García was not just amazing tow truck driver but a great person. He advised me what I should do in my situation and what were my best options. He went above and beyond to make calls where could my car get fix for reasonable prices and great service.

Within an hour of calling, Mr Garcia was at my door to pick up my car after calling a few other places! He was so kind and very efficient with getting my car loaded up and over to the shop, despite it being snowed in on a busy one-way city street. Also incredibly affordable for service provided. Needed a tow and stumbled across Garcia from Industrial Towing. Immediately, he put me at ease. He said he would pick up the car, deliver it to where I requested and followed through perfectly for a reasonable amount. Best tow truck experience ever! They were fast to arrive, super nice, and showed my toddler son how to operate the controls. He took the time to try to jump my car before towing it in case it didn’t need a tow. I’m saving their number in my phone for any car trouble I have again!

I really appreciated the service especially because it is 24 hours! Also speaks Spanish. My car’s tire came off at 12:30 am and I was able to get serviced as soon as possible. I needed to have my car towed to a body shop after a terrible and unfortunate accident. There wasn't much time before the place closed for the day so I expected that I'd have to deal with the particulars the following morning.

Industrial Towing and Recovery gave me an estimate of 40 minutes to get to my car; I'm pretty sure they got there in almost half that time and they managed to beat my dad & I to the repair shop despite their driving a much larger, less maneuverable, vehicle in some pretty bad traffic.

My Chevy Malibu left stranded after leaving the keys in ignition for too long and the anti theft system got activated, after of several times of trying to unlock it myself the battery died on me. I called Industrial Towing and Recovery and they did not ONLY towed my car from where I left it. They picked up, dropped it off at my place and deactivated the anti theft system everything in less than 10 minutes. HONEST,FAST AND RELIABLE. Industrial towing & recovery did an outstanding job towing our car this morning. I had already called competitors and found that Industrial towing offered the best price. After telling me it would take about an hour to arrive the rep called me back soon after and said they could do it sooner. Probably within 30 minutes from when I had called, it was super quick. He did a great job, when he parked the car on street parking he left the car close to the sidewalk which was perfect so it wouldn’t be on the way of other cars that would pass by. He was nice, professional and sympathetic. I recommend this towing company to anyone who ever needs it.

I can’t say enough about Industrial Towing and Recovery! The driver absolutely saved the day! Picture this: my commercial moving truck, with loaded furniture, looking like it could collapse any second. My heart was racing because I honestly thought there was no way it could be towed. One front wheel was completely messed up and wedged tightly between two cars. It seemed like an impossible mission. But then, in came the driver, full of confidence and determination!

Had car troubles, car got stuck in mud. Driver was very nice, very good. I felt calm after he arrived, got my car out right away. And arrived home safely. Definitely recommend!! Great guy!!!! Don’t hesitate to call!!

Was stranded on a side street off Cicero Ave and Mr. Garcia (Wulfrano) spotted me and circled back to offer us free help. He was able to remove my wheel, which had seized/rusted to the hub, and drove me to the tire shop where I had already ordered a replacement tire, waited for it to be installed and drove me back to my car. Saved me the cost of a tow truck (and a lot of time)! He was truly heaven sent. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I am a former mechanic and could tell he knows his stuff.
