Lucas Tire saved the day for me when I got a flat. Since I have an all wheel drive car, another tire store (not Lucas) tried to tell me I needed all 4 new tires, even though they were at >90% life still! The employees at Lucas really came through when they were able to safely repair my tire for a reasonable fee. I will absolutely trust this shop with my business again in the future!

I called last minute to have a slow leak repaired and they were able to get me in immediately. Service was excellent - everyone I spoke to was warm, service was quick and I felt taken care of. I had two young kids in tow and felt they were welcomed too. Fair prices and very efficient. Will be back!

I came in for an oil change. Worked with Hernan and the entire process was really easy. They were done very quickly and had a nice seating area while I waited. Always easy process whenever I come in and take care of my car needs.

My car had to be towed on a sunday and surprisingly they were open. Choosing this shop from the tow trucker's recommendations and 10/10 I would recommend again to others. They fixed my old dead car back to running after a day, so fast. A lot of things were broken so I can't say it was cheap but after trying 4-5 autoshops in the area for years, I think I am settling with Lucas.

Came for a flat tire to get it fixed they said it couldn’t be fixed had to get a new one. The issue I had with this facility was that without my consent they removed two tires knowing I came just to fix my flat tire. I understand they want to inspect the rest but that’s not the service I came for. The man that was working on my car seemed upset I didn’t wanna replace both tires and said something like well he had to leave or something

Called five other businesses for a tire replacement and they were the only ones able to do it same day. They changed out my tire in just over an hour and were super friendly. Slightly more pricey than another place further outside of the city that quoted me (~$40 less) but worth the quick service. They included a free inspection of oil/filters/etc!

Just had a tire rotation and oil change. Got an awesome deal. Clean lobby area, transparent and reliable service. Definitely recommend for your car needs.

I came in to get a leaking tire patched but, unfortunately, it was unrepairable. Despite not having my exact tire in stock, Lucas Tires was able to order the right one and get it in same day. I was able to pick up my car later that afternoon and Hernan made the checkout process very easy. Will definitely be coming back with any tire problems in the future.

The people at Lucas were very helpful, professional and courteous and their prices were fair for the work I had performed on my 2015 Lexus. I called other tire shops and their prices were about the same as Lucas. I decided to go to Lucas because they took the time to explain things to me and I have gone to them a few times in the past and their treatment was consistent and prices were always competitive . I would definitely recommend them as one of the first calls when it comes to tire service.

Came in for an alignment and they had it done in under an hour. The car drives straight now and everything feels properly aligned. Booking the appointment online was super easy too. No phone call needed, I set everything up right from my phone, which was a huge plus.

I've used Lucas three times now. They're honest and usually end up charging less than the initial estimate. I will be using them again next time my vehicle needs maintenance.

Got a puncture and was nearby so I called last minute. They were able to fix it promptly and everyone I dealt with was very accommodating and professional. Only flag would be pricing - I have had plugs/patches before for less but given the circumstances I was very pleased. Would certainly do business with again.

I had a great experience at Lucas! First, they’re very knowledgeable and friendly. Denise took excellent care of me and took the time to hear and effectively diagnose my car issues. I’ve been taking my vehicle to a car dealer for years and just realized how their pricing is inflated and their attention to detail is subpar. At Lucas, not only are they quick, but they take the time to explain my options and get to the root of the issue. Highly recommend!

Lucas tire fixed our flat tire quickly and efficiently. I appreciate their friendly communication, also that they didn’t try to sell us a second tire since our tires were pretty new. We had to wait a day to get the Michelin tire that they needed, but car was ready less than 30 minutes after tire arrived. A great neighborhood place.

My brake line needed repairs, and I am extremely happy I went to Lucas Tire & Autocare. The experience was a 10/10. The staff is very professional, honest, and respectful. They completed the repair the same day. The team in the shop was patient with all of my questions and spoke in depth about best next steps. They did an excellent service on my car , getting my tires fixed here was a great and excellent experience. they have good price range for many different things and parts. 10/10.

I came here upon noticing my tire was flat and Lucas Tires came up as the closest tire shop to me on Google Maps. Pulled in and asked them to fix my flat. The mechanic told the front desk lady (they talk through their front desk intermediaries) that my tire was shredded on the inside and could not be repaired. I needed to buy a new tire. “Sure, I’ll do it.” I trust that most people are honest. Then the lady casually added that the mechanic also noticed that my other three tires were in dire need of being replaced. Alarm bells went off. Actually, I said, no new tire. Just put the spare on. So, they did. Next day, I took my car to my regular mechanic at Team Automotive in Berwyn and he repaired my flat. Said the tire was fine. Then, he reexamined my other three tires that he had just rotated for me a couple of weeks ago and assured me I was still fine with those tires for another year. I’m disappointed by this turn of events. I left Lucas a message this morning after they messaged me to leave a review. I told them my irreparably shredded tire had actually been successfully patched and my other tires were declared safe by my mechanic. No reply. So, this is my earnest review of my experience with Lucas Tires.

Lucas Tire & Auto is great! They were open first thing in the morning—unlike other tire shops in the area—and quickly showed me the issue with my rim. They ordered the replacement right away and even gave my tire a temporary fix so I could get through a couple of days safely. Once the new rim arrived, they installed it and everything has been perfect since. I also really appreciate their veterans discount. Hernan keeps you updated throughout the whole process and is very professional. Recommend!

I am writing this review to describe the exemplary service I received at Lucas Tires. I had a code on my car. I was not sure what to do so I consulted with the service advisor/person at the counter. He was friendly, personable, and reassuring in helping me with my car problem. It was inexpensive and reasonably priced. The process was easy and convenient. The mechanic was knowledgeable. I'd definitely come back.

They were the low bidder for a front bumper replacement on our Jaguar XF, by about $300. Worked with our schedule and completed the repair on time and on budget. The staff was amazing( I had Adam) and very attentive communicating often. Very polite and professional. If we ever have any additional issues we will be coming here!

Lucas Tires was able to replace my flat tire the same day within 1-2 hours!! They luckily even had the same brand/type and for a great price. They saved me so much trouble of shopping around and waiting forever. Very professional service my car is driving smooth and the new tires seem fantastic.

New Tires installed, balanced, alignment good Steering wheel has been off just slightly which has been driving me nuts, They allowed me to position the steering wheel to my liking **I did some slight compensation to make steering wheel straight and did a laser alignment all good no vibration above legal limit They topped off my washer fluid, nice little surprise. I did an alignment on Friday and went home. The next morning the trucks steering wheel is off. I took it again and the guy says its not his problem. Meanwhile, they have a warranty they will not honor. I went back home to call and make an appointment for 8:00am. I get there and nobody can take care of me till 10am. horrible service, poor quality work, unacceptable, 0 accountability, they waste your time and make you jump thru hoops as many times they want and resolve nothing, just wasted $145. Hear me out guys, DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE, AGAIN DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, there is no professionalism. Consumer Fraud.
