Nice people, very friendly and helpful. They will guide you and even help you back into the dock, even if the parking is tight on Paulina Street.
Important: before anything else, go to the scale first. After you scale, take the ticket and then proceed to check in.
Once you are unloaded, you need to scale again on Carol Street—the same place where you did the first scale.
Overall, a good experience.

For semi:
Staging is on Fulton before Paulina or on Paulina before Fulton.
I suggest you stop @this to location (if there is no trucks) and walk to the office (blue door in the middle of building). And lady will explain what to do.
There is scale on Carrol. So they might send you there twice.
Unloading takes about an hour for truck.

Waiting too long for unloading doors is not an option because there is no space to wait, and parking on the street is required.

Yes, backing into the dock was very tight. But everybody was excellent to include the young lady who took my paperwork to the older Gentleman who gave me my paperwork back. Everybody was wonderful. I wish they all could be like this easy.

Really fun experience!! One of the tighest spots i been to but not impossible, the people working here make it as easy as possible for you so uou just have to do your part unloading took 20 min so its quick some loads have to be weigh in and out on the scale on the back of the building but its not hard to get there.

Best hospitality and courageous employees', very kind to anyone that Walks through their building. And very helpful, you will have to scale in and out which is pay for by management, and will be sealed with a bolt.

Despite the location, it's tight, it's busy with traffic, u scale twice and no overnight parking. But with all that. They will make it easy as possible. Great folks.
