This place is close to my job so it’s very convenient. We’ve been to several scrap yards and this is our current choice. You will more than likely have to offload your own scrap into a provided bin that they scale. It’s not usually busy when I’ve been there. It’s your typical scrap yard nothing special but not as busy as the bigger competitors. Also the bonus here is that they still pay you in cash, most of the others I’ve been to have changed their policies and now only pay out in checks. This is why we go here.
Brought my scrap to another place and they were giving me 1/2 of what this place forked over. Walked out of their with a decent wad of cash, and put that money right into the account. Good peoples down there, liked working with a dude name Gene. This place is on it
They helped me take my stuff from my car to their electronic scales and get me paid . I was in and out very fast. Nice people and highly recommend. Their prices are comparable and will Match if needed.
