Bought a pair of headlamp bulbs from this location after one burned out. O'Reilly advertises "free bulb replacement", which was the main reason why I bought from here, because I didn'thave the right tool at the time. An employee here took one look and said "it's too hard". What's hard about pulling two screws with the correct tool (that we know you have), pulling out an old bulb, putting in a new one and screwing the screws back in?
I went to another O'Reilly location and they did it for me in less than 10 minutes. Seems like the staff here were lazy and just didn't want to do it.
I'm not sure if I have the correct O'Reilly. The one I went to was at 7300 N Western. The manager I believe his name is Brian was incredible helpful. I was so impressed with him. I couldn't believe that he was so polite and cordial. I guess in todays world I just don't expect it anymore. Brian should be given a raise and acknowledgement by the owner of O'Reilly. This guy is one in a million. Great people skills
I normally try to support local auto stores, but my experience at this O’Reilly Auto Parts location was really disappointing. As someone who’s not a car expert, I came in hoping for a little guidance and basic customer service, but was met with indifference and a tone that felt dismissive. It’s frustrating to walk into a store and feel like you’re being talked down to simply because you’re a woman of color.
When I asked a few simple questions about the right oil and filter for my vehicle, the employee seemed impatient and uninterested in helping. Instead of taking a moment to explain or even offer to check the system, I was told to “look it up online.” I ended up leaving and taking my business elsewhere, where I was treated with respect and kindness.
I genuinely believe customer service should reflect patience, inclusivity, and basic respect—especially for people who are trying to learn or handle their own car maintenance. I hope this location takes some time to address how they engage with customers, because the standard I experienced was far below what I’d expect from O’Reilly’s.
If you’re looking for helpful and respectful service, I recommend skipping this location altogether and heading to the AutoZone on Clark instead—they were wonderful to work with and made the whole experience so much easier.
The facility itself was adequate, but the level of service I encountered from a few male employees fell well below acceptable standards. There was a noticeable lack of urgency, accountability, and attention to detail qualities I expect in any professional operation. Simple inquiries were met with indifference, and efforts to resolve a straightforward issue were minimal at best. As someone who has spent a career holding teams to high standards of performance and integrity, I found the experience disappointing. Leadership matters at every level, and unfortunately, that was not evident here.
Terrible service at this location. I really tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but I walked in and was basically ignored, even though there were several employees just standing around chatting.
That said, the overall experience was frustrating. The rest of the staff seemed completely uninterested in helping anyone, especially the male employees, who looked like they couldn’t be bothered.
If you actually want help (and better prices too), I highly recommend going to the AutoZone on Clark. They know their stuff, they’re more attentive, and the whole vibe is just way more professional. I won’t be coming back to this location.
Very courteous, knowledgeable and helpful staff. At the end of the day, products are all the same. It’s the staff that makes the difference and this store has some of the best!

Came to this location to purchase a part. A local AutoZone has it for less asked for a price match. They told me they will not price match unless I go print it on a printer.
We live in an app world now, folks If you need me to take a snapshot and email it so you can print it for your boss and some office somewhere so be it. But don’t inconvenience me to go back to the shop, print out a paper to satisfy something that doesn’t need to be done. It’s pretty obvious. It’s on their site. Take a look at the pictures. work with your customers next time Don’t inconvenience them!
I use this benefit often at other locations. This is the first time in 25 years that I’ve had to go print it on a piece of paper.
Evy at O'Reily helped me as soon as I walked through the door. Very personable, very professional and had the best energy. Every time I come back, I'll ask for her to assist me with knowing I'll get exactly what I need.
Terrific service and above and beyond professionalism. I had actually called several stores and was in a frustrated and angry mode. Moises Padilla the assistant store manager didn't flinch at my rude behavior. He remained calm and helpful only to ask politely if he had done or said anything to upset me and if I was feeling ok, concerned about me when I hadn't even met this man and was doing my best to be a jerk. All I can say is that the experience taught me a lesson as well as gave me a go to place for my auto parts. I usually shop between them but from now on this particular store has my business. I will be coming here first, last and always. You should too, so often nowadays the personal touch and extra efforts of days of old are lost. You can find them easily at this location. Fast, efficient, knowledgeable and genuinely concerned with your well being and satisfaction. This is the only place to go for your auto needs! On top of being so terrific, also provided fast, knowledgeable and much appreciated sage advice regarding my parts, options and much needed suggestions. Thank you!
Friendly helpful staff. The employee worked very hard to get us an answer to our question. It was the wrong answer, but he tried hard and was very eager to help. In an age where many stores of all kinds can be understaffed with surly, disinterested employees, this still seems like a win.
I think the change in managers has ruined my favorite place to shop for parts. Sammy has no desire to help a customer. He is not very knowledgeable, unhelpful, and forthcoming with questions and answers. I think he neither cares nor understands customer service or how to talk to people. I have been shopping here for years and now I need to find a new place.

The manager did not want to give me back to correct amount for my refund because he apparently doesn’t understand me even tho, he as a Hispanic man speaks Spanish. The rudeness isn’t tolerated.
I purchased a jumper with the advise of the clark.According to him , the jumper 55003 the best and I paid a one year warranty for it. I picked it and used it once or twice last year winter. I kept charging in case of any arising needs, but this jumper never served its purpose as I was promised. When I call the store, they told me I should buy a new Jumper. What a jock!!. Very disappointed!!

the pennzoil oil filter tool works well and doesnt break. . I purchased 4 different from auto zone Walmart advanced auto all broke. except the one from oreilly
Friendliest place, everyone here is very helpful and highly experience at what they do. This is a top notch location to get in and get out zero wondering around always offer to help me.
This is one of my favorite Auto Part location stores to visit the staff is always very knowledgeable and very helpful with anything I might need. They are also very friendly the store is very clean and there is never a wait in line. They do offer a free tool Loan program which came in very great handy when I needed it.
