Stopped by the Firestone shop for a tire issue and had a really good experience. The staff was friendly, explained everything clearly, and got me in and out faster than I expected. The work felt honest and professional I’ll definitely be back for rotations and maintenance.

I thought for sure that we would be waiting so long, the stalls were filled and the parking lot, full. But we were promised at check in we would be done in a half hour. I had my doubts. Not only did they get it done on time, they did my tire rotation so fast and efficiently. I couldn’t believe it. My car is aligned perfectly and the staff couldn’t have been more kind. This is a wonderful and smooth running Firestone location. Thank you!

DO NOT COME HERE! Not only are they going to charge you up the ass for basic services, but will lie straight to your face just to get a sale out of you. Told me they couldn’t patch my tire; I then went to another place where they not only PATCHED it, but was able to get a replacement tire for less than half the price they’re charging you. Let me not forget about poor customer service. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Firestone was great and fast! They were able to squeeze me in without an appointment, dropped my car off for the day at 11am and got it back before 5:30pm. Daniel explained everything clearly and went over all options with tire choices, explained recommendations well. He also saved us money with online coupons and the Firestone Card. Alfredo did the work on the car and it is driving great and he did a lot of work quickly. We are very happy with our service.

Alex is a great guy. Alex was never short with us. He explained himself and why he was suggesting his solutions for our situation. Every other customer that walked in was given the same great treatment. Thanks for helping

The service I have received from Daniel and Jose was excellent. I recommend them to either go teach other customer reps and service employees they both was great. They did their job to one out of 1010 being the best was excellent. I recommend them and Firestone for all services.

I’ve been an on and off customer at Firestone for years now, and feel strongly that they always provide honest, upfront, and kind service. Recently I brought my car in for tire repair, and regular service. Alex was amazing!! He is so knowledgeable, gave me all the info I needed upfront and promised to get my car ready in time (and delivered on that promise). I’m really grateful this location is in my neighborhood and will definitely be a loyal customer.

I brought in my new-to-me truck (thanks Carvana) and had it professionally inspected. They provided full transparency by providing photography of my rotors and brake pads and now, I feel confident to drive my new-to-me vehicle. Thanks to the Firestone team for getting my new vehicle ready for adventure.

I had a great experience at Firestone during my oil change, thanks to Charlie and Alex. They were both professional, friendly, and very helpful from start to finish. Everything was explained clearly, the service was done in a timely manner, and I felt like my car was genuinely taken care of. It’s refreshing to deal with staff who are honest and attentive. These guys are awesome! Had four tires I needed to dispose of bunch of other shops to give me a hard time about it and these guys made the process of disposing of them. Super easy. Would recommend every day of the week will be coming back here just because of how cool they were about this.

He switched it out in less than 2 minutes and didn’t charge me a dime. I was happy to pay because I’m going on a long road trip. So I’m very appreciative! I've been a Firestone customer for years and recently moved back to Chicago from Wisconsin. I started to experience issues with my car and needed to find a new Firestone home in Chicago. I was going through the reviews and hearing great things about this location and decided to give this place a call. I spoke with Alex who was so nice over the phone (and even more so in person) to schedule an appointment to get work done on my car. I wanted to use my coverage through CarShield and found out that they didn't cover as much as I thought. Alex provide indepth knowledge and education on using service such as Carshield, services related to work being done that day, and needed services in the future. In that moment, I feel cared for and valued as a customer. I understand that it was going to be almost $4400 worth of work, but they made feel as though it is well worth to keep me and car protected, especially with the winter approaching. With this in mind, I came back a few weeks later to get more work done on my car and as always I was helped by Alex who continue to keep me update along the way from the beginning to the end. Afterwards, Alex took the time to review over my account regarding the recommended recommendations to see what is next. This allowed me to see what's next and important to focus on. I was so impressed with their work. I came back today to get 3 out 4 major work performed. I will be back soon for the rest of the work. I truly enjoyed my time at this location and felt so welcome and warm. Thank you to Alex and staff for making this a wonderful experience I'll never forget. Mary Murray

I recommend Firestone for tires with their warranty service. I've been with them over 20 years and they never fail to meet any issues with tires. Service at Elston are great. Jose has the best personality and great customer skills.

I had a great experience in this location! The staff member Daniel is the one that helped me. She was very knowledgeable of my vehicle’s needs and explained in detail the work that was needed. They had it done and ready to go in decent timing!

My experience here was excellent. Everyone is very nice and keeps you up to date on the progress of your car. Daniel was such a pleasant person to interact with. He was very patient with me when I would ask questions and very knowledgeable about what was being done to my car.

I came in to get a tire sensor replaced and the staff let me know that I actually need two sensors replaced. The job was done quickly and efficiently. Alex C. was informative and helpful. I will definitely return for future work on my car.

I had a 4:00 PM appointment on 11/22 for an oil change and to balance one wheel. At 5:30 the tech said the tire was bas and the wheel would need replacing. No explanation offered for an oil change taking 1-1/2 hours. Apparently appointments mean nothing. No appology. Just lame useless reasons. The tech couldn't match the Firestone tires currently on the vehicle. The tech was not able to find an acceptable replacement. A quick internet search found dozens of acceptable replacements. I've replaced all 4 tires on three vehicles with Firestone. I've used Firestone for other maintenance as well. I won't be doing it again. You've lost a customer.

I went in thinking I needed a belt replacement after some smoke and burnt rubber smell from under the hood, the guys went in and did a full inspection and found my actual issue, which was a gasket leak. I would’ve spent far more money than I needed to replacing a part that was fine, but the guys honestly saved me lots of money and time with repeated trips. I can’t recommend these guys enough to give an honest assessment of the work that needs done without just trying to make a quick sale and be done with it. I’ll definitely be coming back here for any future work

I brought my car in because I had a flat tire. Daniel was very friendly and helpful. I left my tire there to be repaired. They said it would take an hour and called me promptly. They even put my tire back on quickly and at no charge. I really appreciate good service. Thank you!!!

I was able to take my vehicle there and get it repaired at a fair price! The front desk associate by the name of Daniel, was great at explaining everything in detail and going over recommendations as well. He was very easy to talk to and understanding. I do recommend!

They really are experienced in anything that has to do with your vehicle. The poor review you see DOES NOT do any justice. These mechanics and Alex have a great attitude and always a hard working crew. I've taken all my vehicles to fix with no problems from Summer to Winter problems that I've had and NEVER had a problem with them. Sometimes you just need to be patient. Thank you Alex and crew.

Alfredo was especially helpful, answering all my questions about the right oil for my car without trying to upsell me on anything I didn't need. Had to makes 2 different appointments in the past two months, one for new tires and another for a wheel alignment. Two trips turned into 4 because they are not careful with your vehicle. I purchased 4 new tires and had them installed, and had to come back within 2 weeks because my tires were all under 20 PSI, they installed new tires but did not fix/check for a rim leak? Watse of another 3 hours because the proper work was not done. They then recommended an alignment (I knew I was due for one and then took the car to my regular mechanic). Got more work done there and they also recommended an alignment. Fast forward two weeks, back at Firestone for the alignment and all of a sudden my camber bolt needs to be replaced, how did they not notice that before? Tack on another charge, fine. Two days later two of luggage nut caps fall of the tires because they did not properly secure them. Worth paying more somewhere else for better service.
