When the roadside assistance my insurance company sent went from a jumpstart request to a rather aggressive extortion attempt telling me my battery couldn't be jumped (mostly because he was reading the instruction manual to work the booster box and connected the cables wrong) I gave up. I had heard about a mobile battery man from a friend so began frantically searching for the number. Once I found it, I knew it was the smartest decision I could've made. Cory and his partner showed up like the cavelry (or Batman and Robin), introduced themselves and got down to business, first testing the battery and determining what outliers there could be before properly hooking up the cables and within a few minutes, my car started and I was go to go with sound advice that I should replace my battery ASAP to prevent future issues, especially with the cold weather coming. They estimated a wait time of one hour but called and let me know they would be there significantly earlier. Roadside showed up 2.5 hours after their initial dispatch promise.
It was very refreshing to have people that were concerned about my safety, did not gouge me or attempt to scare me into making a purchase that was more than double retail. These guys are courteous, made me feel at ease, were knowledgeable and extremely efficient. But most of all, they help take a tenuous situation and make it pleasant, treated me with respect and didn't talk to me as if I was a two year old. I cannot recommend this service enough. It sucks when its freezing and you have an issue with your car but its far more bareable when the people providing the service are professional, prompt,, knowledgeable and patient. As it turns out, I needed to call them again today to see if they could put the new battery ($259) in and despite being busy, found a way to fit me in.
I highly recommend them for their professionalism, knowledge and most of all their integrity. That is something you cannot put a pricetag on.

Can't say enough good things about Corey and his co-technician! My car died in a Costco parking lot late at night and Corey was able to get me in the same day when I called the following morning. Corey kept me up to date via text on their arrival time and they arrived right on time. My car is notoriously difficult to work on, but they were able to replace the battery very quickly. Don't think twice - contact them right away!

Mobile Battery really got me out of pinch on a very busy day. My battery died on the way to an appointment. I looked them up on GPS and since listed as a battery roadside assist I kept me from calling several travel tow services. I was very pleased when they accommodated a same day appointment after my work shift.
They showed up on time with the correct battery and tools. 15 minutes later my car started without missing my Saturday plans.

I can’t recommend Corey (aka The Mobile Battery Man) enough! I was in a bind, but Corey made me feel confident and comfortable about my options and was incredibly transparent about the price. He also stayed after the install to make sure my car worked and flagged a break light issue which was so helpful. He was really polite and as a woman all by myself, he didn’t take advantage of the situation by charging me more because I didn’t about batteries or really anything related to the install and I respected that. Corey is great, and the service is awesome! My car is working even better than before!
My battery died at the parking garage near work. These guys were on it. They told the time of their arrival and they were on time. The gentleman who replaced my battery were professional and friendly. Minutes later, my car started right up. I appreciate their prompt service and highly recommend them.

I called Corey about a severely corroded battery that wouldn’t start. He was quick to pick up the phone and offered to stop by tonight even though I said that tomorrow would be perfectly fine. Corey proactively texted me several updates on his ETA, got straight to work, and finished the battery swap efficiently. Once the car was up & running, he alerted me to a bit of smoke & an odor (it’s an old car) which I was grateful for because this clearly needs attention. Additionally, he offered clear & succinct explanations (both actual & probable, as applicable) for the things that he observed and did. In sum, great service at a reasonable price.
Do not think twice and call! Corey was the utmost professional, friendly and a life saver! I have never used this service and was hesitant as the quote is given over text. My hesitation did not last long as they replied before the coffee finished brewing! The battery was replaced before lunch! So very grateful for the great service! Highly recommend! Great service, polite, knows what they’re talking about. Took him about an hour to come to me because he had another job lined up before I called. My battery was completely kaput. He offered to change it on the spot which was extremely convenient. Paid a bit more for that convenience but still a reasonable price. It took him less than ten minutes to solve a big headache! They do take credit cards via a phone app. Price is slightly less if you pay cash due to credit card fees. If you’re in a pinch, call these guys!
Two of my kids were stuck with a dead battery in downtown Chicago. I called Mobile Battery Man Roadside Assistance (from Iowa) based on their 5-star rating online. Corry answered the phone and I was immediately impressed with him. His first question was if the kids were somewhere safe, making me feel comfortable that I was dealing with the right person. His communication with myself and my kids was nothing short of amazing. I made the original call to Corry at 4 pm on a Saturday and he was at their car within 45 minutes with updated text messages letting us all know as he was getting closer. When onsite, Corry was great with my kids, making them feel as comfortable as he did me, in every possible regard. I cannot recommend Corry and his business enough. He provides an outstanding service at a more than fair price. If it was possible to give him something higher than a 5-star rating I absolutely would. Thank you, Corry!!!
