These guys truly provide the best tow service in the city!

One of their tow truck drivers, the bald white or Hispanic big back man, came into our store this morning demanding to be checked out. When I told him we were understaffed,
he shook his head and got an attitude and stared creepily at me. I wasn’t gonna help someone that rude, but honestly it was becoming annoying and I went to see if there was someone. He told the cashier he was just gonna walk out of nobody came. No shit?? He was like “I’m not gonna ring all of this shit up I want someone” while with a cartful. Then why get that much?? Honestly if this is how they treat service workers, imagine how they are gonna treat their customers.

I don’t understand how companies are allowed to operate while putting the safety of other drivers in danger. Here you are “A-Excellence” towing a tractor without any safety chains, as required by state law. So much for safety.
