I'm calling around for price quotes and the person who answered was unprofessional. He didn't introduce the business, was too quick on the quoting, and when I said I'll call back later, he said "whatever". Not a great impression.
The staff at Kedzie Cash Junk Cars LLC were great!! I called because I wanted to sell my 2007 Toyota Camry that was not currently in driving condition among other things and I was given a quote which I thought was reasonable. After that, we scheduled a pick up at no cost to me. When they arrived I handed them the keys of my car and title and they handed me the payment that was discussed over the phone. Overall great experience.
This place is extremely unprofessional. Not only do they not know how I answer their phones, they are also in the habit of lying about how much they pay. Within 24 hours I was quoted 3 different prices by them and when their tow driver finally arrived he made up a lie about the catalytic converter being aftermarket to give me even less money. Would never recommend anyone to give this shady place any business. LOOK ELSEWHERE
