Very helpful and friendly on the phone. They called between the time interval (called at 4pm in 2-5pm). I ended up needing to cancel the service because of problems with my move in, but Kyle on the phone was understanding, calm, and friendly about my cancellation. I will consider using this service in the future and would recommend.
Very friendly and professional team! Kyle was very patient as I had to reschedule a couple of times, and Rick cleared out all the stuff quickly and efficiently! Will definitely call them again!
