Very rude no good communication don’t keep there word on updates or information pertaining your vehicle

Thankful for great customer service on every level. Samantha which is the phone operator which aided and assisted me had good energy throughout the entire interaction and Carlos which was the tow truck driver took care of me in no time with the same great energy and great customer service. Aero itself always gives me the correct time around my schedule and never seems to low ball me like the rest of the junk car companies. They will always be my first choice for used parts and repair work.

Went here for a used battery and they beat all the other guys price by a long shot. I need 700 cca for my truck. Battery works fine! And they give you a 90 day warranty as well.

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Allow me to elaborate on my experience. My motor went out in my Jeep after I had just got done paying off my car. We decided to do business with this company because Bobby seemed very nice and willing to work with us. We purchased the motor for around $1200. They asked us where did we want the motor delivered. My boyfriend said I’m going to make a few calls to get some prices, but most likely we’ll go with a shop I usually take my cars to get fixed. I’ll touch base with you guys Monday to let you know where to drop the motor off. Bobby NEVER informed us that they did labor work there. We ended up going with the shop my bf usually takes his vehicles. These guys are over qualified. In fact, Aero auto parts said they did really good work because they have also done business with them before. The shop placed the FIRST motor in my Jeep and immediately called me to tell me that the motor was bad. They noticed the motor blowing black smoke and the motor was knocking. They even sent me the video. I called Aero to let them know that the motor they sold to me was no good. They kept trying to blame the shop, saying they put the motor in wrong. It was a back and forth thing, then they decided to replace the motor. They dropped another motor off at the shop and the shop got straight to work. They ran my car again with the replacement motor just for the results to be the EXACT SAME! Shop called me again and told me they would call up to Aero themselves because the motor is still no good. Again, they sent me proof and I went up there to see for myself. Aero told my boyfriend and I that we could get our car towed to them so that they could do the labor. I said you guys could do the labor? Why wouldn’t you guys tell us that you all did labor work so that I wouldn’t have had to pay EXTRA for yall malfunctioning parts to begin with. At this point, I didn’t trust them at all. So I declined the gesture and told them why. It was weird that all of a sudden you guys want to do the work but didn’t offer it in the beginning. They sent out ANOTHER replacement motor and you would think the third time is a charm right? WRONG! They sent out ANOTHER bad motor. I was 4K in the hole just in labor cost because of Aero. They agreed to refund me my money for the bad motor, but they didn’t try to help write their wrongs for sending out multiple bad motors. I am soooo disappointed and furious with their customer service as well as their quality. I had been without a car for almost 6 months. They played a part in that reasoning. They lack empathy and common courtesy. Please please pleaseeee stay away.

I can say I got my engine replaced and had to come back at least three times for repairs, but each time they Fixed the repairs with no Cost Salute To You guys

Bobby was great!! Drove 3 hours to get a hood. And they didn't disappoint. Was funny and very efficient on getting us all fixed up!

This is the WORST place to get service done. I got here at 1:25 and they didn’t take my car until 2:45. I just came to get the rear defrost put back onto the rear window and it’s now 3:27 and I’m still waiting to get my car back. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone unless you going to drop off your vehicle

I needed a rear view mirror for the passenger side door on my 2014 Honda Odyssey and I found several sights with the average price being $40 for a brand new mirror. I went to Aero Auto Parts and they quoted me $60 for a used mirror and laughed at when I showed how much for a new mirror!

A great service to the Chicagoland area. When I tell you "BOBBY" and his family and team of soldiers are by far the very best, I mean that. If you look at my comments, just know. My Google Maps comment's on my reviews. Have at this point 18 million viewers from my reviews. I work in Chicagoland but live in Northwest indiana. I haul heavy equipment for a living and work with one of Chicagoland best paving companies that has been in business for over 105 years of operation. These men and women in this team get the job done for part's prices and customer service. Will make you feel like you're the wealthy person around. Just know at times it's going to look rough when you may walk in. Yet, whenever you hit that door. They'll be performing on a scale of Chicago Gold Coast. It's more about respect for customers. Nothing but love and respect for this real Chicago hit Squad. Why would I say this ? They never miss when I walk in the building. If they don't have it, they will get it. Now, the best part they deliver the major part's. This is my go too... if you look at the pictures I have posted, you'll see my older work truck, which they have been keeping on the road for me with 350k miles on it. If you need used parts go to them. They give you 30 day warranty and 90 day money back. Anytime I need a window fixed or used parts They’re my go to place. My windshield wiper motor went out he got me the best available price for the motor and they installed it right on the spot.Bobby was great help & I will return !!

Shout out Brit for being a great human being and for being very flexible with what I wanted to repair/service. I had my radiator replaced super quickly and they did a great job. Also when I dropped my car off, they Ubered me home which was awesome. Very professional shop with good service .

Junk parts that are way over priced!! went here to get parts. supposedly grade A... they where not even close. most of the parts had rust and all 10 parts I had ordered where damaged and needed repaired. I drove 2 hours to get these and I asked for a discount so I could pay to get them repaired. they said if you don't like them go elsewhere. I was lied to on the phone about these all being in good shape. I will never go back! Also the guy I was working with was super nice on the phone but was extremely rude and cocky in person

I called to get a price on some rims for my tires. I woman answered and then transferred me to a man. He sounded Latin. I asked him a few questions and he had an attitude right off the bat for no reason. He gave me attitude the entire conversation which lasted a mere 20 seconds due to how rude he was being. I told him nevermind because he had a really bad attitude. They have horrible customer service here and have attitudes with the customers. Definitely would not recommend. I will take my money elsewhere.

Walked in on a Saturday morning to purchase a part that I had seen available through a parts database. I was greeted a courteous gentleman at the counter who verified that the part was in stock. There was a wait time for the part to be pulled. but it was understandable given that it was a Saturday. I was updated on the status during my wait . I Will be swapping out the part during the week but so far the experience at aero was good.

Decent prices on the parts you need. Honest and informative workers. Reasonable and efficient service. They’re also pretty well stocked and will likely have the part you need for just about any replacement or repair. If not, they’ll order it for you and usually have it in a day or so. Overall, no real complaints on my end. I’d recommend this place.

The guys are nice, fair and reasonable. The parts I got I wasn't able to use they allowed me to exchange that part but the second one didn't work either and they gave me a full refund with no problem. Nice people to do business with.

Great experience. Parts were delivered to south suburbs for free and I wasn't home when parts were dropped off, the driver waited 15 min for me without complaining at all. The salesman I worked with called multiple times to make sure that I was straight . I strongly recommend them to anyone looking for used parts

When I first went there the staff was very efficient and helpful when locating the part. When I needed another part for my car i called and Victor searched for me. He asked me to send him pictures of the problem area and was able to pinpoint what part i would need. Unfortunately they didn't have the part in stock. He later called me to inform me that he called another location, that they had it and it would b there the next day. Above and beyond service. Friendly, polite, and knowledgeable staff. Will definitely recommend and use them again.
