Fixed the transmission and breaks on my jeep. Fast and efficiently. Great costumer service. Very pleased because it so hard to find trustworthy mechanics.
This is T I brung my motherinlaw truck in for a front Strut replacement and they were cool not all snobby and arrogant like some shops The crew here is great the shop clean and neat fair prices and doesn't try to get over on the customer. I will do more business with them and refer family and friends
Called off work because i got a quote the day b4 and confirmed to come in first thing in the morning. Showed up with the car and Bob was like well take a look at it and give you a quote, i then explained i had 1, and he was like yeh no we have to look at it. I sat and waited for 25 min in dissapointment cuz i read a review tht explaind the exact same issue with bob the day before. I then called another shop in the area and got a quote for $220 less then the quote from the day prior from this establishment.
Asked for my keys and chose to avoid the poor service Bob had to offer.
Answered our early morning call about a flat tire. Customer service was exceptional, timely and very much appreciated as it was Thanksgiving morning and we were from out of town. Our family would highly recommend Mr. Rios and his services for anyone in need of car assistance.
Send my suv to change the transmission after 2 days from being done with the new transmission star to drop off oil ,the handle don’t work properly .
I send my car back to this shop to get this thighs fix and the respond to this issues is just drive the car I will get better
I thought something was wrong with my transmission or 4x4 transfer case. Ivan the Mechanic assured me the noise was minor and not to worry. Ivan stated all the components under my H3 Hummer were sturdy. I thanked him greatly as he could of told me anything to get money out of me. My new mechanics for sure. Thanks again!!
Son buenos mecánicos , pero algunas cosas las olvidan , vas a reclamar algún mal trabajo y te ignoran cómo si fueras a pedirles regalado cuando te cobraron algo caro ....recomendación revisen bien el trabajo que les hacen a sus carros si no volverán a perder su carro por otro día o varios días más.
King transmission told me I need a new transmission. I purchased a used transmission at the cost of $350 I took it to Grand Auto. When they're replaced the transmission. It was slipping as my original transmission was. They ran some tests and came to the conclusion that it was not my transmission after all, but in fact it was my e c m that needed to be replaced. Needless to say they did an excellent job. Consumer beware of King transmission on Grand Avenue. I give Grand Auto five stars +???
I took my suv to get fixed and they did a wonderful job with it. I am very satisfied with the quality of work they put into it. They have a customer for life. I recommend going to this place.
