The quality of the work on my vehicle was top-notch—it looks brand new again. The associates hand washed my car before and after the work. I popped into Bucktown Auto Body because I had scraped the side of my car on the edge of my garage panel. They graciously took the majority of the dent out and buffed out the major scratches for free. I am so incredibly impressed with their customer service! Highly recommend these folks!

Had a great experience with Bucktown Auto!! I came in for a free estimate for damage I had done to my SUV while backing out of my garage and only took a few minutes before they emailed me a very competitive quote. They worked with me on what days worked best for them to do the work on my car. They even finished 2 full days earlier than expected - so quick! I loved being able to work with the women at the company and felt like they walked through the whole process with me. They updated me via text while work was being done. They even cleaned the inside and outside of my car on the day I came to pick up. Highly recommend!

Everyone at Bucktown Auto Body was extremely kind and professional. I received regular updates regarding the status of my vehicle’s repairs, and once my car was ready it was cleaned inside and out, looking spotless. Repairs were done well and finished a day earlier than promised. If I ever require body work on my vehicle in the future, this is the only place I’d bring it.

I came to get a dent repaired on my truck and was pleasantly surprised when I was told the original 2 week estimate would only take 1 week instead. They called me after 6 days saying it was done, and I was grateful I wouldn’t be without my vehicle for long in the winter time. When I came to grab it I found they had not only fixed the dent and repaired the body panel, but cleaned and waxed my vehicle on the outside and vacuumed and wiped it down inside as well. Great experience and I’d definitely come back for body work on my vehicle in the future.

i’ve gotten my car fixed here twice now! they’re extremely efficient, keep you updated the entire process and kind! my car was fixed within 2 days and came home cleaned out on the inside too which is always a nice perk :) will forever be getting my car fixed here!

We recently had my son‘s car in bucktown after it was hit. The repair, service and communication was outstanding. Bucktown was nothing short of amazing. I received an update every single day via text. They were on time and they even detailed my son‘s car before they returned it to him. I would highly recommend Bucktown!

Someone hit my driver's door when I was parked and I couldn't open my door. I took it to one place that had good reviews, they said I needed a new door that could be $2000. Another place that had good reviews said it would be a couple hundred dollars to fix it. I took my car to Bucktown and they did a really minor fix and didn't even charge me. My door is working great now. Very honest and willing to work with you!

If you’re looking for a fast, professional, and guaranteed satisfaction auto body repair shop, look no further! This company kept a great communication with me since I dropped my car off to them. Everyone was really nice and professional. The work speaks for itself! My car looks like it never had an accident! If this location is an option to get repairs from with your insurance, this is top of the list for their reliability. Also, my car was finished in a week! A week!

Brought my vehicle in for rear bumper damage, that was relatively minor I thought, but uncovered other damages. I was initially taken aback about a $9500 estimate, $1000 of which I paid through my deductible, but all of the estimated workseemed legitimate, but overpriced. After picking up my vehicle, I noticed inconsistencies in the paint and brought it back for them to review and to also determine why my keyless entry was not functioning anymore. They took my vehicle back in and told me that the keyless entry was not related and that I brought the vehicle in in that condition with cut wires on the interior panel. In no way was that possible, and the history of my vehicle shows no damage or related work in that area. In a rather condescending manner, they said to me, “we don’t know the history of this vehicle“ and wouldn’t stand behind the fact that something had happened in their shop to cause this damage. Then, they tried to claim that I was somehow disrespectful to their staff while I remained professional other than the conversation where I was spoken to in a disrespectful manner. I can handle all of that as long as they stand behind their issues, which they did not. I then pointed out additional problems that happened during the repair, including some wheelwell trim pieces that were improperly put back on and had gouges and damage on them. I sent photographs of the damage back to them and they got no response at all. None. After seeking outside professional assessment of the situation, these particular panels are not meant for reuse, and they were wedged back onto my vehicle, thereby causing damage. Attached are the photos I sent them that got no response where they added damage. Luckily, State Farm was helpful in helping me find another body shop to fix their shoddy workmanship. So, they determined fault with Bucktown Auto Body, and I will get it fixed at a more reputable location. I also recommend for anybody thinking about bringing in a vehicle to this particular body shop to also consider a more reputable one to bring it to. I had done some previous business with Autohaus body shop and assumed this was still related. Unfortunately, this business was purchased recently and the previous ownership that has all the good reviews are not related, and a lot has changed, and none of it good. I would take your money and estimates elsewhere.

They fixed a small dent and paint scrape on my car’s passenger doors. They got me in within a week and finished repairs/paint in about 4 business days (in on Wednesday, out the following Tuesday). This was two full days earlier than expected. I received daily text messages on progress. The staff were friendly. The work looks great. On a negative note, they do not take personal checks or CASH and charge 3% fee for credit card. This is probably the norm, but for some this could be a big problem and I felt blindsided by it. (They do have a sign about the credit card fee, but nothing specific about cash or checks that I could see). Parking is sparse (no dedicated parking lot). That all said, I would use them again, just hope that I don’t have to!

East to schedule, quality work, fast, clear and frequent communication on status. They did a great job and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them next time.

Had a broken side mirror again, told me to text their number and I never got a reply, ended up having it fixed by someone closer to me. Looks like there is new management and new name as Bucktown body works. I won’t be back because they don’t respond to service inquiries. About 3 years ago I Had a broken mirror, and they were able to have a new one ordered & painted by the weekend with no issues. It Took 20 minutes to install once I got there. They made it very easy to solve this problem.

Had a wonderful experience getting our cars in and out within a week. We just needed to get our brake pads changed, but luckily they found we needed to also get our rotors replaced. Really glad they checked, as when we had went to the dealership they hadn't even looked at that. We feel like it was a pretty good deal, and would come back.

This place is great! I got my mirror hit and it came completely off. I ordered a new mirror, they were able to get me in within 24 hrs of me calling them. And they let me just bring the mirror and installed it in less than an hour! AND I had a scratch on my car from the incident and they buffed it out for me, no problem! Highly recommend!!

I’m so happy I got a recommendation to go to Chicago Autohaus. Even right now, with repair shops having huge delays, these guys got parts for my 2012 Mazda in no time. They got the whole job done in under 2 weeks and worked seamlessly with my insurance company. They even detailed the interior before pickup! Tim, Francisco, everyone knocked it out of the park.

I had to go to Chicago Autohaus for an estimate as my car was hit. I did not have to put a deposit or schedule the estimate in advance. When I called, they offered me same-day estimate. Once they provided me with the estimate, it was very easy for them to connect with state farm. They were very flexible on when I could drop the car off as well. The most important thing to me was the quality and fast turnover of my car. I was without a car for five days. This was such a fast repair for a lot of damage, and the car looks absolutely great! I would definitely go back to them and recommend to anyone else. Also, the staff are exceptional, very knowledgeable and extremely polite.

I have used Chicago Autohaus on a few occasions and have always been satisfied. In my last experience my Mercedes was rear ended at a stop light and there was a lot of bumper/trunk/rear damage. Ayman was great to work with. The repair was done in a timely manner and the car looks brand new. As I mentioned I have used them personally and through State Farm and have always been thrilled with their work.

Hi I Sent my BMW 4 Series in for repair following a rear end collision where I needed the trunk liftgate & bumper replaced. Chicago Autohaus initially seemed very promising reading the reviews however, I ended up receiving the car back with numerous bumper gaps remaining, trunk and windshield gaps where I could hear wind coming in while driving, scratches in my leather steering wheel (they denied this), dirty footsteps in my trunk, and a faulty opening/closing rear trunk lift gate (it would only open sometimes and was getting caught on something). After a few more visits I requested to speak to the Owner Saif on the phone and was denied and given an email instead. I tried multiple times to email Saif and never heard back from him which was very disappointing. In total to have my rear end fixed, I had to visit Chicago Autohaus and LEAVE my car at least 3 different times without ever getting it fixed completely. The Car was finally taken to Gateway Auto & Collision in West Loop where they were able to finish out the repairs. I am still giving at least a 2 Star Review as I was treated well by Amari who empathized with my disappointing experience and tried to help communicate my needs with the Technicians. Please Note: if you do choose to drop your car at Chicago Autohaus, make sure to record the interior and exterior beforehand in case scratches show up as cars are being parked very tightly together outside.

I have a 1978 Rolls Royce Shadow 2 that I purchased new. I needed some front rocker panel work (I notice the start of a few rust bubbles). I needed a excellent shop to cut out that area that the rust was in. I went on line looking for a body shop and called around. Most body shops today do not do that kind of restoration work. After going to a few shops that said that they can do this work, but no go, I decided on Autohaus. I very happy that I did could not be any more satisfied in the work that they did.

Referred here through Statefarm. Professional and excellent communication throughout the process. Very friendly and did a great job. Edgar was outstanding and even got some stains off my exterior gratis. Thanks again!

They messed up the car multiple times and I paid them for a quarter panel repair 3 times and 4th time for replacement because they kept lying and didn't fix it. They painted over everything they shouldn't and nothing they should. Every bolt or clip they touched is either missing or replaced with the wrong one. Sold me a used door shell for the price of new and didn't even align the window, So it bends the shell each time you roll your window up. They messed up everything they can and then some. I'm gonna post the pictures, Judge for yourself. Everything in pictures was sold to me as brand new OEM parts. Total cost was 18000 and not even a single part is fixed other than the fron left driver side light which they charged me for a full replacement but instead they only changed the lens. I'm gonna give them a call and ask for a refund and if they refuse, This will be resolved in court.
