I just purchased a brand new car about two weeks ago and I had a notification come across my dashboard, letting me know that I had an issue with a certain feature on my car. Since I haven’t had a car in 15 years, I was a little nervous to take it to somebody that I didn’t know dealing with an issue that I’ve never dealt with before. They explained everything with me and we worked at an action plan. Turns out the car is just fine, but they assured me that they would take care of everything and they did. I’m very happy and now I found a new place to take my car. They not only provide mechanical work, but they also do oil changes as well as body work.

Couldn't be happier with the work Robert and the team at High Point did on our car. Recently took in our car due to a tree falling on it and breaking the back window, bumper, etc. and High Point not only entirely fixed the damage, but detailed and cleaned the inside, fixed some other scratches on the body, filled the tires, the works. Car looks brand new. Will definitely be going back for any car needs in the future!

I had an overall positive experience! Came in for brake and alternator issues and the crew was very helpful in explaining what was wrong, as well as sending me pictures and videos of the exact problems. Everyone was also very friendly :)

Fred is extremely nice and informative. I called him to ask if I could get an estimate for my damaged rear bumper. I texted him the picture of the damage then he gave me a quote. The whole process was profession and speedy. Will recommend.

Hands down most reliable, trustworthy, and personable when it comes down to fixing an issue I had. Robert was very knowledgeable and quick with my dent in the front bumper and got it done in a matter of seconds! Will be back here if I have any other issues and saved me $1500+. Highly recommend!

Finally able to kick my toxic relationship with the dealership to the curb!! These reviews are not a fiction. I have a late model hybrid that need A/C service. (which amazingly went out shortly after leaving the dealership...imagine that?!!!) Hard to find a place local that will service using this specific freon. They serviced the A/C, changed the oil at a very reasonable charge and completed another repair AT NO CHARGE!! Try finding that anywhere else!! Easy to get an appointment and no jacking around. JUST GREAT!!!!

Great shop! I had some damage to my door that required body and paint work, they got it done within two days and the door looks fantastic. They went above and beyond and even buffed out some scratches and touched up the trim around my window.

Highly recommend this shop. I took my vehicle for a bumper and light/ side panel repair. They were fast, did a great job and gave me a competitive price. My vehicle looks like new! I am using them again for another repair.

These guys are the best! I know nothing about cars but they have been very patient with me and honest every time I visit. They explain everything and give you options, I never feel like they’re trying to take advantage of my lack of knowledge. One of my last visits with my last car, I was told they did not feel comfortable putting more work into it because I was going to be wasting my money. These are top notch guys and as long as I have a vehicle I will be bringing it here for service.

Stopped in yesterday 1/29/24 and was greeted by Robert and Tarek, I had just purchased a 2019 Forester through Carvana and wanted my vehicle looked over and diagnostics run for peace of mind. Robert was beyond helpful, he explained what he was doing while evaluating the condition of the vehicle and even allowed me to view the under carriage of the vehicle. Highpoint solved a very difficult auto issue for me, long distance. Fred was incredible. He always returned calls and was patient. He got a battery dead car, with a breathalyzer ignition device (so not jumpable) from a low clearance parking garage to Highpoint. All this during very bad weather, me far away and frantic, service was fast and great, but the customer care was extraordinary. Thank you Fred, Robert and Highpoint!

Had to find a mechanic quick because my car wouldn’t start the other morning. Called Fred he’s not only towed my car got it in right away, but ran diagnostics. Replaced the battery and kept me informed the entire process. Fred and the team over at High Point will be my go to mechanic moving forward now that I live in the Andersonville area. Impeccable work, friendly and patient staff, fair and transparent pricing. I had a scratch that damaged the rear quarter panel and the plastic wheel arch. High Point gave me the lowest quote compared to a few other places I called, and took the time to walk me through the fixing process in detail over the phone (Thank you Robert!). When I picked up my car it was like the scratch never happened. 10/10 recommend.

I have worked with Robert and Fred at High Point Auto multiple times now, and they have been so helpful each time. Not only were they willing to do their best to align with the quick timelines I needed, they also charged a significantly more reasonable rate compared with dealership prices. They are so kind and great at their jobs!

I called for an oil change at 10:45 am and was able to get my car back same day but at 5:45 pm which was good. During the oil change, they called and said that I needed my engine and cabin air filters replaced. They said it would cost an additional $200 for parts and labor. The parts aren’t that expensive and replacing only takes a few minutes. When I went to pick up my car, I got bad vibes from the guy that I paid. I just moved to Andersonville and was hoping this would be my go-to car maintenance place based on the reviews but unfortunately it won’t be.

I highly recommend using High Point for any auto needs. They have always been accounting to my schedule and provided fast service. They even went above and beyond to coordinate a return for a faulty part on my behalf. They do great work and are always willing to explain the issues with my car. I can't recommend High Point Auto Service enough! I hit some black ice back in January and needed to have the whole front bumper of my car replaced. Robert was so helpful throughout the whole process and worked with me to contact my insurance company and even arranged for a rental car for me. I highly recommend High Point for both body work and mechanical issues. We have a 2016 Honda van that's been retrofitted with a ramp to accommodate my wife's disability. That involves complicated issues. It was hit by another car and required really major work. High Point did a great job on the repairs, did them as promptly as they possibly could, helped me deal with the insurance company, kept me informed every step of the way as to exactly what was going on with the car. They really understood how important that vehicle is for us. They have done other work since and continue to do excellent work. I can honestly say that providing quality service is just as important to them as getting paid.
