Mechanic did not understand English. Took Honda in for fork seal and leak. Mechanic added too much fork oil and suggested I replace the fork as it was broken. (Model has partial air shock) Had to take it to a certified Honda mechanic to redo the seals, paying 2x to repair work. Made unauthorized purchase and install of rear tire. Had bike for over 2 months and offered no status update or report. Finally picked up bike and took it to other garage. Avoid at all costs.
Nicolas is very experienced, knowledgeable, friendly and polite. I had a short screw in my rear tire on my Sportster and he had 3 different recommendations and had me all fixed up in 20 minutes and he takes zelle and venmo. This is my new motorcycle guy and I would recommend him to all my friends and family.
Nick is a great guy. It's my first motorcycle and he patiently explained everything to me, did a thorough inspection, etc. all at a fair price. Friendly, timely communication. Going back in Spring!
Really solid dude who did great work and gave very sound advice about my bike. He's got a small operation, but it's professional, and he's been in business for almost a decade. Definitely going back.

My first time here for a small job-- tire mount and balance. Nick is super friendly and very knowledgeable. Answered the phone and responded to text...super unusual in today's world. While he was obviously busy working on bigger jobs, he took care of my small job in 24 hours at a fair price. Will definitely be back. Great small business!!
Nick is easy to work with and completely fair on pricing. Got my MT-07 clutch adjusted, oil changed, and brakes inspected. Super happy with the service and speed, will be going back again.
I brought my yamaha r6 for tire change. Nick was a very nice and knowledgeable person and got my bike ready the next day. He also did a full check-up on the bike and recommended some maintenance that I totally agree with.
I agree with what others have said, Nick is a great guy, does fantastic work and is very helpful & knowledgable about all manner and makes of bikes. I've had my bike in twice now for a series of performance and cosmetic upgrades, along with routine maintenance, and couldn't be happier with the results. Took my motorcycle in to get the chain and sprocket replaced - They charged me less than other shops wanted and were able to get me back on the road the same day even. Highly recommend these fellas if you want quick and honest service.
Not many places in the area anymore to get your bike worked on. Sure ain't many/any that offer quality work at reasonable prices, and done quicky. NS is still that one spot. Nick's a good guy who knows what he's doing, and after having my biked worked on by him 3 or 4 times, I've zero issues with giving his 5 stars.
Fantastic and knowledgeable service! I had some running and shifting issues with my second hand sportster and Nick not only did custom work to solve the problem, but went out of his way to fix my clutch plates without a lot of costly part replacements. If you need any kind of bike work done, don’t hesitate to go here.
This was a great experience! I needed my 19 year old bike checked out for safety, and he did a wonderful job without upselling me on extras. It came back to me looking and feeling much better than it had when I brought it in, and he clearly put a lot of care into the changes he made. He explained everything to me in an informative way without ever talking down to me (an annoying thing to have to notice, but as a woman with a motorcycle it’s worth mentioning!). I’m so glad to have found a new shop!
I can't recommend NS Cycle Chicago services enough! Nick was both professional and friendly to communicate with. Prices were fair and upfront. In addition to all that, he gave me honest advice on how to maintain my bike in the winter and what fluids I would have to change come next riding season. I was looking for a local shop, and I just took the bike in for the first time. Experience was great. Nick did a great assessment and turnaround to get me back on the road. He kept me up to date as work was getting completed as well. Try em out.
Nick and Rodrigo were very great. I needed tires changed for my moped and Nick was quick to reply. Overall super nice and helpful. I felt very comfortable having repairs done by Rodrigo. Would definitely come back
Best customer service! I'm a new rider and I've asked Nick to help me with my front tire thats always going flat, so I took my bike to his shop and he found problems right away. He ordered me a new set of tires and installed them for a affordable price and within days I'm back to riding! Nick is super helpful and nice!
My wheels had popped due to a pothole. I called Nick up and he changed my tires and balanced them out right away. Would definitely recommend anyone that needs work on their motorcycle. Thanks a bunch for the great service.

Nick is quick to respond, informative and organized. He did an oil change, new battery, fluids and overall clean up and inspection of my bike. Because of Nick's assessment, I know what will need to be fixed next and can plan for major replacements. Bike died last year at the end of the season, she started up like a champ. All improvements from my brakes to my kickstand. I am a happy new customer. PLUS he's super nice.

It was my first time using their service and I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience.
Nick, the motorcycle mechanic is very nice, friendly and easy to communicate with. He promptly responded to my texts and explained what needed to be done and why. The cost for the service was super-fair and I left the shop with a really good feeling. My Suzuki rides like a champ.

I had a front tire installed and balanced at NS Cycles. Nick was a pleasure to deal with, very responsive and accommodating. The work was perfect; the wheel is perfectly balanced and not a mark on the rim. I will absolutely use NS Cycles for other services in the future.
Went in for an end of season oil change and belt adjustment on my relatively obscure bike and Nick already knew about the three oil drain plugs and specific process necessary. Very reasonable prices and solid work with great customer service. Definitely going to be my go to shop from now on.
