Great prices, very fast delivery, fast customer service. I ordered the wrong size, the tire was in excellent condition, though. They made it simple to return. I had an issue with returning because I have no FedEx near me. United tires set up a pickup for the tire at my home and handled everything. I'm very pleased. I will continue to use united tires for now on!

I was new to researching used tires, so needed some positive reviews online to start the process. United Tires appeared to have great reviews, so I searched for my tire size and found 4 run flats for an excellent price, including shipping. Prior to purchase, I went to online chat to get history on the tires in my cart and very knowledgeable customer service helped put me at ease on the set of used tires. Shipped quickly via FedEx. Happy customer!

I ordered a set of four tires and received the right size and brand but wrong style.. I called immediately and was told by the nice lady that they would need pictures and then they would check with the warehouse..It did take a few days of E-mail back and forth but we did come to a satisfactory outcome.. They were not the tires I would have preferred but they should work ok for what I need..So all in all they get 5 star for communication and resolution and 2 for whoever grabs the tires to ship(at least they were right size and brand)..Should you order from them? I think I would have gotten the right tire had it been any other brand because the ones I ordered have similar names to each other and one has a little more aggressive tread pattern..So I'd say depends on the deal they are offering for whatever tire I'm looking for..Thanks ps..tire right is all terrain beast and the one on left is what I ordered mud beast..

The delivery was fast and everything was packed well. Originally I wanted to leave a very positive review, but unfortunately I had to change my rating because one of the tires developed a serious sidewall issue after a short time (see photos). This is concerning from a safety standpoint. I hope this was just an isolated defect, but I think the company should pay more attention to quality control. It would be great if customer support could offer a solution in cases like this

Ordered tires with 7-8.5/32 tread, they were around $300. They came in great condition, plenty of tread and no cracking. I plan to ride them until their usable life is done, and recommend this service.

I bought some used tires from this company. One ended up having a small pinhole and the tread wasn’t the right fit for my car, but honestly, the tires themselves seemed like good quality. What impressed me most was their customer service—the return process was super easy, and they responded right away. Even though I had to return them, I still had a really positive experience and would definitely give them five stars. Great company!

Bought 4 tires, I picked out as high of tread as available. The tires shipped quickly. Each tire did have a repair, but the repair was done properly. The tread was outstanding. The dates were all fairly recent. They all seem to be balanced well, no leaks. With taxes I paid about $500 for a set of almost new tires that would be about $1200 new at the major tire shops. I ordered two tires, but instead received: One new tire (supposedly) One used tire that had a hole. Replacement sent used tire had clearly been driven on and patched When I contacted your customer service team, I was told I would be sent a brand-new replacement tire. Instead, I received another damaged/used tire, which is unacceptable. This situation has caused me significant disruption and expense, including leaving my vehicle at the shop, renting a car, and managing transportation with two small children. The failure to deliver what was promised has resulted in unnecessary stress and additional costs.

I purchased a set of used tires from Utire, and within less than 36 hours one of them started cracking. The damage was not there when I left the shop, and it’s unacceptable that a tire would fail this quickly. When I contacted customer service, instead of helping me with a replacement, they only offered a partial refund and did not seem to care about the safety issue. Now I feel unsafe driving my car because I don’t know if the other tires will hold up, yet I still have to use my car to get to work every day. To make things worse, they only refunded me half of what I paid for the defective tire, which is unfair and unprofessional. This is not what they advertise on their website, and I cannot recommend this company to anyone who values safety and reliability.

The tires you display are great and easy shopping but you have alot of hidden defects like nails left in tires. I purchased 2 tires and both needed patches.

I’ve bought 2 sets of Michelin Primacy tires and the quality and almost new tread (8-9) is fantastic. Excellent customer service and follow up. Cannot beat the price with free shipping too.

My only experience with them has been great! I was in a pinch where I needed to replace a single tire on my dually, but was planning on changing sizes and couldn’t afford all 6. Was able to get 6 used tires in the LT size, brand, and model that I wanted. All within 8/32 and 9.5/32 tread depth for $330 shipped. Basically the price of one new one. Now I can replace them with new tires in pairs going forward. Good prices, fast shipping.

Everything went smoothly,. The phone call with the sales staff, the online ordering ... Only issue I have is for the actual tire I bought ... It has dry cracking in the tread. Not bad, but it is there and wasn't mentioned in the description of the condition of the tire. I probably wouldn't have bought it if I had known . But, I have it, and will use it. It isn't worth the trouble of sending back.

Do not buy used tires from this place! Spend the extra money and buy new tires somewhere else. I bought a set of 4 used tires for around $225 and of course they advertise them on their website with the best looking tire of the 4. Two of the tires were badly worn on the inside. I contacted them about the issue and they refunded me $20. At that point I figured whatever I'm just stuck with them until I can buy new tires. Less than 2 months after having the tires installed one of the other tires split on the sidewall. I contacted them again with all of the required info and pics. They tell me sorry it's past 7 days we can't help you with this issue. DO NOT BUY USED TIRES FROM THESE PEOPLE!

I purchased a single used tire in July of 2025. It looked great and was as advertised. My only issue is, it is 7 years old (DOT-1118) so it technically is barely in date or even out of date, and will shortly exceed or has already the manufacturer warranty (not that it’s under warranty anyway). I wish United Tire would publish the DOT manufactured date with all their other info in their postings.

The customer service was second to none. I received my tire within a few days and received regular updates from them tracking my shipment. The best thing though is I bought a slightly used tire that matched the other three for just $50. I cannot tell that it was ever used. Very happy with my overall experience and already referred a friend.

The tire that I received was the correct size and style, but the tread design is different almost like a racing tire and different than the one pictured when I purched it. I cant use the tire I received. I expected to receive a tire like the third picture I am sending.

Seems like folks either have a good experience with these guys or not. Mine was good this time and saved me a bundle by allowing me to replace one tire with similar tread remaining when compared with my other tires. My used tire was patched, but it was done in the crown of the tire which is safe to do. The tire seems to be holding up fine after several days. Shipping was extremely fast as well. I think they could improve their description online by taking a photo of any patch work done to the tire so customers can see before they buy.

Price and speed of delivery were great! However, the pairs are not true pairs. One tire was from 2022 and the other from 2023 with different wear patterns. They were sold as a pair, which is why I bought them but won’t install them anymore.

We purchased tires (Chevy Avalanche) on Google feed, then thought…what have we done!!! Much to our surprise…one of the best on line shopping experience with United Tire. United Tire kept us updated from the purchase to the details of shipping to the arrival at our door step. But United Tire didn’t stop there…they emailed us to make sure we were happy with our purchase twice after that!!! We definitely would buy tires from them again!!!

Ease of use, selection and price made the buy experience excellent. But one of the tires delivered had dry rot (pic attached). The tire looked great until it was mounted. With the tire being mounted and the shipping lable removed ( by the store that mounted the tires) i am unable to return them. If not for the bad tire it would have been 5 stars. But I will consider using your service again.

I was a little skeptical about buying used tires online, I typed in the type of tires I was searching for your on the web and your company's website showed up that they had them. So I ultimately decided to give it a go I am happy I did the tires were as pictured with a lot of life left and they matched my other two to become a complete set here's a photo of the (2) tires installed. I will be buying from you guys again and for anyone that might have some doubts about dealing with United tires I say you should have no worries they're professionals Thanks United Tires.....👍🏼

Just added 2 more to the pile of tires I have bought from United Tire. Never disappointed by the quality or performance of the tires. They exceed my expectations every time. These are Great used tires. Most recent purchase of 2 Goodyear Assurance tires made the ride in my 2018 Malibu LT smooth and quiet!!

Started off a good experience but then went downhill. I had some questions about a tire and used the live chat. Person was very helpful and even looked up the tire for me to see if there was any prior repairs done to it which there wasn’t. I purchased the tire online that night and realized they had a location near me. Being in a hurry to get the tire installed before a roadtrip I emailed to see if I could go to the Harlem ave location to pick up tire and have it installed. I emailed back and forth with Brian that night and next morning who was also very helpful. He said the tire would be ready for pickup after 2:00 and appointments were first come first serve. So I left work early and got to location around 2:30. This is where the customer service started going downhill. The younger gentleman that was helping me couldn’t find my order at first. Then found the order and went in back but couldn’t find the tire. After a second trip to the back he told me they hadn’t unloaded the truck yet and would be about 15 more minutes. After waiting I said could we start the paperwork for the install. He said sure and took my keys and info and my vehicle was driven into the shop. He then asked another associate if the truck was unloaded. That employee said yes it was done hours ago. After two more attempts and a phone call to someone he came back with it’s not here try again tomorrow. I stated I was leaving for out of town the next morning and could not be back tomorrow. I asked what location Brian who I was emailing with was at and he could not answer me. I went outside and called the customer service number and spoke to someone who told me to wait there while he opened an investigation into this. About 10 minutes later he called back and apologized that the tire was still at warehouse. I offered to go pick it up but he said that wasn’t possible. He said he would have it shipped to my house and give me $15 off the $175 tire. After leaving work early, driving out of my way to this location, wasting over an hour there and now having to get another vehicle for my trip I thought $15 was kind of a joke. But at this point I had no choice and figured I would just have the tire installed when I got back. I get back from my trip and my wife tells me the tire arrived and was in the garage. The next day I load it in the back of my truck to go get it installed when I find sidewall damage to it. I was so aggravated at this point I just installed the tire and now I’m checking everyday to see if it’s holding air. I plan on buying a new tire somewhere when I find it on sale. Giving an extra star for the good customer service online at beginning.

This is my Second time purchasing from United Tires and again I am 100% satisfied with the pair of tires I received. Their description was on the money accurate and the tires did not disappoint. I have already installed them at my local Pep Boys Tire shop and they even passed for brand new. Made 2 separate orders, each order was a set of 2 tires. With the 1st set 1 tire was flawless and one had 3 patches on the tire, one being close to the wall, the same tire had a “W” written on it…I can assume it means wall patch. I brought them to a fix a flat spot to have them mounted without issue so I ordered the 2nd set. The 2nd set came and I noticed once again one tire had no patches and one was out of the steel belt range and was closer to the side wall. I did some research online and found out “safe patches” are within the steel belt and these patches were not in the safe zone. I could understand if I had a one off but two separate orders with the same patches leaves me with a low rating. I would have given a lower rating but the shipping was quick although the product quality is a coin toss.
