I scheduled for my car to be picked up at 845. I’ve been told by 3 different numbers that they are on the way. 6 hours later nobody has come for my car. Horrible communication and horrible service.

Worst company ever! Looked them up online 3 days ago and one of them called me and ask for the make and model of the car and they said they'll buy it off me for 600 or 800 if the engine and transmission are working and attached. I said yes, it's the alternator that's broken so it won't start. He said "ok, I'll send someone to pick up the car in an hour" 2 hours passed and no one showed up so I called again and asked if they're coming or not. He said they're heading my way and they'll be there soon. Hours passed and no one showed up. Then they call me the next day at 8am saying they're coming to pick the car up. Same thing, no one shows up for hours. At this point, it was getting ridiculous waiting like this, I felt punked. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE
I called in the morning to ask for how much I would get for my junk car. The person who answered the phone asked me for the make and model of my vehicle then he said $600. I was surprised because the other places I checked said half of that. Then I asked when can you come and pick it up? He said right now text me your address. I sent him my address and after an hour and a half of waiting I texted him to ask if he was coming or not he said yes in around an hour. After another two hours he called and said he would be here in 25 minutes. In total he made me wait four hours. Plus when he showed up he started saying things like oh is in very bad shape I can’t reuse the engine or transmission. I said I know it is a junk car. Then he offered me $250. I told him you can leave I was told a price and I have been waiting for 4 hours so I was expecting $600. You wasted my whole day.
I called to junk my Chrysler 300 they gave my $420 because I have aftermarket catalytic converters thank you for coming and pick up my car in south side Chicago

I’m going to take them to court and they have they said 250 and never gave me any money someone’s number called me while was at the spot and saw my car and said he saw me. Took the car and called back & said this wasn’t his toe truck he said his is white this one is red
