Called to see if they had brakes, was put on hold and talked to like I was stupid. Sergio needs to come back and literally get a handle on these men. They’re acting buck wild
Service rep hung up on me while u was trying to buy a battery. Happened today at 6:30 pm. He was rude and very disrespectful. Date of call 12/19/25. Attempted to call back and he didn’t answer. Please have a manager give me a call as I am someone with a commercial account that does business their often
I will be contacting management on this employee.
I am a business owner that shops here regularly.
My Spanish speaking employee was sent here for pick up with $100 bill & he was told no change was available & called me.
I do not speak Spanish, I was told no one there speaks English which is obviously a lie.
I am not racist I have Mexican family members & employees.
This establishment needs to know how this employee is effecting my business & there own with false information.
This employee made this comment on Illinois vehicles auto sales page. This is not part of there job description nor did they buy a car from my establishment.
This comment needs to be removed & this employee needs to be spoken to. I can just imagine the comments she’s made on all these small business owners that shop here regularly! I am sure this is not her first confrontation!
They don't like answering the phone, when they do they leave you on hold 15 minutes or more. You have to call several times n then they stop answering.
Ordered and paid for a brand new replacement side mirror at higher than market prices under the premise that I would be able to pick it up on the same day. After picking up the order, which seemed to be packaged in a generic box, I got home and unpacked it and to my surprise, I found a used and old side mirror that was missing the full front enclosure.
When I went back to the store for explanation and replacement, I was asked what evidence I had that they didn’t give me a new mirror. It was surprising as well as disheartening to see this stance taken by the store, especially when I could’ve gotten the same side mirror from Amazon or Rock Auto for half the price with guaranteed replacement. After some bickering, noticing that I was at fault for not opening the box before I left the store, I left with no refund and went to Auto Zone and got new replacement.
This was my go-to store but after this experience, I recommend that customers avoid this store, if at all possible, but if not, to double check the items they purchase for originality before leaving.

Made a call to make sure they had the right part. Put me on hold for more than 12 minutes. As soon as I arrived(January 29 2023 @1:59pm) the 3 workers were talking about something NOT related to work. (I was able to hear part of the conversation)
I Asked for the manager and it ended up being Jasmine, the "manager" who put my call on hold while she supposedly was looking for the part I asked about. Her and the 2 other workers were just standing, chilling.. Is crazy that these people be getting the jobs when clearly have a 0 in Customer service. Also, Alondra is another rude worker, we asked for manager's name, she ignored. We asked again for the manager's name and she replied with an attitude "ask her when she comes." We asked for her name, and she said she was not going to tell us her name, not even say anything until manager gets there. How can people like this be getting these jobs where you need to have customer service experience?
I made a call to make sure this place had the correct part before heading there, before wasting time/gas. Why are these people working there where obviously they're not doing their job!? Preferring to put you on hold simply because they are so into a conversation between coworkers.
Also, if you are in a MANAGER position is because you been doing your job how it supposed to, but putting a call on hold for more than 10 minutes just because you rather be talking with others does not shows she deserves that position!!
THIS PLACE NEEDS TO GET RID OF THESE UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE.

I would have gave them 5 stars but they have me the wrong information today and I specifically and thoroughly explained my question. Nonetheless, I'll be back because humans make mistakes and hopefully tomorrow morning they'll make up for it
The service I received today was fantastic. The next time I go back I will ask for the the supervisor and young male clerk who assisted me today. They where honest helpful and made sure I was getting the most out of what I was spending. I walked a way with a tool kit a battery with an amazing warranty new rewards membership. I will he stopping at this location for all my future parts. The money I spent and the service 🐕🦺 revived was worth it
Very rude place i called in an asked if they could put my windshield arm on before i came and tge guy with the glasses said yes then i get there he says he cant very lazy workers i will never return
Sold me a bad alternator 285.00 then once I got it installed had to at double labor fees 1220 due to them selling me. A bad one 1st place not trying to refund
Hello they had the part I was looking for but they don't have a tester for the car so I had to go somewhere else and bring it back plus the price was right,but they need to get a tester and also no what ur asking for when they show you the information on what that person wanted.Thank you. Do better
Worst customer service ever!!! I tried calling to see if they had a car part they hung up on me 5x ! Now i called a different O reillys and a girl answered on cermak and rockwell very nice and professional. I had to call a whole different store to get inventory from this place. Other stores are doing their job
I called to check if they had a part and explained that I was driving a long way to pick it up. They claimed they had 2. After traveling a great distance to get the part, he said they didn't have it. He had no reason or excuse, and after I explained how far I drove issued NO apology, NO "sorry for your inconvenience", NO offer to check another location and after I pointed out that he could at LEAST apologize, the guy just shook his head. HORRIBLE customer service. It's like he went out of his way to be a jerk.
the manager he was Hispanic don’t know his name i think i heard some one say egger but very rude and racist a Hispanic walked in for the same thing which was a battery I’m a woman the other customer a man I’m African American the customer was Hispanic the Hispanic manager help put in the battery for the Hispanic guy then when it was my turn he told me i had To get the battery out MySelf and bring it in to get another one but i watched Him literally take the guy battery out put it in but tell me i had to take it out Myself a woman and i think He had a issue of i was African American and this was. The killer part me and the Hispanic had the Exact same car so i was Really trying to figure out what was the issue but different color in cars so you can only imagine how i feel And i feel like he was trying to make it more difficult FOR me For what idk when me and this guy BoTh had the same ISSUE .we both needed batteries but he literally went out side took his battery out put the other one in and then told me i had To take my battery out myself and bring it in . The way he was acting and talking i felt Like he was racist and that bothers me because i come here and spend money but get TREATEd different by the Person that’s in charge that was the Hispanic manager name was. Eggar I believe i know He was Hispanic and he was the manager and he feel he can treat you any kind of way if you African american and that’s not right when all are money is green and we don’t have to spend it there and we are all equal i been living in this englewood area 31 years never been disrespected like such
People here are really amazing. Will get you the help you need. In and out and no questions asked. If you tell them what you need they will get it or have the best opinions
