This service is excellent. We called them asking for a tow after trying to jump start our hybrid. Rick reassured us that he could get our car started without a tow. He was there in under an hour, explained what had gone wrong, tested the battery and got the car started. He encouraged us to to go the dealer for a new battery rather than the local place. The dealer tested the battery and our warranty covered a new one. Also, he just a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend.

I had been waiting for over an hour for a service provider to be dispatched via my insurance company. It was then that I received a notification that I would have to wait between 75 minutes to 105 minutes just for the provider to arrive. It was getting cold inside my car and I couldn’t wait any longer. That’s when I looked on Google to find a nearby towing company that offers battery jumps. I came across Rick’s Emergency Roadside Assistance. He was very professional and friendly over the phone and in-person. He arrived in about 15 minutes and had my car started in less than a minute. Rick was there for me and he’ll be there for you!!!
13° out. My battery died sitting with my flashers on. Called AAA the said 4 hours. Googled Rick’s he came in about 20 minutes. Really nice guy too! Nice to have someone who comes when you need help.

Rick was awesome—he was there in 40 minutes to inflate my tire and advised me to get new ones before a long trip. Definitely saved me the trouble (and a potential accident) before heading home for the holidays.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Rick was easy to talk to, very responsive and flexible. He met us at Ohare airport’s parking lot on the 5th floor, which wasn’t easy to get to as they close certain floors on certain days. He had to leave the parking lot and come back in to find us. He was able to change my tire in less than 10 minutes in 5 degree weather! He has my business!!
Amazing, fast and reasonable rates!
My car got stuck in the alleyway on some ice tonight and we couldn’t get it out even with an officer coming to help us.
My emergency road service service was saying no one could come until the next day, and other tow services were saying they were at least a few hours away.
Rick arrived less than 30 minutes after I spoke to him and took extra care to make sure the car wouldn’t get damaged as it was in a dicey spot.
Rick was great and I can’t recommend him more!
Rick's assistance was all around wonderful. He gave us honest input, ran tests on our engine and battery, and gave a solid opinion on what to do. We appreciated his expertise and his genuine want to help us out. He safely towed our car and we were grateful for his help during a hard situation!

Rick was excellent! I needed my vehicle towed to a muffler shop, and he quoted about 30 minutes but arrived even earlier! He was professional, friendly, and even let me ride along to the shop. On top of that, his prices were very great much more affordable than other tow companies I called. Truly an honest man running a great business. I’d highly recommend him to anyone in need of a reliable tow!

After discovering my catalytic converter had been stolen, I was dreading the logistics of getting my car to a shop. Thankfully, Rick’s Emergency Roadside assistance made the process smooth and surprisingly reassuring. Rick was quick to respond, and arrived within the quoted window. Rick was professional, careful with my vehicle, and even took a moment to explain how these thefts are becoming more common and what to tell garage to do to try and keep theft from happening again. He even texted a pic of my vehicle once it arrived safely at its destination.
Highly recommend if you’re dealing with unexpected breakdowns or theft-related issues. Rick treats you like a person, not just another job.

Rick from Rick’s EmergencyRoadside Assistance really came through for me tonight. My “check oil pressure” light went on yesterday and today my car stalled out while driving.
He got to me faster than he had estimated. Checked my oil (dangerously low). He then went off to Auto Zone to get oil and got back (again quicker than he’d estimated) and filled me up.
Saved me from having to tow it somewhere.

I called Rick’s Emergency Roadside Assistance this morning to get my car towed. I was left stranded in the middle of the alley. Rick came to my rescue within 30 min of me placing the call. He was courteous and knowledgeable about cars. Towed my car to to the shop in no time and even sent me a picture of the car being dropped off at the mechanic shop. Best towing experience ever! Super affordable prices as well.
I had an unexpected flat tire on my 2-door mini cooper front tire and didn’t want to drive it to the tire shop for repair. I called Rick and he was there in the time promised, 45 minutes after the call, and he drove me and my car to the repair shop 7 miles away. We took back roads and he drove carefully to ensure the car wasn’t damaged and we were safe on the road. While on our way he was pleasant to talk with. While certainly hope I don’t need an emergency tow again, if I do I’ll call Rick. I highly recommend him.
Rick really helped me out - responded quickly and towed me out of a difficult spot when my car died. Was gracious and friendly the whole time. Charged a very reasonable rate and even dropped me off at home after towing my car to a mechanic. Will definitely use again if I ever need to, highly recommend!

Rick came to the rescue faster than I expected and was super friendly from the get-go. He gave my car a jump start, and even stuck around to make sure everything was good before I drove off.
