Waited 1 hour to find out no one is available. Some expectation like being told an hour wait would be helpful to know. Now my phone is low battery in the middle of night wasted away while waiting for no one to come.
No one ever is ever looking forward to calling a towing service after their car breaks down ( Anyway, with that comment being said ). It is in No way reflective of the two ( 2 ) recent experiences that I have had with Chicago 24 Hour towing ( one on Nov. 24 / 2025 and the other on Dec. 11 / 2025 ). My tow truck operator ( Robert ) both the times that I had to use their service was great ( I was present at one of the towing's and not at the other one ). He was adroit at solving the parking and towing issues involved in getting my car from where it had broken down to the service center. He was also prompt in his arrival time at the pickup locations, with excellent ( and friendly ) customer service, along with very fair pricing in regards to the towing charges. So if you are ever in need of towing services in the Chicago area. I would highly recommend using Chicago 24 Hour towing at 5332 North Elston Avenue.

Owner (Chen) and the Driver (Christopher) were very professional and extremely timely to get my truck off the side of the Interstate. Very pleased with their business only thing I would say is they are definitely a pricey Tow Company. I paid about $14.50 per Mile. Other than that would 100% recommend.
Robert was very professional and handled my slammed lowered car with care without damaging the body of my car. He worked his magic and next thing I noticed my car was at the shop already. Thank you~!!
Robert showed up within 20 minutes of the call on Thanksgiving morning to jump my car battery, and gave me useful advice too. There was a higher price due to the holiday but I thought it was fair, especially for the peace of mind I had for the rest of the day with stores closed.

I left my dome light on in long-term parking in downtown Chicago and needed a jump start. I called at 9:00 pm and got a quick commitment to send someone. They called me when the driver was nearing my location so I could stay safe and warm in the meantime. The service was fairly priced and the service rep Oren was so helpful and friendly. I got stuck with my car late at night and was desperate until I called this company. A good company arrived, provided professional service and a quick response to the problem, and there is no doubt about the price. Night work for the price of a day.
They did a great job, but I was told they would have somebody there in 30-60 minutes and it took almost 2 hours. My car was stuck in the turn lane so the wait seemed twice that long. The driver did a great job loading my car and took care while driving to the dealership. I’d use them again, but I would try to get a very realistic timeframe for service.
Chicago 24 Hour Towing was so easy to work with. They are so straight forward and amazing with communication. Our driver Christian H. was very professional and knew exactly what he was doing. We had hired them for a company event float and they were phenomenal. In the past with other towing companies, I’ve had to micromanage and stand there as things are delivered or picked up but with Chicago 24 Hour Towing, it was different. I really loved how hands off I was with this one. They took care of it all and I didn’t even have to manage them in anyway. We will definitely be using them for next year and for many years to come.
I had a great experience with Chicago 24 Hour Towing. Robert, our driver, was courteous, prompt, and incredibly accommodating when my daughter was stranded. He arrived quickly and had our car parked at home within an hour. He was also very patient regarding payment and even recommended that we submit a claim with our insurance for a possible refund. These guys are THE professionals in Chicago!! I work for another towing company in a different state but was sent to Chicago 24 Hour Towing to retrieve a vehicle for a local auto repair shop that had broke down in Chicago. When I arrived I was greeted with kindness and professionalism. They were extremely helpful with getting the car released to me and made sure I was able to load it onto my truck with no issues. The vehicle was kept in a safe and secure storage lot and all ready to go. I’ve been to many towing establishments over the years and this place, without a doubt, was the best experience I’ve had. Waited 5 hours for a AAA tow that never appeared. Connected with these guys through dealer roadside assistance. They showed up and got the car towed within an hour of request. Driver even helped push my car down a long driveway when the truck wouldn’t fit so that the car could make it to service. Very helpful and professional. Would use again in a heartbeat.
I contacted this company to flatbed my Ram1500 to the dealership. The tow driver, Christian called me, gave an eta and responded within 15 minutes. Christian explained to me in great detail everything he was doing ro secure my vehicle onto the platform, made payment and he was off. upon arrival to the dealership, Christian called me to confirm and verify delivery of my vehicle. Shortly thereafter, the dealership called me to confirm as well. This tow service is hypersensitive to proper securing of vehicles so as not ro create more damage to our prized vehicles. great job to the owner of thos service and to the driver, Christian.
