Thanks to the extreme cold my battery started going out on me. Called to see if they did battery replacements, and they do! Came to the location, Eddie was able to get me a good battery, and I got to wait inside in the warmth while Eddie switched out my battery. Process was about 15 minutes to complete, super fast. Great car and customer service!

Eddie was excellent help! I came in with my car dead, and he helped with getting my battery for the right vehicle. It took him under 10 minutes to install my battery and I was able to make it to work on time. I will ALWAYS recommend Eddie

Angel in the evening shift has the WORST customer service!!.
He looks confused the entire time. Won’t say anything after scanning our items. When showing him my phone to say I’m looking for a CABIN FILTER he still looks confused. I said I’ll just order it online since he looks confused. His response was “yeah because I have never owned a car in my life all sarcastic”

If you obviously don’t like or don’t know what you’re doing you shouldn’t be there!

He couldn’t even help the guy in front of us, someone else had to jump in and help. He did also smell like alcohol. He shouldn’t be working there.

Employees disinterested in your car issues. Battery diagnostic machine “down”. Waited in line for 20 minutes just to be told they couldn’t help me. Also couldn’t direct me to somewhere that was capable of battery diagnostics. Useless.

I usually have a great experience here. Of course, I’m usually spending a lot of money. So today when I was only looking for a steering wheel lock, there were three sales people behind the counter, helping one man, but no one would spend more than 30 seconds with me. The only information I got was if we have them they’d be over there… pointing me in a general direction.What a shame. I will take my business elsewhere.

My husband came yesterday to drop off a battery for his truck and when he came to pick it up, they gave it to someone else. They tried to tell him he did not bring the battery to this location to end up finding him on the cameras. We’ve came back today for assistance and they keep saying there is no manager at the moment and can’t contact him. We need assistance on speaking to someone in charge this is very unprofessional and now we have a vehicle unable to be driven due to this situation.

Although I found what I was looking for and the store is conveniently close to my home, next time I am going to another location or the competition. The employee who assisted me lacked good customer service skills on the highest level.

The people that work here, went above and beyond to help me with my headlights.I have a Prius that takes a very specific kind of bulb. They immediately ordered it that morning it was there by 2:00 p.m. They are very difficult to change to say the least. They helped me figure it all out and get everything else I needed. Thank you for all of your help! ?

Dont like the service. I grabbed what I wanted,went to the registers and waited between 5-10 minutes to pay. The front end associates weren't around,there was 1 assoc. Towards the back taking a phone order but besides that no one else was around. Finally I got help, after paying I asked if they had a certain part and they where charging about $480 for some struts. Everywhere else I went online at they had them at no more than 250 for the pair of front ones. I asked why so much and they said that was the price,I asked for options and they said that's the only one they had available.I showed them some online front there page and the guy said those weren't available anymore,but clearly they where...anyways I just think the guy didnt care since he wasnt a back room associate and not a front end one.

I ordered a battery online and received 25% off. I called my dad to pick it up because I’m pregnant and due any day and did not have transportation. When my dad arrived with my debit card to pick it up Sales Associate Dan refused to give it to him. I offered to go on FaceTime with my drivers license and send a photo copy of my drivers license to my dad phone. My dad had to come from Tinley Park to go there for me and Dan refused to give it to him. If I wasn’t pregnant in pain I would’ve had no problem with getting on the bus and picking it up. This was my first time purchasing from advance autos and my last. Now I have to wait for a refund and my dad had to repurchase it again on my debit card. It’s really crazy he was willing to accept my debit card without me present but couldn’t go through with the purchase I placed online. I will be contacting corporate tomorrow cause this transaction was so inconvenient for me. Thank you for the terrible service Dan.

My brakes were ready for pick up when i got there. The store smelled amazing and the cashier explained everything. Thank you so very much!!!

Terrible I had to go there 3 times for spark plugs because they claimed they were shipping there first they said come back in hour after I called ahead to confirm they had them. Came back after an hour no plugs told to come back after 4:30 came back no plugs. Turns out the whole time they were at the store closest to my house. This location was twice as far and has a lot of traffic! Do not trust them they will not have your parts terribly unorganized!
