I used this group for two multi-day jobs cleaning out a rental unit and garage. They were timely, efficient, and reasonably priced. I appreciated being kept up to date on the project progress. Great folks to work with.
Cannot recommend. While the service was fine, the invoice was two months late and much more than I expected. When I asked for an accounting of how they arrived at that price, they would not give it to me.
I live in a different state and needed assistance with clearing out a relative’s storage unit after she passed away. Junk Removal 911 was very responsive on text and email. They are very reliable! I had a short time period since it was during Thanksgiving break to travel to Illinois and sort through the unit. They were able to accommodate me when I needed to change the pickup date. What’s even more impressive, they were able to pickup everything without me being present at the storage unit. I just had to make sure they had a key to the unit lock. Junk Removal 911 took a lot of stress off of my family and I. We were able to enjoy Thanksgiving knowing that we didn’t have to clear out the furniture, books, clothes, etc… in the unit. This saved time and our backs! Highly recommend this company. Yes, you will have to pay to have it picked up and junked, but worth it if you are unable to do so Thanks Junk Removal 911!

We used Junk Removal 911 for removal of some oversized furniture, difficult when living in a high rise. We set it up with a very helpful Kyle who then kept us informed about the schedule. The removal was done in a timely manner and with great care taken. Joey and Ricky were great, prompt, efficient, very careful and friendly. We appreciated the great service and would highly recommend this company.

Junk 911 has been a lifesaver during my recent move. I had to move fast and remove a lot of extraneous items fast during the move, and subsequent listing of my condo. I had to call numerous times for different removals during this process, and the team at Junk 911 have been fast, responsive and professional.
The removal teams onsite have always been friendly and unfailingly professional, not to mention quick and efficient.

I found Kyle to be extremely helpful in solving my problem of what to do with furniture and other items that I needed to get rid of. His removal team was so nice and generous and willing to take whatever I needed removed. I can’t speak highly enough about what a wonderful solution they provided for me.
Kyle and Tre, from Junk Removal 911, were very cooperative with my situation. I live in Las Vegas and I needed a sofa and loveseat removed from my elderly aunt's apartment to make room for a new set that I was sending her for her birthday. Very helpful and friendly on the phone. They called between the time interval (called at 4pm in 2-5pm). I ended up needing to cancel the service because of problems with my move in, but Kyle on the phone was understanding, calm, and friendly about my cancellation. I will consider using this service in the future and would recommend.
Wonderful experience! We were at work all day so we would have missed our window but we were able to leave the keys for the guys. It was fast and easy. Communication was great and customer service was even better. We can’t recommend them enough! Thanks again!!
We’ve use this company on multiple occasions and have always been pleased. The staff is prompt, friendly, professional, and works well with the staff in our building to be accommodating. I recommend them hands down.
I used junk removal 911 3 times , July 2020, September 2022 and March 2024. I was very satisfied the 1st 2 times. They were punctual, careful with the structure, completed the jobs quickly and were reasonably priced.
The March 2024 service was very sub par. They arrived late ( I had to call to confirm they were still coming). They banged items down the stairs loosening boards. Broke glass items (they cleaned up the broken glass).
I had not looked at the truck until they were halfway through the job and said “we are gonna need two trips!” I had a lot less to clear out than the 2 previous jobs so it was then that I checked the truck. It was half the size of the trucks used in my earlier jobs!! I told them they needed to get it all in that 1 trip. They worked all in the truck and the garbage cans in my alley.
When I talked to the company about the size of the truck and the nearly doubled cost of the service I told my load was oversized because the tarp was not able to close. They did not deny or confirm the smaller truck size.
I will never use them or refer their services again.
We have used Junk Removal 911 twice in the last month, and recommend without reservation. They were friendly, polite, on time, and were careful not to cause any damage clearing out some old stuff from our apartment. To top it off, they were able to accommodate a tight time window so that we could have our old beds out of the apartment before the new ones were delivered. Great job!
Update: I used Junk Removal 911 again, to clean out our apartment. I see reason to use anyone else. They are great guys, efficient, on time, and reasonably priced.
Amazing service! Emailed them for a quote to remove a futon, mattress, and stack of cardboard from my garage and got a response very quickly with a great price. Called them this morning to arrange a date for pick up and they were here within 2 hours. The team were polite, friendly, and worked fast. If you need junk removal, I highly recommend this company.
