On Monday 23, February I bought a car unfortunately I had a very bad experience, I had another panorama about Toyota. I thought they would be more honest and patient, but they are equal to all the concessionaires they only want to sell their cars regardless of the customers. the seller Mohammed never explained details of everything they were charging me extra as insurance and guarantee, very bad seller that disappoints the concessionaire. I forgot to mention that as they sold me a package of protoction against theft, but the GPS box left me in the drawer opposite, not even the They installed it.

My sales representative BAY was professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful without being pushy. One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had at a dealership. The staff showed zero respect for customers and acted like they were doing me a favor by even talking to me. No proper communication, no courtesy, and absolutely no professionalism. I expected better from a Toyota showroom, but this visit was a complete disappointment.

Was interested in one of their vehicles, I called about it the previous night booked an appointment and got a confirmation text from their employee Alyssa confirming my appointment in the morning. Went out of my way to get there before work just for them to tell me the vehicle was sold. Terrible communication on their part. Wasting people’s time is something they are great at!

Bought a car a couple of Saturdays ago and worked with Danilo. Was a really pleasant experience overall which was a nice surprise as my last car purchase from Audi westmont was a nightmare. Even when you make an appointment at Toyota service, you always end up waiting. Sometimes people are just sitting around doing nothing, and instead of helping you, they look at you with indifference. We show up on time for our appointments, but no one does their job on time. It’s a huge sign of disrespect. I receive the same treatment every time I come in. They keep saying, “Someone will be with you soon.” I’ve been standing here for 20 minutes just to check in. If you’re planning to come here, make sure you’re ready to wait!!!
