This is the second time I’ve had an issue with this company. I brought it to the attention of my property management team and followed the exact steps I was given regarding my loaner vehicle, yet it was still towed, which was extremely frustrating.
That said, I do appreciate Kevin, one of the owners, for reaching out personally, taking accountability, apologizing, and ultimately making things right. While the situation was stressful, his response and effort to resolve it did make a difference.
Shady place, shady buisness. Got towed from this spot. This used to be where the dumpster was at my apartment, it's been moved. No legal reason to be towed. 250 bucks. Shady shady shady.
Horrible place the person that answer is very rude and has no empathy at all, when is their fault. They took my vehicle from the complex I live in when I called them and ask why the took it they said expired plates, mind you is the 1st on March 2026 and my plates don’t expired till Nov 2026, no apologies at all they tell me they don’t have a tow driver to bring the car back to take an uber they basically stole my car, this people are horrible. How you have a business of towing cars and don’t have drivers?? But yet quick to tow someone’s car
Gotten 2 towes from this company through my insurance and both of them have been several hours later than what was estimated. The most recent one was a tow that was called in at 3 pm on Monday and wasn’t picked up till after 11 am on Tuesday.
Unfortunately both experiences I’ve had with this company have been extremely frustrating. After being told a certain time to pick up our vehicle, and arriving on site, are then told it will be another at least 4 hours until someone can meet us here to release our vehicle. This has happened both times, and then after returning at the second time given to us, were over 2 hours and 30 minutes late. Hopefully you don’t have to deal with this company if your car gets towed.
A big thank you to Chris for a being such a big help and taking care of my vehicle. He was so pleasant to talk to and made feel so at ease about my car being towed. His truck was probably a the cleanest I ever been in. I will definitely be using Superior towing again in the future and hopefully I get Chris again as a driver.
My car did not start due to battery dying and Tony went above and beyond to help me. He was very nice and informative as well on how to avoid something like this happening again. I will definitely call Superior again next time I am in need of a tow.
The place is called contract towing, and they’re money hungry. I parked the car downstairs to take the water cases upstairs and they towed my car wanting me to pay $238.20 that’s literally a scam by Praire shores buildings.
Let me tell you all about contract towing. Lol. My car was illegally towed yesterday, confirmed by my property manager and the tow company ( I recorded ) they stated themselves that they had no contract with my property management. They illegally towed my car, proceeded to hang up on me several times for the next few hours. They finally spoke to the “manager” and stated they were doing me a courtesy release lol. There’s no such thing, if they tow your car, you have to pay to release. I asked for documentation of the release for my car and they told me I’d have to pay 240 LOL! I called the police, made a report with both Berwyn and Chicago. Then when I got the car, they stole my firearm, cannabis and shoes out of my car. When I asked them about it, they said “you have to figure it out”. LOL. So I did :) they have since removed the sign for parking , so were they ever authorized? Just out here towing cars

Got very good service it was my first time going through this and I got very good service from a young lady there she said her name was Cassandra she was very patient and her me through the process thank you so much
Shoutout to Casandra at Superior Towing for saving me after I got myself towed. She was super helpful, got me squared away fast, and even helped me figure out my parking permit situation. 5 stars because she I’m dumb and she made a super stressful situation so much easier!
I had trouble registering online,and had to call the company to help. Luckily they have great customer service and Casandra helped me step by step and was able to show me wer and how to register my car great service.
Tony one of their tow tuck drivers came out to tow my car a couple days ago and he was very professional and nice to talk to as he drove me to the mechanic
I was stranded on the side of the expressway due to a flat tire. Tony came to tow my truck for me. He was awesome! Great communication and helped me get out of that situation very smoothly. Greatly appreciated his help and will be keeping this company in mind for the future.
