I’d give em no stars if I could - ordered a piece over the weekend with them, told it’d be here Monday and I’d get a call. I had to call them a 5 days after Monday just to hear “oh yeah it’s ready”. Dude name Miko was supposed to call NEVER DID - then I get there and Estaban at the front desk won’t even acknowledge me standing there while he’s on the phone with a customer , then some random dude comes from the back just playing with his hands crazy part is I originally offered to come and pick it up from the Milwaukee location that day and they said I’d still have to wait

What a joke. Sales team seemed pretty good... Until the moment after they take your money. Then what? No communication. No information. No explanation. I ordered a lift-gate and bumper to Milwaukee for pick up by a driver as I'm located in Madison and they don't deliver to residential. After almost a dozen unreturned calls to my sales rep, Joe attempting get an invoice number for the driver to reference upon pick up, I was left with nothing. No proof of purchase. I also asked to see the total invoice as I made a partial payment over the phone for a deposit and needed to send the driver with the correct amount of money so the parts could be released to him. I never received an invoice number. Eventually I was briefly told over the phone what the total amount due was. The driver shows up in Milwaukee the day after I'm informed the parts are available for pickup only to find out the lift-gate glass was shattered during transport along with some various other blemishes. Both parts were grade A parts when sold. The driver also inform me that the yard manager in Milwaukee inform Joe of this mishap when it arrived the previous day but me being the customer was not informed of this. Additionally, I repeatedly asked for the metal bumper reinforcement to be included with the bumper, or sold as a separate piece. I was assured over the phone all parts relating to the rear bumper assembly would be included. It was not. There is plastic bumper reinforcements, however the metal support bar that mounts to the body of the vehicle, which I specifically explained and asked for was not included. After being offered to have replacement lift-gate sourced, I eventually declined and opted for a refund. We still took the trunk however I wished I had advocated for a full refund for the waste of time, unprofessional and lack of communication, as well as missing parts that were specifically asked for. Save yourself the hassle, take your business elsewhere.

Listen to me. Brandon at ext. 347 is the real connect. He will help you find any part, any car, any day. The delivery drivers are aware, professional and kind. If you disrespect them you goin to fafo.

Such a pleasant experience over the phone with Simon. Appreciate his patience and professionalism and follow-through. We were driving from out of state to pick up some parts and he made sure we received photos of exactly what we were buying beforehand. This company is lucky to have such a polite and friendly person like Simon answering the phone. Very pleased customer here. Highly recommend!

Bionic auto parts was a great place to shop for the auto parts that I needed. I worked with Simon and he was very helpful and great to work with. He went above and beyond and saved me time and effort when shopping for the right part for my car. Bionic really works hard at tending to their customer’s needs. I would definitely go back when shopping for more auto parts.

They say they give 6 month warranty but they gave us a bad transmission twice and every time we call they transfer us to our sales rep that doesn’t answer the phone and we called them multiple times trying to get help from someone other than the sales guy (Chris) and they say they can’t, it has to be the sales guy . Chris has not been helpful at all he doesn’t answer his calls EVER we’ve been trying to reach him for the past 2 weeks. Will not be doing business with them ever again. Highly recommend not to deal with them if you’re looking for a headache free experience. We spent $1500 for the transmission and labor on top of that and still in the same spot we were in the beginning.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Miko at Bionic Autoparts in Illinois is hands down the best used car parts salesman I’ve ever worked with — and I’ve dealt with plenty. We’ve purchased many motors and transmissions from him, and the warranties they offer on used parts give me total peace of mind. Miko really knows his stuff, is super honest, and always goes the extra mile to find me the best parts and the best deals. Working with him is easy (and actually fun), which is rare in this business. Over time, he’s gone from just my go-to parts guy to almost like a friend. If you want someone way above the rest in the used parts game, Miko’s your guy!

We drove 4 and a 1/2 hours because they said they had the part. We called several times and told them we would get there at 5 and tried to even make a payment over the phone. They did nothing to help and we got there at 5 and they wouldn't help us. What kind of customer service is that. Thanks for nothing.

Exquisite customer service experience. Had to purchase an engine replacement for my 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe. Because of the large purchase amount, my bank rejected the transaction 4 times. I appreciated JOSE's patience+professional during this process as he had to resend the electronic invoice each time I requested.

I had the pleasure of working with Miko, a sales rep at ext 350, who went above and beyond to help me find the part I needed. Miko walked me through the entire process ensuring I understood everything, and even gave me a call when the part was ready for pickup. I truly appreciated the level of service!

I wish I could give zero stars. Before going to this business I called and was transferred to parts by a representative and no one never answer. I then drove to the location on North Ave requesting help in seeing if a battery I needed was in stock. Two rude male employees told me that I will have to search through multiple batteries to see if mine was there as if I knew what I was looking for. They were both on their phones and very unattended. I found this to be very unprofessional and rude. Please go to hell with your sarcastic response with the Walmart comparison. If a customer ask for assistance they should be helped. Not all customers have automotive experience. It’s probably one of the lazy ones who responded to my post.

I would give a negative rating if I had the option. This location has extremely irresponsible employees—avoid it at all costs. They mislead customers and provide false information. I was looking for a specific bumper and called this location, where an employee named Miko answered. He informed me that the bumper I needed was at a different location in Milwaukee. He said I couldn’t inspect it in person but assured me that if I paid half the amount, they could ship it to their Chicago location for pickup. Since I had no other option, I agreed to the terms and made the payment. During our call, I clearly told Miko that I was coming from Ohio to Chicago just to pick up this bumper. I specifically asked if there were any issues with it, to which he responded that everything was fine except for a few minor scratches. Based on this assurance, I proceeded with the purchase. However, after picking up the bumper and bringing it home, I discovered that it was dark brown instead of black, as I had requested. Worse yet, the fog lamp holders on both sides were broken—something Miko never mentioned. When I called him to address these issues, he denied ever discussing the bumper’s condition and abruptly ended the call in the middle of our conversation. This experience was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Their lack of honesty and professionalism is unacceptable. I strongly advise others to stay away from this location.

Massive operation, selling tons of parts. Honestly though their staff over the phone or easy to work with, the parts arrive as expected, they will load up what you need with a forklift if it's palletized and in my case they help me toss the stuff in the back of my car since it was a bit big. No complaints here. Don't expect a super posh establishment, it's an old Warehouse with old Auto parts going through it so manage expectations there, but what they've got is fairly priced and accurately represented

Bionic Auto Parts in Chicago is a gem! Every time I swing by, I'm greeted with a friendly smile and top-notch service. The staff knows their stuff and always makes sure I get exactly what I need. Whether it's Larissa, Joshua, Eduardo, Jason, Brandon they treat me like a neighbor, not just a customer. The parts are always in great shape and reasonably priced. Plus, their packaging is spot-on, so everything arrives in perfect condition. If there's ever an issue, they handle it quickly and professionally. Bionic Auto Parts is my go-to spot in the city—highly recommend!

As a 1st time buyer I had a really great and positive experience. The staff was professional, knowledgeable, as well friendly and personable. I bought a transmission that worked out great and the price was great. Knowing they could ship/deliver to the auto shop was a perfect surprise. Id definitely recommend to at least check here before looking else where for car parts.

I bought a door assembly for Camaro from this seller. The seller sent me the door with defects, without some fuzzy details. I had to buy a separate interior panel and door hinges. I sent the seller pictures of what he sent me and he does not react to it in any way. Be careful when you buy from him. I had to spend an additional $ 150, because he sent me with defects and the lack of parts that were in the description. Supplement, on September 16, the seller refunded the money for the defective product. For this I am grateful to him.
