I don’t trust many ppl transporting my OBS, took care of it and transported safely. Snowy day here pick it up and delivered it within an hour. Will use again. Wasn’t price gouged either.

they were honestly so quick and sweet had lots of patience especially with me being young and not knowing what to do in situations that require tow trucks, cars, mechanics, and all that stuff. very helpful and overall the best

My car sat in my yard for 4 years no tires in the back can’t tires a tree in the way and some more. Henry came a day early and got it out when no other tow truck wanted to touch it he knows his angles we got the car out in under and hour definitely advise using this company especially Henry !
I called for a tow early October I was given one price by Miguel then the driver gave me another price and then when I said I had already spoken with miguel he says "oh you know miguel" I said no not personally but he's the one who gave me a price....long story short I asked for a receipt on multiple occasions and was told that my mechanic had the receipt which was a lie but he said he would send it never got it, I text and got ignored, I called from a different number and miguel answered again stating to send my email address and he'll send me my receipt...well its November 1st still nothing!! Whats the problem with not giving people receipts??
Today I had the pleasure of having my U-Haul break down on the highway. What could have been a really scary and difficult situation, turned out to be a fun adventure. I got a call quickly after reporting the incident. The driver said he had another stop to make first, but I let him know I had to use the restroom pretty badly so he said if I was willing to go along for the journey, he could grab me first. He picked me up and let me climb through the driver side door so I didn’t have to try to enter through the side of traffic. He made a pit stop so I could use the restroom. We became fast friends. I still even made it on time to my previous obligation. I highly recommend using his company if you are ever in a bind. He found a way to make a really big inconvenience to feel a little lighter.

My truck broke down at 4:00 am on the south side of Chicago. I looked up for emergency towing on the internet and l've found Chi-City Towing. I called them up, the dispatch was very friendly and helpful and asked me a few questions about what happened to my car to decide which truck to send. He said the truck would be there in 30 minutes, 15 minutes later the truck showed up. The driver was very professional and made sure my car wouldn't be damaged. They made sure my truck got to where i needed it to be and that I got the help that I needed.
Shout out to Henry. I was in the process of moving apartments when my U-Haul battery died, and Henry came to help me. The battery was completely dead and Henry stuck around until it was fully charged which ended up being over an hour. We need more employees like Henry in the world, when he starts a task he is going to finish it.
Have used Chi-City Towing several times and it’s been excellent service EVERY time. They’ve been reliable and on time every time I’ve used their services. I’ve also used them for junking a few cars and it’s been the same excellent service each time. I will definitely recommend them to family and friends.

I just wanted to share my experience with this company. I can tell they're very family-oriented type of business that cares about what they do. They have helped me on multiple occasions and one time it was such a simple issue they didn't even charge me. Highly recommended. So if you're looking for a trustworthy towing business and you're scared of the shady towing companies that will charge you hundreds of dollars and then I highly recommend you save their phone number in your phone because you will never have to contact another towing company again. You might not even need a tow, you might just need a jump and they can help with that too. Truly appreciate your help on those occasions and I can promise you this I will never call another towing company again in my life for as long as you guys are in business.
