of an interior details as the guys did on my Escape. Mark and Jimmy are great to work with and Jordan is a place that actually does make sure customer happiness is #1. Thanks guys!

I like to give a special shout out and a big thank you to Jimmy and Jordan Automotive for providing me with excellent customer service and treating me like family. I was new to the Chicago area and I had to get my two front bumpers repaired and painted on my white f150. Not only was the price right and affordable I got my truck back in less than 2 days. Since that time I ve came back to Jordan Automotive to get a power window switch, custom grill, tail lights installed and some additional work done to my truck. All that in one day and I still had money left over to pay my bills. I scraped the entire driver's s side of my car and received a recommendation to call Jimmy at Jordan Auto Body. He agreed to see me right away and gave me a more than fair estimate to repair my damage. His entire staff was friendly and helpful and worked really hard to repair my car. The end result was beautiful. They finished my car on time with a lifetime warranty and it looked better than when I purchased the car. They cleaned up the inside and even fixed the outside temperature gauge. (nice Touch)

I was really impressed with the whole operation. Jimmy even made sure I got to work on time when I dropped my car off and had a rental car agent call me within the hour. He made the whole process easy for me. I was really happy with my experience there. I hope I don't need anymore auto body work. However, if I do, I will definitely return to Jimmy and his shop.
