I would say the layout is a bit challenging, but they are there to help. One thing I didn't like was after they loaded you, they didn't say anything. In the future, please let the drivers know when you finish loading.

Everyone is friendly, and definitely helpful. The layout leave A LOT to be desired. Tight u-turn off the scale. More difficult with a long wheelbase and/or spread axle. Unload for van freight takes awhile. Load times are ok. I wont be back.

Rubbish company wasting time for nothing

The assistant guys are very fiendly and professional but generaly work system is bad
I was loaded then nobady appaired to explain about what to do next so i sit my truck waited 40 min to be instructed to leave the dock and going to the scale then wait for Bil Of Leading at side of the exit all in all i was here at 9:20am to 1pm

Waiting 5hours for a dock if you’re are owner operator…avoid this place
They don’t care about your time

The guy at the window with long dirty curly hair came up to the window and smelled booze and was disrespectful and doesn’t give you the correct payout he gives what he feels is decent would not recommend you come here to scrap at all

Recycling pays a little you need about a Million cans to get $$

Waiting over an hour empty to scale out

The other posters need to specify if they were picking up or delivering and what time they arrived. I arrived at 8am for a pickup, they had me loaded in 2 hours and waited for my paperwork.

The yard guys are amazing. Pay attention to them and you'll do fine

4 hours to load. Slow people

3 hours on the dock and still waiting to get loaded

Employees are never on time and they take a long time to load
