Had some nasty curb rash after sliding on an unplowed drive. In just over an hour I was able to get this smoothed over and repainted- very pleased with how much better it looks.

Came out to me in the most crucial weather condition(extreme flooding) .. when I popped my tire yesterday 1/8/26.. and they were so helpful and understanding and allow me to pay the next day due to my bank was tweaking.. that don’t mean try to take advantage that just mean you got someone willing to help.. almost forgot they also came out with my tire size when I didn’t have a spare as wheel in put in on the car for me

I brought in my Porsche Targa to address two small curb scuffs. The team did exceptional work with the repair and matched the paint exactly. There is a nice waiting room with wi-fi so you can work and wait for the repair on site. About 90 minutes all in. Friendly staff too. CWE is my go to shop for anything wheels from this point on. Thanks!

Don’t go here. They charged me $600 for the incorrect color I asked for. On top of it being the wrong color they painted the hub cap different than the wheel. I tried to sort it out cordially but they just kept promising to call me back but never did. Finally after me pestering them I got in touch with the owner he offered to redo it for $500. The wanted me to pay them to fix their mistake lmao

⭐☆☆☆☆ Very disappointing experience with Chicago Wheel Express I brought my original wheels to get them painted. When I dropped them off, the technician said they also needed to be straightened, otherwise I’d have steering wheel vibration. I agreed and paid around $900 for the full repair. The result — the wheels were painted, but after just a few washes, the paint started fading and looked like it was never properly done. The manager said that’s “normal for black paint,” which was never mentioned before. The main issue — the vibration in the steering wheel was still there. After the job was done, they stopped answering calls and emails. When I finally had time to visit them about a month later, they told me one wheel was still bent, blamed me for it, and offered to “fix” it again for full price. I agreed, but as expected, the problem didn’t go away. Instead of taking responsibility, the manager started blaming my tires for being “too big.” When I showed him the correct tire size chart, he switched to blaming my wheels — even though they’re factory originals. Bottom line: wasted time, money, and patience, with no real result. If you care about quality work — don’t go to this place. They focus on speed, not results. I guess their name says it all — it’s “Chicago Wheel Express,” not “Chicago Wheel Quality.”

Backed up into a nail and it put a big gouge /scratch on the side of the rim. Took it it and it was fixed in an hour. Looks great and can't tell that it was damaged.

Love this place so much, had my rims painted and rebalanced and repainted my calipers and added amg decals. Anything silver on my car was changed to black. Also would like to mention all this took two days. My car is officially ready for Rev rally ❤️

It’s been two months since my tire repair. I had corrosion on two wheels and I was needing to add air to my tires every other week. Discount Tire told me I had to replace them. I sought out a second opinion from Chicago Wheel Express. They told me if the corrosion was on two wheels then they will need to check for all. Fair. The price was good and I haven’t had any issues with tire pressure. Advice is to make an appt. I left my car overnight because I walked in.

My first time getting service here. I had minor rim damage on my rear driver side tire I wanted fixed. They estimated 1 hour to fix the rim and they finished the job within the time. The tire rim looks brand new as if nothing happen. The front desk was professional and friendly. I would definitely come back again if I ever need any other work done on my car.

Awesome experience. Had 4 rims powdercoated, brake calipers painted and window tinting done. Expertly! I can confidently recommend this place 100%! And the price was very reasonable. Thanks guys!

The workmanship at this place is subpar. No attention to detail or pride in their work. The paint job is equivalent to hiring your neighbor and paying him in beer. Management is terrible, no interest in keeping the customer happy or recognizing a flawed final product. I’ll let the photos speak for themselves.

Had calipers painted yellow. They were fantastic. Flexible with my availability, incredibly fast once they had my car, great communication, execution was incredible - they look great, least expensive, and friendly people.

The staff was friendly and They got my rims looking much better than I expected—there was no trace of the scuffs when I picked up my car. Wow, absolutely phenomenal refinish + powder coat by these guys. After street parking in Chicago over the past 4 years, my rims were torn up to say the least. Curb rash galore, rust, chipping metal finish. Was thinking they just needed to be replaced until I found these guys online, reached out and got an affordable quote. Their team was friendly and able to book me for an appointment the same week. Dropped off at 9A and picked up at the end of the day - my rims look brand new! Impressive, spotless job by Chicago Wheel Express! Would highly recommend to my family and friends.

Highly recommend Chicago Wheel Express! My wheels look like they never touched a curb! My only regret is that I didn't go to them sooner instead of wasting my time trying to fix it myself with the cheap kit on Amazon or an insane amount of money at the dealership (I fixed one tire at the Mercedes dealership and it cost me more to fix 1 tire, then it was too fix all 4 tires at Chicago Wheel Express). All 4 tires were done in about two hrs, they were fast and did great work as you can see from the pictures. I'm hoping I don't knick a curb again, but if it happens I'll definitely come back here.

Highly recommend this company. Easy location, friendly, reasonably priced. I got all black powder coat on my BMW X3 and it turned out beautifully. The turn around for having the wheels powder coated is very fast, and you can drop off your car if needed as well. Thanks Chicago Wheel Express

I came here sad and depressed.. 3 of my 24in Forgiatos was damaged. 1 of the rims look like it had really bad curb rash. Armondo said he can fix them with a straight face. When I came to pick the car up, my rims look like they was fresh from the factory. I would highly recommend them. I will definitely be using them for other services.

Writing this review a month late but, absolutely wonderful service and craftsmanship. Got my calipers painted and it was done swiftly without sacrificing quality! Amazing professionalism from the front desk women! Definitely will come back to get more work done on my other cars!

Great experience with them. I got the Rims and calipers done. They also did a detailed cleaning in the interior of the car. Everything was amazing. Friendly customer service and great prices for quality work.

Chicago Wheel Express saved my rim and made it like new again!! I didn't think it was repairable, but they did such a nice job that when I picked it up I couldn't even tell what part of the rim was repaired. I am beyond satisfied with Chicago wheels Express! Not only were they professional, courteous, and on time with my appointment they did phenomenal work and I can’t even tell the difference. I am including two pictures: one before and one after so you can see the quality of the work they performed. I am extremely appreciative of all Of their expertise specially, Armando and Beatriz!! They were wonderful to work with and provided all the options available to repair my rim & tire. Hopefully I don’t have to go back for accident damages in the future LOL but I will most certainly will be back for tires and any other business I can provide them.

I did a great job with my brand new model Y Tesla parking and damaged 2 of my wheels badly. Major curb rash. They repaired it quickly , the same day I brought the car in and did a wonderful job at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them.
