Be careful the owner tells you one price and then when it’s time to pay if you pay with card he sneaks in the merchant fee…. Very sneaky of him just pay cash and don’t hand over a card
They sold me the wrong alternator electrical part for my vehicle the next 2 days they wouldn't give me a refund or exchange show me my worst enemy to come to this auto parts store
They have a weird way of selling parts. I called and was told I have the option to come in and wait 40 minutes on the part to get picked up and brought to the store or pay over the phone and save the wait time while driving here. After completing the payment was told it would be an hour and after the hour got told that it would another 40 minutes. I do not recommend this place.
They charge to much for 1 lower control arm for $74.95 I can get two control arms for same price with ball jount not places sux!!!!! Don't go there beware
Went a day ago even called over the phone for my truck parts when i arrived checked the parts out only to notice the pieces were too small. I asked the cashier that if the parts were the right ones and told him "are you sure this the part" he assured me that those were the parts i need when in fact it wasn't they were the wrong parts when i went to go return the parts i got hit with a bogus (restock or whatever) fee instead of refunding me the full amount these guys are scammers they'll sell you the wrong parts and charge for refunding u the money s.n don't go there and double check ur parts if u do cuz they sell u and tell u u bought the right parts when in fact u didn't
I asked before i left if u read what I wrote you would see i asked u before i left the store and u assured it was indeed the parts u even sounded frustrated that i kept asking if i got the right piece so not only are u guys shady and over charge y'all a bunch of lairs and try to put words in ppls mouths

Freddy the manager was explained that he sold to me a wrong alternator part, he should ensure the correct part was being given before it was sold to me. Instead of apologizing at least, he said it was my fault for not providing the vin number of the car when he never asked to begin with. Then he proceeded to say “ I’m not going to argue with you, I’m not accepting or returning that part” . It clearly wasn’t my fault, as he did not ask the required questions before selling the part to me. Incompetent manager and employees.

Great prices on some of there auto parts a little cheaper than auto zone for example found brakes rotors for$55.00 each auto zone had them at$72.88 each for the same vehicle.enough said.
A little out of the way, but true wholesale prices. I was impressed with how the manager dealt with a situation that had the potential of turning bad, so problem resolution was nicely handled. I will definitely be back for future needs.
4 stars. Good customer service" but most of all " Absolutely Great job on getting my auto parts the same day " and within one hour for pick up. Absolutely nice workers carried my big heavy boxes to the car. Prices were great w/same day p/u.
Definitely would recommend them, you do have to pay for your merchandise up front, if available in store warehouse' you get it right there. If not its coming from another warehouse location within the hour.
Every other place I looked online did not do next day delivery which was critical at this time, so mechanic has parts for labor on Saturday. Thank you so much, I greatly appreciate you being open and available.

Discount Auto Warehouse is great because they have a lot in stock - if they don’t they can get it for you, or they let you know right away if they can’t. Love how helpful they are. Definately recommend.
I called today for a headlight assembly and asked if the lamp covers in the back are included. The guy was in a hurry and just wanted me to buy the entire thing. I asked him to check if the covers are included, so he placed me on hold for three times until he hanged up on me. Just another lazy guy who wants to get paid without doing the work. The company lost a customer... for good.
I dont go no where elese i love this place and prices are and the boss man will work with you for what you are getting dealer parts but better and recommended parts for your vehicle come on down tell them roman sent you with the navigator
Great prices needed a transmission mount everywhere I went they needed to special order the piece both autozone and advance auto said it would be $130 and $150 plus tax called discount auto wearhouse they told.me $40 and it was in stock got definitely will keep.shoping here customer service is great to

I've been coming here for years they always help me also have great customer service the best and affordable reliable parts store my favorite place to get parts.
I recently purchased a radiotor for my car and when i got home and try to install it , i realized that it was defective and the antifreeze was leaking from the new one i bought. I took it back within two hours of my purchase and when i got there , the workers were telling me that the radiotor i brought back is not the same one they sold me . They then continued to tell me that the radiator i brought back was a different one and i probably sold the one they gave me . I asked to speak to a manager. I waited for 20 minutes until finally the manager came out and told me that the radiator i brought back wasn’t theirs . I then asked to speak to someone else and the manager said “ here take this radiator i don’t want to hear you talk anymore” i asked to speak to someone else above him and he said “ only God is above him “ i tried my hardest to be patient but they were unprofessional and were treating me with no respect . They gave me another radiator and this one was also defective . I will be back this week to return it .
