I MUST let everyone know!!! Rick and Nick are truly GREAT to work with and truly GREAT guys. Nick accepted my vehicle for an inspection- knowing everything I am dealing with!! Rick became involved and dedicated Time, understanding, communication and delivering PERFECT results. What a wonderful crew, location and they ensured perfect results and delivered them. Other repair facilities would not even read the codes and talked me out of leaving my vehicle. Not Rick or Nick they said the will figure out the problem and let me know what the issue is, they did and they even had the parts ordered . In all my years I have never found such an amazing owner and crew!!!!

As a single female it is quite intimidating to take your car to an auto shop for repairs. What makes this shop different is there are videos demonstrating the actual issues. The staff are up front about what needs immediate attention and issues that can wait. The responsiveness and attention is unmatched compared to other auto shops. I truly appreciate an honest opinion versus a shop trying to make a buck. I am so grateful that this shop has reduced my auto fears!

These guys are the best. I was on a tight schedule and my car needed quite a bit of work. They worked with me on the price and went the extra mile to get everything done in time. I highly recommend this place!

If I could give them 10 stars, I absolutely would! My old license plate was installed in a strange way and I couldn’t remove it myself. The staff here went out of their way to help me change my license plate—and even did it FOR FREE! Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. I truly appreciate their generosity and excellent service. Highly recommend!

They did an alignment on my project 1990 BMW E30. They were straight forward and honest. Paid $145 as stated and has a quick turnaround.

My first time here and so far, so good. I scheduled an oil change for my 115k mile, 14 year-old car that has needed next to nothing from me to this point. Unsurprisingly, the shop found a bunch of wear and tear items that were worn out and torn. After talking with them, they kindly categorized my needs into 'now' and 'later' and went ahead with the work. Two work days later a laundry list of stuff was completed, my Costco discount applied, the car washed and I was out the door in an old car that felt and drove noticeably better than when I brought it in. Thanks to the team! I'll be back for the rest.

These people aren’t good people to do business with take my word for it! I brought my car to be serviced for a weird noise I kept hearing, I paid 2,500 dollars for my car to begin making the same noises again. When I contacted they insisted that they don’t provide refunds. However I could bring my car back for them to look at! I brought my car to another shop for a second opinion, and my car hadn’t had any repairs done! It’s horrible the way they treat the consumer.

I took my car in because my battery completely died and they ended up charging me a massive $125 to decontaminate the engine from rodent feces, $185 for an engine diagnostic, and then charged me $105 for an oil change when I initially asked them to top it off. Then they had the audacity to tell me I needed essentially every single thing possibly done for my car including a full front and back brake system replacement. They said my front brakes were rusted and 4.5mm and the rear brakes were rusted with 3.4 mm calipers electric. I ended up taking it to a different shop in the suburbs for the brakes, only for that shop, which I trust, to tell me that my entire vehicle was running perfectly fine, nothing needed to be flushed or replaced, and that I had between 7 to 8 mm on both my front and rear brakes. Logan square auto repair shop recommended approximately $2,500-$3,000 worth in additional services that they listed as an immediate concern. I’m so glad I got out with just an $800 bill after the way they tried to scam me.

Friendly and thorough service! They gave me an oil change, fixed windshield wiper blades, tire alignment, cabin air filter, and gave me a free detailed car wash!! Highly recommend!

GREAT service. I called these guys in a complete panic because I couldn't get my bike rack off my hitch. I was leaving town in hours and needed it off. They let me come right over, did everything they could, and finally had to put the car on the lift. After about 20 minutes they got the rusted bike rack off, loaded it in my car and I was on my way! I really appreciated them helping on such short notice and at a really reasonable price. Thank you!

The work was completed in a reasonable amount of time, and the pricing felt fair compared to other shops in the area. The only drawback was that scheduling was a bit tight, so I had to wait longer than expected. Still, the quality and professionalism made it worth it. I would definitely return for future repairs.

Excellent Auto shop! I've been here several times for big jobs and smaller issues. Today I called at 2:30 pm about my headlight being stuck in my honda crv and Nick said to come on over and fixed it right away and I was all done at 3:00. This really made my day and I am so grateful. I'm so thankful and couldn't ask for a more helpful, honest, professional experience. Cruz has also been great in helping me.

Went to get an oil change. I also needed them to fix a side mirror and replace my headlight bulb. They said they offered free inspection with oil change, I said sure. They quoted me 2600 dollars for a simple suspension repair that I didn’t need, they quoted me for breaks with pictures not even showing the pads or rotors. They said oil change is complete come get the car. I went to drive it and the car wouldn’t start. They jumped it. The repair on the headlight was not complete and the bulb is still out. I directly asked them to replace both headlight bulbs. Sure they did some work, but the service was incomplete and leaves me wondering if they actually did the things I needed and I can only hope they didn’t introduce a new problem with starting my car. Update: they tried to tell me that they didn’t notice the bulb even though there’s a perfectly clear picture of the light bulb that’s out on their inspection report. Very simple mistakes that clearly demonstrate your practice.

I have an older model Volkswagen and have had several good experiences with Logan Square Auto - I'm so happy to have found such a great shop in the neighborhood! The technicians are always very thorough in documenting and explaining everything, as well as helping to determine what is most urgent to fix and what can wait when things aren't quite in the budget. I feel like I learn something new about my car every time they've worked on it, which is great. I recently had a repair where the part ended up being faulty and they fixed it right away, with no charge, and even went above and beyond and offered to give it another inspection before an upcoming road trip. Nick was so helpful and it was such a relief that it wouldn't be another big auto bill to worry about!

Maybe the best repair shop I’ve ever used. I have peace of mind knowing that if I need a car repair, I have an honest, competent option for getting it fixed. They have made various repairs and performed maintenance on my car for years - always correctly, for the quoted price and quickly. Nobody want’s to take their car to the shop. At Logan Square at least I know I’m dealing with nice people who want to do and do a great job. Love them.

I've been here twice. First time came for brakes and oil change as well as just an inspection to figure out issues with steering. No issues with the oil and brake service and control arm repair. Very timely and good communication. A couple weeks before I had hit a raccoon and there was a bit of plastic that was flapping around. I didn't ask them to do anything to it, but they neatly zip tied it together. Really took the small extra step to show care. Second I came in for work on the suspension. Told that it would be 1-2 days. I needed the car on the third day. There was an issue with one of the strut replacements and needed to be kept for a third day to finish issues with the rear suspension. They really put in extra effort to get the repairs finished on that third day. Nick and the guys were up front with what went wrong and put in a lot of extra effort. I've been to several shops in the area, but this is where I'll be bringing my car in the future.

I am so happy that I've discovered this place, after so many frustrating experiences with mechanic shops, and the worst, the waiting time. Like days to be diagnosed with the problem, or waiting time for the parts to arrive. Which could cost me so much money on rental cars that would add to the already high price of any repair. I used to drive an old car, that was breaking all the time, and my mechanic claimed it's good to go for 3 - 4 years. I got diagnosed by these guys the same day and they have found so many issues and potential life hazards in my old car, it helped me so much to face my old mechanic with an argument and stop fixing the unfixable. I have worked so hard, built my credit and for a start I got myself a used 2022 Chevy Malibu. I was more than happy to take it to Logan Square for the inspection and maintenance. As the car was still quite new but was sitting for awhile outside not being driven, the discs on my wheels needed to be replaced due to rust, and brakes, and just oil. I got a peace of mind as my car is inspected one more time and I can finally drive in peace having these guys as a backup. BUT the most important - no matter what car got fixed on the same day, and there was a few different things to do and parts needed ! It is so easy to get someone at the desk on the phone, you don't get mind pain from AI driving you in a loop, it really works like the old days, you get the real person! My life saver this time was Nick, and he was always available on the phone! As my repairs were still a bit pricey, they helped me get the financing so I can have some relief and pay monthly. It makes things so much better, so you don't delay repairs and ruin your car more than needed. And you get quality work and warranty. P.S. If you are visiting for the first time, if you try to get there on Milwaukee entrance, you will be so confused and there's nowhere to park. Take Sacramento, which is behind the corner, there's always spots and a parking lot under the train tracks.
