Just wanted to take a minute to thank Phil and the Wheels of Chicago team. I’m not sure about everyone else’s experience but I’ve been a customer for 13yrs strong and going ! they have always managed to work with me. Thank you for the complimentary detail on my current vehicle! My baby is looking like new ?

If I could I would give a zero. Sold me a car with a bunch of repairs needed. Now that I spent a bunch of money in car repairs. Guess what?! IT STILL NEEDS MORE REPAIRS. They still expect me to pay on time. I’m now running behind on payments. Maybe if you guys wouldn’t of sold me a car like that this wouldn’t be happening. Every mechanic has told of the many repairs it needs. And I have documentation of it. Are we making things right or you guys want to have this kind of reputation???

The worst place to buy a car. I've had this vehicle for four months and I've been back more than five times for problems. When I left the dealership, one light wasn't working. Two days later, the check engine light came on. There's a problem with the catalytic converter, the suspension is in bad condition, the heater doesn't work, and the battery it came with was a lower voltage battery than the one this car uses. Now the check engine light is on again because of a problem with the crankshaft, and they charge $120 just to diagnose the problem. They claim to inspect the cars before selling them, but with so many problems, this is more of a scam. Honestly, this dealership is a disappointment. I don't know what to do anymore. When you call, they just transfer you from one person to another; nobody solves or helps you with your problem. Update: 12/22/2025 Based on your response, could you show me the receipts where I supposedly refused the suspension repair? As I recall, your service staff told me that this problem wasn't covered by the warranty and that I had to pay for the repair myself. Furthermore, you are now charging me $120 to simply check the engine light for a different problem. All of this has happened in less than four months, even though your advertisements claim these are certified pre-owned vehicles.

A nice company to purchase a car at. I’ve gotten 2 cars from here. The second car back in 2019 or 2020 well, o.m.g! bad experience so I think I couldn’t do Door Dash and any of them companies while I was financing a car so,! I totally needed to do that because I had an emergency or because I totally I had forgot that I couldn’t do those deliveries companies while I was financing a car.. well, bad experience, so the gps had took me to the lake one day, scary ?? and it was winter time and snowy and probably icy on the ground but it was definitely winter time so my gps had took me to the lake one day I don’t know why ??‍♀️ I was very close to my car and me to be inside the lake. My car had stopped! thank God! ???? so,! be careful following gps while financing a car. I don’t know what was that about. But! now, I don’t have the car that I had that incident in but! I see a lot of different colors of that same car currently, very near to where I live at now ? maybe the car company or maybe an ex?! but okay,! the communication between the employee and me when I had a question about the payments when I had both cars; the communication was fast and professional. The car company is nice. You can see the cars there. There’s also a mechanic next door that’s with the car company so that’s nice too. They’re polite and helpful there.

We came to this dealer coming from a VERY bad experience at a previous dealer and MAN this place is amazing! Phil helped us out and he was great and so helpful, along with his manager. They were able to give us a monthly payment that worked for us, they let us test drive 2 cars and overall so helpful and kind. Down to helping us find a good insurance for our new buy. So much more than happy with our AMAZING purchase! Definitely recommend. Thank you Phil!

My experience at wheels of Chicago has been great. Patricio was my sales person and he was wonderful. I went to purchase a sedan ended up purchasing a Silver 2016 Chrysler Town and country touring van which I absolutely love and completely did not expect to buy. My kids get to watch movies while I drive. I also drive for a living and my customers have complimented me many times. If you come to wheels of Chicago definitely ask for Patricio because he listened and delivered. He completely kept is word. I'm also very confident in the Auto service department due to a recent issue that was resolved immediately. I'm very pleased with the overall service of wheels of Chicago. I think that the professionalism and communication between the company and the consumer is what makes the difference in the overall experience and I'm very pleased ? 5 stars.
