I was looking for a part for my Chevy captiva, Will the store manager was extremely helpful. He found the parts I needed one was on site the other had to be ordered. He explained the other part would come in a week and gave me the best time of that day to pick up the part to ensure the part is on site. Will was friendly, knowledgeable and valued my time as a customer. This is my first time coming to this store but it won’t be my last! In fact I will only buy any car parts I need at O’Reilly auto, this store!
Wes is the man. He always goes above and beyond for all his customers. I stay loyal to Oreilys specifically because of Wes. If the part is available in Oreilys system he will get it to you in less than 24 hours regardless where it is. He’s saved me more times than I can count.
I always come to this store, and have a great experience each time. Thank you so much to Destiny and Wes for going above and beyond and helping me with a battery.
Had a great experience at auto zone today. I bought mats for car floor and the back ones needed to be cut. But no worries Wesley took care it for me. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

Rude customer service, I wanted to buy a battery bc my car didn’t want to start outside, they said “Yes but I’m not going to do it right now.” Not coming here again. African American worker.
I am so satisfied with my visits here, Jose is great and has good customer service. The main reason why I come to this specific location is just to see him. He brightens my day. Great job! Need more people like him! Always opens the store on time and greets me.
“Adrian Gonzalez” Gave me a great referrals due to O,REILY not having my part. Instead of saving no we don’t have it, he gave me some resources on where to get the part elsewhere since Autozone and advance auto parts did not have it. He came with a solution and I left out of there knowing where I can go to be satisfy and not being bummed out leaving out of there with Nan answer. Great customer services! This is how satisfied a customer should be by leaving with an answer or solution!

Kept putting me on hold and speaking to me in Something other than English. Put me on hold three times I was on hold 20 minutes and I still didn’t get what I needed. Waste of the companies dollars on these people
My check engine light went on so I took.it to the same dealership that serviced it last month. They said $100,00 for the diagnostics and I had to leave it there all day. Its most likely the gas cap, but I have no idea. Then he said drive it around aimlessly for 50 miles and it might reset itself. A couple of blocks away I passed an O'Reilly's, as advised by friends, and Carlos did a less specific check but it didn't indicate anything alarming. Told me what to watch out for in the now remote chance that it could be serious. Also told me to drive around for couple of day and most likely it will reset. He also didn't charge me.. So far so good. Tightened the gas cap, lights still on but I'm less worried about it now. Thanks Carlos! Thanks O Reilly's.

Salesman was a walking encyclopedia on windshield wiper blades. I wanted the longest and widest blades for the driver's side of my vehicle that I could get. The blade I had did not push the snow off the windshield, I would have to remove the rest by hand. The blade worked well on the passengers side.
The salesman guided me to purchase the best blade for the driver's side.
These guys are great and knowledgeable, always give the best prices, thank to Kevin, arnaldo, Alex, and the whole crew, thank for keeping me running smooth.
I'm happy to say that this store looks great compared to a few months ago, not to mention the customer service has really improved. I will definitely continue to shop there.
