I have been with Mike exclusively for 12 years now and the quality of the work that they do and how much care they put into it is eclipsed by how much they make me feel as part of their family. This is just such a special place and given where we are in this world these are the kinds of business that deserve our support and every success that comes to them.

This was my first time to experience, expertise, professionalism, and honesty from a mechanic. I am extremely satisfied with the work that was performed on my vehicle. They are the best! I’ve been coming to them for years for all my car’s needs including repairs, oil changes, etc. They are thorough and accommodating. I would recommend them to everyone!

We had a great experience here. They jumped our car when it wouldn't start nearby and then when our car died a little ways away, they went above and beyond to retrieve it and bring it to the shop. Turned out it wasn't just the battery but also the alternator in need of replacement. They were communicative about their timeline and how they determined the alternator wasn't functioning. Our car runs so much better than before! Would recommend them to others for car service.

This is the best car repair shop I've ever been to. Every worker I've met was so friendly and clear with the work they were doing on my car. They were very accommodating and understanding of my personal situation. They were attentive and honest with everything they found. Very much a family shop because they treat their customers like family, too.

10/10 NO NOTES!! I got a Digital LIST of everything wrong WITH PICTURES. My tech sat on the phone going through everything explaining everything! they also gave me a call and explained every potentiality where the repair COULD turn into bigger problems. I work at a super car company and took my estimate to the head of the mechanic department. He said the prices were reasonable. Frankly idc how much it costs. Customer service was worth every penny!!

Mike Jr was super helpful. I felt like this shop had my best interests in mind. They did a great job and got my car turned around very quickly.

The best part of M&R is the detailed “diagnostic” of the car including pictures, and the patient and respectful staff (esp Harvey!) who walk you through it. I really trust them thanks to their transparency, reliability and responsiveness.

I revisited this shop for service after a long absence. Office staff were all very nice & informative! One staff, Harvey, was exceptional! His calm, patient, resourceful & informative manner was so needed given the extent of car repairs. I will continue using this shop for future car repairs and highly recommend this shop for great service.

I can’t recommend this mechanic team highly enough. I initially brought my car in for a routine service, but they quickly discovered serious issues with my suspension and steering that could have made driving dangerous. What stood out to me was how thoroughly they explained everything—they took the time to walk me through the problem, even providing photos and videos to help me understand. Not only were they incredibly responsive and patient with all of my questions, but they also went above and beyond to make sure the repairs were completed quickly so I wouldn’t miss a time-sensitive road trip. Their professionalism, transparency, and commitment to customer service really set them apart. Five stars all the way

This family owned repair shop is very friendly and knowledgeable from start to finish. The work they did on my 2002 Acura was top quality. They were very thorough in explaining everything that was needed to get the vehicle in top shape. They kept me up to date with the progress by sending me texts. Everyone from the front desk to the repairmen are very skilled.

We have been dealing with M & R for 3 years. Even now with the new staff that we have met Mike Jr, & Harvey taking care of our Range Rover is always been top notch. Their communication is upfront and informative. We be coming back to get our vehicles serviced.

Unfortunately, I rarely write reviews, but as a paying customer, I felt completely tossed around—especially considering I brought my car in for something simple. I scheduled an oil change on a Tuesday for the following day (Wednesday at 11:30 AM). When I arrived, I clearly stated I was there for just an oil change and a tire patch. The staff said “no problem,” and I asked if it could be done by the end of the day. (Like many people, I had to take time off work for this.) Fast forward to around 5 PM—I’m nearby, so I call to check in. The gentleman on the phone begins listing a bunch of additional issues with my car, quoting around $2,000 worth of work. I ask, “Okay, but was the oil change and tire patch done?” He says no—but assures me it should be ready by 7 PM when they close. Frustrated (but not trying to be *that* customer), I wait until 6:50 PM and head back—only to get a call saying they ran out of oil and couldn’t complete the oil change until the next day. Let’s pause for a second. I booked an appointment. I showed up on time. You had my vehicle for over seven hours, and yet you didn’t even complete the basic services I came in for. I understand doing a diagnostic, but if a customer clearly tells you what they want, and you prioritize an upsell instead—without even completing the initial request—why would I ever want to return? Still trying to be patient, I tell them I’ll come back in the morning. Then, at 7:40 PM (40 minutes after the shop closed), I get a call from a mechanic saying, “Hey, we actually found some oil—do you want to come pick up your car now?” At that point, I was just floored. I had walked miles that day, hoping my car would be ready as promised. I told him no, I’m home now, and the mechanic seemed surprised that I wasn’t willing to come back. In the end, yes—they did the oil change and tire patch. But the experience left a bad taste in my mouth. This is not how you treat customers. Communication matters. Consideration matters.

I recently took my car to M & R Car Import Services for an ignition lock/steering assembly repair. Harvey & Mike were knowledgeable, friendly, and explained everything clearly. The work was done efficiently, and the price was reasonable. I was impressed with the level of service and would highly recommend M & R Car Import Services to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy mechanic work. I especially want to thank Mike for taking the time to meet me at Whole Foods’ parking lot when my car broken down. Mike showed up within 15-20 mins and inspected my vehicle. He helped me order a tow truck to relocate my car to the repair shop for further inspection. Thanks, again Mike! ???

They were very nice for putting on a trailer hitch cover at no cost. It was a unique request since it was off brand and they did it perfectly. They have also always been a very fare price with a quick turnaround on their work previously. We will be coming to M & R for all our car needs in the future.

Great experience! M&R identified issues with my car that other auto shops overlooked. They also included pictures and very detailed explanations. The staff was also very kind & easy to work with. I will definitely be returning. This is definitely a top-notch, honest shop!

Mateo and his team are amazing!!! From the first time I called and spoke with them, they were extremely professional and clear as to how the process works for my damaged car. I set my appt and they were on time and very friendly. I had some damage to my rear door panel. Mateo took his time to evaluate the damage and instead of rushing to file a claim, he was able to fix the issue in a few minutes. I’m so grateful to have found M&R Import Services!!! I highly recommend using them!!
