I recently had my car fixed at this amazing auto repair shop. Not only did they do a fantastic job fixing my car, but they also showed great cross-cultural competence. The staff was incredibly friendly and respectful, making me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. They explained everything in detail and even took the time to understand my unique cultural background. I highly recommend this shop for their excellent service and cultural sensitivity. They worked with my insurance when the adjuster didn't want to fix our vandalism damage. They did an absolutely wonderful job fixing everything right down to items like my interior lights that weren't functioning and that wasn't part of my damage! They even brought the van back to my house, I didn't need to arrange a ride to pick it up. Absolutely amazing service. So grateful for these guys!

During a short fight with insurance Salvador kept in contact and answered all of my questions. Car looked like it was never hit when retrieved from their shop. Highly recommended if your looking for someone to get you right the first time.

Nik's Collision Services is a great shop with a great employees. I was involved in a collision and needed repairs. Not only did they help me, give me timely updates, and assist us in all matters of repair, they charged a fair price as well. While I hope not to be in a similar situation that requires repairs, I know where to go if another accident occurs. Great service, great employees, great price.

My 2017 Toyota Corolla was hit in the middle of the holiday season. I was very nervous while I researched as there were many body shops with horror stories for reviews. Everyone who knows me, knows my car is my baby, so giving away my keys and leaving my car in the shops hands was hard enough, but then there’s the challenge of a 3rd party claim adjuster trying to cut corners, just extra stress to an already stressful situation. Once at Niks collision, I was greeted by Salvador and assured he would handle everything moving forward. This was 100% the case, I did not need to interact with a single person once I filed a claim online, the next step was a phone call stating it’s ETA, the next when it was ready. What I should note was likely an exception, and off the books, but very telling about him and his shop, was that on this day of my accident (again, mid holiday season) I was ready to take the bus home when I was offered a Lyft home, just out of pure kindness. Considering the day I’d had and the nature of his business, it was one of the nicest things I’ve experienced after working in customer service myself for over 10 years. Now for the car, not only did it look amazing, but I discovered he had detailed the car (internal and externally). They also worked around a lot of my aftermarket parts and set it up just as I left it, which was more than I anticipated. Again, just quality work. I was so impressed by the work, I will be seeking other standalone services and will certainly seek him should I need any work done. Happy to say I will have no issues handing over my keys should there be another incident. Thanks again to entire team over at Niks Collision and Salvador. :)

Highly recommend Nik’s Collision the team was empathetic, helpful, and informative throughout my repair process. They provided frequent updates and answered all of my questions. I am glad I found a repair shop in the city that I can trust. I will definitely be back for my car’s routine maintenance.

I was referred here and although the employee was extremely nice and had great customer service, I was not satisfied with all of the work. I had to leave my car again because all my work was not completed correctly the first time and now my car is acting up again. A piece of my muffler was not put on, and ratting from loose panel, and my gas tank door pin is broken and opens and closes by itself. I attached the pictures of the loose panel and missing muffler piece. All of these needed to be fixed and cost me money that I should have never have had to spend. They did tie my bumper and fender down for me which was nice and I appreciated since that was not included.

Fixed my 2015 F150 xlt supercrew cab , thing was back to brand new condition after i got it back from Niks. I currently have my 2019 ford fusion there, i trust the work they do and trust them to get the job done right. Never had a problem with these guys, highly professional and they do EXCELLENT work!

Be careful with this place!! I had an a accident recently, and a towing guy that is part of this business came to me and took my car. Nike's collision services the employee from here Victor called me and asked me for a ransom to get my car back. The price of $4000 to give me back my property. After this I tried to talk to him about my financial situation, and lower the price to 1300. This is outrageous because the customer service here is awful and couldn't get a deal done. I am a lady that deserve the same rights to negotiate prices of my car. No respect was given to me and my situation that I was in. Please stay away from this place, as I felt disrespected after an accident that I had prior. Thank you

I had a big issue with my Chevy Malibu that required me to take it in for maintenance. At first I was going to take it to the Chevy dealer and they tried charging me an arm and a leg. I was recommended Niks collision and I had it towed there. From our first interaction to our last, I was left satisfied. They had my car ready quick and they answered my calls/texts/questions on time, every time. They also tinted my lights which was something I’ve been wanting. I would take my car here for any other issue. I would also recommend Niks collision to anyone and everyone. I could’ve cried at how beautiful my car turned out! Thank you guys!

From the moment after my accident, Nik’s was there for me. From tow, to working with the insurance, to follow ups and a quality delivery, these guys know their stuff. I am beyond happy about the quality of this repair experience from top to bottom. I was involved in an accident and I called Nik’s Collision and they had a tow truck to my location within 20 minutes. The vehicle was brought to the shop and I filed my claim with my insurance company right from the shop. Nik’s had Enterprise bring my rental car right to the shop. The repair was completed in the exact amount of time promised at three beginning of the repair. I was updated throughout the whole process and when I got my car back, I couldn’t believe how great it looked. Thank you Nik’s. I hope I don’t have to come back to you, but I will absolutely tell all my friends to use you. Thanks again!!

They deserve no star! A guy came to take my car to Toyota, so he recommend me this shop, and after I signed the papers he says to me: ‘just tell your insurance a friend recommended them, so they wouldn’t think that we are stealing their customers’. After he told me that, I felt a bit uncomfortable and I googled them, when I saw some of the reviews I’ve decided that I don’t want my car to be repaired there. So I called them and told them to take it straight to Toyota. Then Nik called me and was pretty upset with my decision. So out of spite they made additional scratches to my car. I’ve never even dealt with them really, but you guys are just horrible!!

Best experience i had with a body shop! They did an awesome job with my truck. Victor is a great guy polite great customer service always kept me updated i am completely satisfied with their work. I highly recommended this shop absolutely 5 stars.

Dear Victor, The service I received was way past exceptional. Nik’s towed my car from an accident scene, had the insurance estimate done and my car fixed immediately. I was going to Europe for three months and Nik’s Collision Service stored it free of charge for the three months. Upon my return from Italy today, he kept the place open for me until 7PM, they close at 5:30PM. The car was washed, the interior they also vacuumed and completely detailed. Not only did he fix the extensive damage from the accident, they also took care of multiple scratches on the car and an indentation of four inches wide and a foot long. It is like I have a new car. On top of it all, Nik’s didn’t charge me for the tow, and although their shop is only one mile from the accident scene, it was a very thoughtful gesture as I was taken to the hospital after the accident and my car was towed before I left the scene, and I had a neck injury and they really came through for me when I needed help. Mind you, all this was done with a courteousness, professionalism, prompt and immediate returns of numerous calls and emails to Victor and with a warm cheerfulness. This is the most outstanding body work I have ever received from any auto body repair service and their thorough, kind, caring and professional service I will never forget. This is a review of Exotic Towing Service. I had a dead battery which previously responded to being jumped but would not hold a charge. I was told I had a dead cell. Allstate sent a representative of Exotic Towing, named Anthony, who owned his own truck. After an initial mishap where he went to the wrong but close-by address he quickly arrived. Very personable, professional, polite. After a seemingly successful jump start within minutes the car died. Again. I called Exotic Towing, left an urgent message. Within a few minutes Anthony returned. Easily hooked up my vehicle. When I arrived at my destination he jumped the car again. The car died AGAIN. He was able to get the car in neutral and pushed the car into an available parking place. Never a complaint. Never a sign of irritation. And. He had one great looking truck. Really unique lethal looking hubcap extensions. Gave new meaning to the word "Exotic." The old address for Exotic was 3518 North Pulaski. Anthony stated the new address is 4545 North Pulaski. Anthony stated Exotic is associated with Nik's Collision Services as a roadside service. Nik's website states they have partnered with a local but unnamed towing company. There are others who work for Exotic Towing. I can only speak of my experience with Anthony. He helped me deal with one mishap after another. Helped me stay calm. Someone I could depend on. Today that was 10 stars.

This place is amazing, my friend got a flat tire in the rain when he stumbled upon this place. They took him in even tho it’s a collision shop. They changed his tire, fixed the whole and got him back on the road. They did this out of pure kindness. The people there are amazing! 10/10 would recommend! you know you’ll be treated by kindhearted people.

In March-May of 2018, I brought my vehicle that was involved in a fender-bender to Nik's Collision for repair. The owner of the shop assured me that they would use all Honda parts for repair and the car would be restored to 100%. This repair was performed through a claim with State Farm. After the shop repaired the car for the first time, I noticed that the AC was not working on my drive home from the shop. I brought the car back the following day and was informed that they had issues with fixing the AC. The shop took an additional 2 weeks to fix the AC. Fast forward to February 2019, I needed a minor repair on the radiator support on the same vehicle. I brought my vehicle to a Select Service Repair Shop for State Farm in Janesville, WI. Upon inspecting the vehicle and the previous repair by Nik's Collision, here is what was said in the report: "Once we removed the front bumper we noticed the vehicle had been repaired prior and the lower frame rails are not in the correct position. They appear to be down & to the right. The front bumper bar is missing half of the bolts and a couple of holes on the left have been reamed out in order to get the bolt thru the bar and into the bent frame rail. All the headlamps lower hardware is missing, cannot get them in because replacement radiator support is not in the correct location due to bent frame rails. The wheel base measured off as it appears the right front suspension is back. Both front suspension parts are marked up as if they were identified as damaged in the estimating process but never replaced. Much of the hardware throughout the front end are not Honda factory hardware. Most appears to be used GM hardware. The paint quality on the front end of the vehicle is terrible. Right fender is not in the correct location again based on the frame rails being off and radiator support being off. [We have] deemed this vehicle unsafe to drive based on the previous repair." In short, use their service at your own risk. I would strongly suggest you take your car that was serviced here to the dealership for inspection as it might well be unsafe to drive. If I did not bring my car in to get looked at, I wouldn't have known of the lies and deceit that was promised to me by Nik's Collision. It is very sad that a business would operate in this way to consumers and abuse insurances in such a way. I have personally filed a complaint through the BBB and suggest you all to do the same.

My car was hit while parked on the street. The team at Niks Collision Service towed my car and helped with everything from my insurance claim to car rental. Victor and company were the most accommodating and professional I have come across. They treated my vehicle like it was their own, putting in back in like new condition! I highly, highly recommend Nik's - you'll be in good hands!

My car had dents and scratches all over. My car looks better than when I first bought it back in 2016. Hugo and Hector made sure the shop did a phenomenal job fixing my car in a timely manner. Thank you so much!

If I could give Nik’s more than 5 stars I would. One of the most professional and accommodating businesses I’ve ever used for anything! I was T-boned on Pulaski right by my own home. I was obviously incredibly shaken up and upset as the accident wasn’t my fault. One of Nik’s employees actually saw the accident and quickly ran over to make sure I was ok. He helped calm me down and assured me that even though my car wasn’t drivable, we could get it off the street quickly and if I didn’t have a body shop in mind perhaps I would consider Nik’s as they work with my insurance. It was my first accident so I was very flustered and I was very appreciative to have him there. While the police filed a report, Nik’s employees hooked up the car to the tow truck and we were out of there within 30 minutes. When we arrived at the shop they talked us through the process and even called my insurance company to get the ball rolling. Within another 30 minutes we were out the door. My accident happened a few days before Christmas so I was worried I would be without a car for quite a while over the holidays. Not only did they have it ready before the time quoted by my insurance company, they went far above and beyond! My car looks brand new! They even took out all the extra knicks and dents from parking in Chicago just because I’m a neighbor and it’s Christmas! They definitely know how to take care of their community. I barely even talked to my insurance company, they did all the dirty work so I didn’t have to get stressed out about it. I recommend them to everyone and anyone, even if you just need a tow! Wonderful guys. I’m so incredibly happy and appreciative. Thanks Nik’s! I’ll be sending all my friends your way!

So grateful for the staff at Niks! I thought my Land Rover was totaled. Hector and his team did a fantastic job making my car look great again, and also run great. I felt the customer service was top notch. They even dropped my car back off at my house. Great job guys!
