You gotta cone here when you need parts. The two female team members usually here kniwctheir business, kniw the parts, keep the aisles stocked and have ALOT of that friendly O,'Reilly personality.

I needed a new car battery while traveling through Chicago far from home. My options were limited as it was Sunday afternoon. This shop had the right battery in stock, fully charged, fair price, and while they didn't have a service to install it, they lent me the tools to do it myself and saved me some money by offering them though I was initially about to buy a wrench. The manager was helpful and customer-oriented.
I have arrived here at 8:55 PM with Old brake parts to replace a new parts to buy. I told the employee I’m leaving to Omaha Nebraska at midnight and I’m driving my car over there so I need new parts. He still said no and did not open up the door. It is the bad guy Hispanic guy that was working on Sunday June 15, 2025.
Great location, I have been going to this location for years. Staff is friendly and helpful, and they usually have what is needed. And when they don't they usually get it pretty fast.
Came here in the winter to buy a wiper blade but it was defective. Luckily, after 3 months, it was a warranty so they replaced it with no problem. Thank you Frankie for your awesome customer service.
It's been awhile since I stop foot in an auto parts store. The store unfortunately only had 1 employee, what is going on O'Reilly. Luckily for me Robert was on duty. He was on the phone nonstop taking care of customers. He was taking care of a vendor that was dropping off inventory. He took time to address my questions and provided his expertise in helping me with my problem, even though he was busy and alone. Thank you, Robert. O'Reilly is lucky to have such a great employee like you.
I can't stress enough how Edgar and company saved the day. They helped me get things situated with my vehicle, as well as took the time to show me how to perform the small task of replacing brake lights, that I didn NOT know how to do. I'm coming back here no matter what for my car. I love in Indiana, but I work and go to school here near to this location. Totally worth it to take the 30 minute ride to get here . Everyone who works at this location is very good at what they do. If I could give it 10 stars, I would. Thank you, Edgar and Company!!!
Please treat ALL PAYING CUSTOMERS with respect. Without PAYING CUSTOMERS, you don’t have a job! Acknowledge your customers when they walk through the door and take care of those that are in front of you. A customer on the phone can be placed on hold, for you younger generation that don’t know.

I was very pleased with their customer service. I was greeted and helped as soon as I walked in. Adrian helped me, he was very knowledgeable and attentive.
Today i came by and spoke to Ozzie. A very great gentle man who gave me the most best customer service experience ever. No matter what I asked for he said “No Problem”! He sent me to the nearest localization to speak with his representative. Very helpful man. Im surprised this man isn't the store manager!

Staff is very helpful in finding correct parts needed, but there is usually a line for help. Same line for checking out and finding products. Would be better if a specified line for inquires only
Little Asian kid lied about needing special wiper blades for my vehicle with regular j hooks. He said I needed "special" hooks which happens to be Bosch their store brand charging $50 for a pair wipers. I ended up waiting off Amazon for $15 shipped regular j hooks and they installed without a problem.
Awesome absolutely great service from the young man at the counter. Asian, Spanish speaking very polite. He was very busy, he had 4 customers and still managed to take care of them with kindness, patience and respect. When he got to me he quickly went and got the wipers and touch up paint I needed and rung me up. He said he'd help me if I needed. I said I'll try myself but I couldn't figure it out and went back in, again he was very busy, I asked if he could help when he had a chance no worries, he did and was fast. Thank you for having caring respectful employees.
There slo dont know anything..wen i go there & times its busy(customers line up ) there will be 4 employees hanging ruond only one register open..there was few times i left went down street to Auto zone at less they have 3 register open & ill see a guy that left O'Reilly after i did cause of the service..if i wasnt in hurry at times ill go to Auto Zone..ive been going to O'Reilly's b4 it was O'Reilly's for over 20yrs..wen it was super trax,murrys never had problems wit track auto or murrys with service..they new there stuff & help or give advice..since O'Reilly open the service got bad..ive call the corporate office few times in last 6yrs bout the services..still no changes..guess good customers service dont apply for O'Reilly's
I went Sunday to have my battery checked ,the attendant came out ,put the miter on the battery ,asked to start it and it started ,the battery was smoking and smelled like battery acid .The person then told me that the battery was fine ,that I needed a starter and alt .I shook my head and left went to 43 and Ashland to Advance Auto parts ,a attendant came out and checked it ,and it was my battery ,bought one and he also checked the starter and alt were great ,Alt was at 14 V and showed me that the starter was good .NEVER AGAIN O'REILLY'S ,and I was a customer for more than 10 yrs ,way to try to screw a 67 yr.old man over .
Went to return a scanner tool that I ended up not using at all and the kid that attended me grabbed the box, violently opened it and started inspecting it as if he was appraising a diamond at a jewelry shop. After that he printed the receipt and slammed it on the counter. As I was walking away I overheard him slamming the box and making derogatory comments. I've gone to that store for years and after that, I will never again go.
Save yourselves the headache and drive to the nearest o'reilly on ashland. Much better service and they treat you with honesty and respect.
I rarely leave reviews but I was so happy with O'Reilly's excellent customer service I decided to write one. I have been having issues with my car lights for a few days now and I even had a mechanic take a look at it without much luck. All staff were friendly at the store but Julio went out of his way to help me troubleshoot this issue. He made sure I got the right product for my car and also helped me with the installation. I definitely recommend O'Reilly Auto Parts for anyone trying to purchase anything for their car.
They ordered the parts I need and we able to get them the same day. The staff was friendly and helpful with giving me a range of parts options. Overall pleasant.
Jackie and Fernando were extremely helpful. I needed oil but didn't know how much to buy. Fernando came out to check how much was needed and we went back inside to purchase it. He then came out and filled the oil for me. He was very polite and both he and Jackie were friendly and certainly knew their products. Thanks so much to both of them. :) You are now my go to store for car products!
