Bought my tires here, got a oil change. The service is quick, the employees are professional, friendly and knowledgeable. And I love that they have different options for the oil, I purchased the ultimate package which helps clean your engine and help your car run better!

This is my first time coming to a auto repair shop and if heard some people that Midas from kedzie very trustworthy and the let me tell you this they are more beyond than that they were very professional on explaining the process and the how they were nice and makes you feel comfortable and I would recommend people who wants a reliable auto shop come to Midas trust me they won’t let you done will come again!!!!!

Amazing service ! Came in as a walk in on a Saturday was done in less then an hour ! Highly recommend, Angel did a great job!

Angel was super helpful and friendly! He and the staff were quick and were transparent about the needs of my vehicle but weren't pushy about any repairs. They got everything I needed done and I appreciate the service!

The front desk guy working at noon on Saturday was so sweet and helpful. I'm a curb-hitter extraordinnaire and dented the bead of my tire pretty badly. He made sure that my vehicle was looked at promptly and I was in and out in less than 45 minutes with a reinflated tire!

Tyler was great to work with. He was straightforward, kept communication clear, and didn’t leave things hanging when questions came up. Everything stayed organized and the process moved along without delays.

I had a great experience thanks to Denise and Cesar. They took excellent care of my oil change and tire rotation, and they also fixed one of my tires quickly and professionally. Denise was very helpful and friendly, and Cesar made sure everything was done right. The service was efficient, honest, and stress-free. I really appreciate their teamwork and customer service—highly recommend this location!

This location got me in and out on a busy Saturday. The person at the front I think their name was Denise was handling customers in person and over the phone like a pro. I tried going to 2 other locations and they wouldn't event give me a response on making an appointment. Another thing I liked is that they made recommendations for services but weren't pushy about it. It felt like they gave me advice and were respectful of my choices. Definitely coming here again

I brought my car here for my Illinois emissions test. I called first to verify the process at Midas, as I’d only used the high-capacity drive-thru testing stations previously. The employee was super nice on the phone and in person when I arrived. I noticed the employee I engaged with was equally good with other customers. The location is attractive and has a good parking situation. Everything was courteous, efficient (rapid fast in my experience), and I was provided clear info on next steps for sticker/plate renewal. This good experience with emissions testing means I’ll consider this location specifically for vehicle upkeep. It’s clear this Midas takes pride in good manners, efficiency, and a presentable place of business.

This is a good shop. They are our first stop for all of our cars. They stand by their work and explain why something is needed, and what is necessary or can wait. You can’t say this about a lot of places!

Awesome service! In and out in less than 5 minutes. Provided additional information on applying for my registration online, next emission test date, etc. I have never received this level of service at regular testing facilities. Great customer service.

They overcharge and should be shut down. I was left aggravated and broke. I have my brakes done. Denise said the job would take about 30 minutes. One hour later, I asked again, and she said about 1 hour. I told her I would leave and come back. Four hours later, I called to check on my car, and she said it was ready. I go into the store, and she said, It'll be an hour - my car is not ready. I finally got my car back, and they charged me $400.00 in labor.

I called them to check if they were available at 8:30, and the lady told me they were, and that I could drive in within an hour. I arrived at 9:20. She then told me I would have to wait at least 4 hours to get the alignment done because they were backed up. When I mentioned the phone call, she said, “Oh, that was more than 2 hours ago.” I showed her the phone log, and she dismissively replied, “So you want to drop the car off or what?” Of course I left. Terrible experience — go to your local mechanic. The quality control you expect from a chain shop is not here.

Went to go for an Uber Eats inspection. Charged my 85$ just to fail it for very minor play on the left control arm. This is Chicago with tons of pot holes and horrible streets. 9 out of ten cars will have the same play and drive till the engine goes out. They wanted to charge me 1100$ to get parts swapped out. For future people that need to get uber inspections this location is not the place to go. They will find very minor issues and fail you to keep you coming back.

I had my car serviced at this shop. They removed the dust shield and performed an oil change However when I took my car to another trusted mechanic, I was told the oil was extremely dirty, which makes me question whether the oil was actually changed. I rarely drive my car, so the oil shouldn’t have gotten that dirty in such a short time. I’m very disappointed and would recommend being very cautious and double checking after service also they charge me $650 to remove something which is to Much !! I tried to back out but apparently it was too late They are nice and respectful tho just maybe not honest the video shown on the bottom show what my friend mechanic found does not look like fresh oil.

Overpriced and trying to sell tires double the market price. We wen for an Uber car check and Denise told us that the car had 3 nails and need to replace the tired and the price was almost double the market price online. Basically Denise was trying to sell a tire or set of tires offering two options and again, I check online and over priced. Then Denise told us that the car had several failures, all tires needed to be replaced, wiper blades need to be replaced and strut and Shock absorber needed to be replaced but, if we buy the tire the Uber check will be approved, otherwise will be a failure and the cost of the revision will be $80.00. Uber inspections in another locations are $20.00. I had to mention that we went to repair the tire and asked the tire shop about the tires and he stated that it was fixable and all tire are in a great condition. A week before we took the car to our mechanic for total check points and we fixed what ever needed, no a mention of the Tires, Strout and Shor Absorber. This is totally unacceptable and I will report this issue to Uber to avoid sending driver there.

I got my vehicle serviced today and it was an overall great experience. The customer service representative was excellent and was able to give me a full outline on future repairs for my vehicle.

Been coming here for years. Always been a positive experience, regardless of what work I need done. Will come back always for big jobs. Staff is great and willing to get my car done quickly. I called for an appt they told me 4pm Denise did when i show up its sorry drop it off it will take 3 hours. Whats the point of the appt? I then say ok no problem i will wait. They respond with sorry wont get done today. What kind of service is this?? Highly UNPROFESSIONAL!

So my parents had a flat tire and was by this location and by force the shop wanted my father to bring his truck inside KNOWING that their tire is completely flat and would damage the vehicles wheels. They refused to help him change his wheel to a spare even though he was willing to pay. Later, a lady and a man came out of the Midas to threaten my parents that if they don’t leave, they’re going to call the police. My brother has went to help them change the wheel to get their spare put on and the Midas workers got angry and started arguing with my parents some more. My parents are in their 60’s and this location handled this situation very poorly and were very disrespectful. I will be submitting a complaint to their corporate office to escalate this. This is unacceptable.

When it comes to oil changes and great customer service. This is my go to spot to come and get my oil change. When it comes to great customer service I recommend this place. Very professional, nice, patient and love the atmosphere. I love how they always call to confirm my appointments. Also, when it comes to the service I love how they always let me know if they have any promotions or coupons available.
