I had mentioned 3 different times I was coming from 35 min. Away wanted to make sure they had the part they said they did when I arrived they did not.

Top notch, customer service, extremely friendly and helpful. One of the guys whose name I cannot remember went over and above to help my dad. Same service I have personally received. Great store!!

Standing behind counter with no one saying how can I help. No other ppl there so I ask can you help? Blank stare.

Nice staff. They have a computer you can use for free. Also have what I need and if I have a question they can find the part I need.

I just came frrom Maverick and Fullerton. I was sure like 35 cents of the total price of $44 00. I asked to talk to if you can give me a I'm ignoring me so I left I'm not happy poor service 10 3 23 like 1:oo a clock thank you my name is carmelo ramos

Wow! I had a phenomenal experience at Maverick Auto Parts today. I really needed one headlight and my wipers replaced. I called ahead of time to see if they’d be willing to install a headlamp at point of purchase, and they confirmed they could before 7pm. I was questioning myself as I drove 20 minutes to get there, but my experience confirmed I’d made the right choice. Jonathan quickly found the correct parts and helped install both the headlamp and wiper blades. Thank you so much!

Love this place. If your a DIY auto mechanic you will too. Carlos helped me get what I needed today and went above and beyond with awesome customer service. All the guys here are cool and helpful as well. Mavericks is my go to place for car care.

I walked in and the employees were standing behind the counter not one of them greeted me. I walked around looking for a specific item and not one of them asked if I needed help with something. I asked someone to help me find the item I was looking for. Overall a little overpriced on the same items I get at other auto part stores.

They r great for prices and having part in stock. I have a 95 nissan needed tie rods. Cheapest was 25 at auto zone called them 18.99 had both in stock. Transmission pan 34.95 new in stock and they give u a card every 10 dollars spent they stamp when full 5 off next purchase love them. There still great went today for parts for honda crv always in stock and good prices and took my 5 dollars off. There still great and my daughter had her car in the shop for repairs unfortunatly her 2018 nissan truck stopped in downtown 1 day after getting it out. The triple a wanted to charge her 300 for battery told her no ill be right there and they can tow it to maverick on fullerton. They did when we got there Miguel had given me 3 prices for the battery she took the middle one 149 asked him to check alternator just in case he did still the battery, bought it he installed it and it sounds like no gas wouldnt turn on, mngr explained about a sensor in gas tank or just out of gas which she filled up 2 days before giving it to the garage that the insurance sent her to which is usaa ins. The garage stole the battery and either drove the car, they had it like 10 days or took her gas cause it was dead empty and the battery she had just bought a year and half ago i should know she gave me a jump. The one in the car looked like it came out of alley dirty and old. So 80 dollars in gas and 149 dollar battery later cars running. Thank u maverick for helping again Miguel is my new go to guy there so if u call maverick on fullerton ask for miguel he's a great guy and will try to find the solution to ur car problem.

Great service, very knowledgeable, great prices, parking, easy to notice from the street, and you can find parts here that are hard to find. They can also special order parts to be shipped to the store.

Drove all the way from the South Suburbs of Chicago to go to Maverick. They had the best prices around and the customer service was great! I usually order parts online, but had an emergency brake job to get done. Maverick is definitely my go to when I need parts right away.

Went in here last time I was in Chicago for some headlights. Both of mine decided to go out around the same time. The lights they sold me were some brand I had never heard and are Soo dim they almost look like an amber color. On top of that, I had some issues getting them to work originally and the kid that checked me out wanted to come help but the manager was being very rude and kept telling him no. No one was going outside. Well after messing with it for a little bit, I finally got them working so I went in to return the tools that the kid loaned to me, and as soon as I walked through the door the manager started hollering that no one was going outside again. This is not very good service. I get that they were close to closing, but no need for all of the attitude and assuming. All in all just a bad experience.

I had trouble with getting new rotors from my warranty. They originally gave me a two year warranty at purchase but then told me it expired after a year when I tried to replace them. The rotors warped in about a year. These parts are really low end.

Bought a battery. They would get 5 stars but my husband had to exchange it. It was too big. Besides that everything was good.

I had the best experience of auto parts shopping less than 24 hours associate “Freddy” Found the whole headlight assembly for me and next day it was ready to pick up, I don’t know how to thanks MAVERICK auto parts And Freddy for such an amazing customer service.

Stopped by yesterday after a long day of not being able to find my oil control valve. Everywhere I went I was told it was on National back order, but Juan made it happen. With his flexibility and understanding he helped me out. Great caring staff.

Every time I have gone the workers have been helpful and attentive. They find what I need easily and the prices have been great. They are thankful for my service and have a rewards program that encourages a return visit.

The guy tried to install our headlight for several minutes. He just left it dangle in the socket. Without telling us he failed. Not very friendly staff

I buy at Mavericks a lot but for the first time ever i feel i got screwed. They charged me 99 cents each for a plastic body screw. That's $10 i asked him to confirm the price. He said yes it's correct. I've checked around i can get 50 of these for $3.89. No happy I was screwed literally.

Certainly they took care of me. Great people to do business with. Ed went out of his way to provide great service. Will be a repeat customer for sure. Thank you again.

One if the worst auto parts store. Went into get my read rotors cut. Moron starts cutting without doing measurements and notices it can't be cut due to the thickness. So i go in store to pick them back up and get my refund. Moron manager tells me he will charge me half since he put a guy behind to do the work. Work?? You Fu**** my rotors even worst and want to charge me?? Wouldn't go back ever again. There are 3 auto parts near my work. What makes you think I'll be back?

Best customer service of any auto parts I've ever seen in Chicago, they know everything there is to know about cars, & they'll even help you to install the things if you can't. Really great guys.

VERY helpful location and they greet you right away and do their best to help you right away. Prices are very reasonable and competitive!!Definitely will be back and will refer my friends!!
