Called the shop about an hour before they closed on a Friday needing an emergency front break job taken care of. Turns out my rotor was glowing red hot and I had a stuck caliper, too. (Whoops!) I was able to drop my car that night and it was road-ready by noon the next day. The gentlemen I dealt with were all very kind and honest, and the work looks and feels great. Prices are very reasonable, too! I’ll be moving to the area this summer so it makes me feel good knowing there’s a friendly, reliable & reasonable shop right around the corner. Knowing my luck with car repairs… I’ll certainly be back! Big thank you to Ali & the team for the fix!
This place is unbelievable. Tire price are reasonable and done very quick. I took my car five different places, can't done correctly They did Alignment professionally now my car is driving straight. Definitely I'll be back.
Excellent service! I changed the engine oil, replaced the alternator, did tire balance and alignment, and bought new tires. Prices are very affordable and the staff are professional and honest. Everything was done on time with no issues. Definitely 5 stars and highly recommended!

I can't say good things enough about Mr. Ali he's the owner of Chicago tire & Auto services. I had issue about my seatbelt for a while and to replaced it cost so much $$$ and I tried two shops around and then all of them says it need to replace it smh.and luckily me I found ChicagoTire&AutoServices and met Ali, he didn't hesitate of telling me he'll find way to fix it himself and then he did it without replacing a new one and it really a big relief in my side. and also replacing my tires he just did it quick and safe as possible. Brought my car in after it started shaking badly at higher speeds. They quickly diagnosed the issue as a bent rim and a bald tire, replaced the rim, and set me up with a lightly used tire that still had plenty of tread. The shaking was completely gone immediately.
They were honest, didn’t try to upsell me on things I didn’t need, and explained everything clearly. Work was done quickly and the pricing was fair, especially considering the situation I was in.

I can't recommend this shop enough! I recently had my alternator go out, and after calling around, several other shops in the area quoted me $600 for the job. I decided to bring it here, and they did the exact same work for only $400.
The mechanics were honest, didn't try to upsell me on unnecessary parts, and had my car back on the road the same day. It is hard to find a shop in Chicago that provides this level of quality work at a fair price. If you want to save hundreds of dollars and be treated fairly, come here first!

I came in with two annoying problems — my wipers weren’t working and I had a nail stuck in my tire. The guys here took care of everything perfectly. Chicago Tire and Auto Service on W Fullerton Ave and I’m really satisfied with how everything went. I came in for an oil change, coolant replacement, and new tires. The guys here work fast and explain everything clearly. They didn’t try to push extra services or upsell anything I didn’t need — which I really appreciate.
The waiting area is clean, and the service was finished in a reasonable time. Prices are fair compared to other shops in the area. Overall, good and honest service. I’ll definitely come back for future maintenance.
My car had a tire blowout. Knocked the whole damn muffler mount off my Benz. They installed the tire and popped it all back in for me for a reasonable price. My car was like new in a matter of 2-3 hrs. Highly recommend.
I took my 2007 Tahoe to replace stabilizing bars bushings now my truck is running like new really professional clan work will recommend him to every one that need mechanical work or tire replacement or diagnostics this is the right place to get your car fix . Driving out to the suburbs I hit a pothole/crater from hell on 294, and dented the rim and ruined the tire. David was so helpful and knowledgeable when I originally called, and had great communication throughout.
