Xavier and Jake did a professional job for our junk removal. Very courteous, fast and highly recommend.

Anthony and Xavier were amazing!!!! They came under my estimate and wrapped and padded everything perfectly which is what I was most worried about my items have sentimental value to me. Overall it was a great success 10 for 10

Damaged our house and are dragging the claims process 2+ months. Do not recommend. Had a move from a Chicago apartment. Movers were generally careful but a bit too careless with covering all the furniture. The real problem arose when they damaged our walls and trim at the destination. I immediately sent photos and videos to management, and they said they would take care of it 5 times on the phone. When I got a response a month later, I submitted all additional claim forms in a timely manner - and it has been another month from hearing from them. Every time I call, the manager says “someone is working on it” (they’re not) — they just want you to forget about it. Go somewhere else for movers — the hourly rates are all the same, and other people will actually value your time and take care of you if you have to file a claim.

The three young men did an amazing job moving our belongings. John, Edgar and Jimmy were very conscientious and diligent about their work. Very respectful!!! Great employees!!!

Bryant, Donte, Jake totally took care of everything. Excellent communication, massive strength, and quick service to life several heavy items. Very professional and would highly recommend. Thanks fellas.

We had a great experience moving with Jake, Anthony, and Bryant. Everyone was very polite, friendly, and efficient. They moved all our stuff in super quickly and safely. Anthony sided with me in a fashion debate against my friend and her platform crocs so he’s obviously my favourite. 10/10 would use again

Got an opportunity to talk to Jake and Anthony most; they were incredibly upfront about everything, very communicative. Very down to earth and personable. Jake agreed that my platform crocs were cool, which I appreciated. Bryant was very organized about everything, a good planner. All stuff was moved carefully and quickly by all three. Overall would absolutely recommend them helping move for anyone.

Jake, Anthony, and Bryant were all great! They moved everything perfectly even in the extreme heat. Great communication plus great problem solving with moving difficult pieces. Super satisfied!

Jeremyah, Lamont, and Tim crushed packing up our restaurant while we get ready for a massive renovation. They came in, got the job done and packaged things safely and securely. I’ve used CHHJ in the past, and this crew was every bit as good as the last. Awesome outfit. Will use them again

Xavier, Bryant and Jesus were absolutely incredible! My boyfriend and I moved to our first apartment which is on the top floor of an old building with no elevators, and we could not have moved all of our heavy furniture up the stairs without their help. They were done in an hour, and were so warm and friendly in the process! Scheduling our appointment was also super easy. Definitely recommend!

Alex, Xavier, and Bart were excellent!!!!! They were clean, fast and respectful movers. They also made sure to wrap up all the furniture so nothing would get damaged. They also took our junk away that we did not want to bring. College hunks is the ultimate moving/junk removing company. I would use them again without hesitation.

These are THE guys to hire if you need to move. My friend just moved from a third floor walk up to a second floor walk up and Gino and Xavier could not have done a better job. From the way they handled her belongs to their attitude and personality they were so helpful, chill, and courteous. The whole process was so straightforward and upfront, it was honestly a relief.

Xavier and Julian handled my move today and I couldn't be happier. They were both professional and very pleasant to work with. All the way around they made my move so much easier. And, much less stressful. From scheduling my move, rescheduling it and the manner in which they handled my belongings were just grezt. None of my belongings were damaged and everything put in its proper place based on the labels I had attached to every box and piece of furniture. Jake, TJ and Lamont were our movers today and they were nothing short of EXCEPTIONAL. We underestimated how much stuff we had and were pretty stressed - they helped alleviate that feeling as soon as they walked in. They were kind, funny and EFFICIENT as hell. We were on the 3rd floor and they absolutely crushed it. We have a couch that we didn’t think could fit through the door at our new place and I’m literally sitting on it as I type this! They worked so well together, made it fun and have clearly created a solid team. If you’re looking for a smooth move, these guys are the way to go. Best H.U.N.K.S around! ?

Xavier and Lamott were our movers today and they were just super! Kind, courteous, and moved everything well, even after we’d underestimated the number of boxes we had.

Once again, I have used College Hunks to help one of my kids move assorted belongings from a temporary location to a storage unit for safe keeping. Xavier, Will and Devon spent several hot hours yesterday on a complicated and kind of messy move. They were energetic, gracious, and got the job done, which has been my experience with College Hunks in the past. I cannot reccomend these guys strongly enough, and I will be pleased to call them next time I have need for capable movers.

The bags in the picture attached are considered 5/8 of a truck because they “are not stackable” even though they take up only 2/8 of the volume of the truck and less than 1/2 of the length of the truck. They look pretty stacked up to me in the picture, no? The truck was filled with all the furniture you see when it arrived. The company prides itself of transparency in pricing but then claims that “well its bed load that goes above the knee so we need to charge more.” So much for transparency. The extra star is only because the guys who came were nice enough and I tip them appropriately for that, but I would take the company pricing with a grain of salt. In sure they also charged the first pick up (all the furniture) 5/8 of a truck. Apparently there trucks can carry 10/8 of volume! Impressive.

I was very impressed with the college hunks. Working with moving/junk removal companies can be such a pain, but from the booking to the actual pick up (they just did a couch removal) was a breath of fresh air. Truly wonderful service. Jacob F (and I forget the other young man's name) was our driver and he was great! They were running early and fortunately my building was able to accommodate that. I will certainly use them again.

I am moving and had several furniture items to be removed including a sofa, chair end table, book case…the HUNKS called ahead, arrived on time and efficiently moved all of the items out of my home! They were also quite friendly and thoughtful of the space. It was easy to book and pay. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quick and reasonably priced move/clean up solution!

I had an old conference booth taking up space in my garage. It was no longer of use and I needed to get rid of it. The booth was made of wood, in many pieces, heavy, and could not be disposed of easily. College Hunks processed my request quickly, communicated to me both on an time arrival & price expectation, and was able to remove the product. It was a great service. Glad to be rid of it & very happy!
