This shop was recommended by my friend and they were not wrong! They know what they’re doing, are straight forward with how long is the job going to take and give you an estimate right away. Very reliable and reasonable prices as well! Definitely my new car shop for all necessary repairs and maintenance.

The staff is very friendly and welcoming! They were able to replace and fix multiple parts in a timely manner. I’m happy to work with them and I do trust their expertise/advice.

I've taken my car here multiple times and am always impressed with the service. While other places have told me I need thousands of dollars of work done, I have then taken it here for them to be honest about what is actually a priority and what can wait. They do not overcharge either. My go-to place now!

Grace Automotive has a great team of mechanics and advisor. I took my vehicle in because I was told it need new motor mounts. The team inspected the vehicle and it turns out they do not need to be replaced. It was actually the electrical rack and pinion, got me a good deal with parts and labor. They also replaced the spark plugs. The labor price is great, they even inspected the vehicle a 2nd time for reinsurance. The team will definitely do their best to take of the repairsand provide great customer service as well.

On my drive from Michigan, I started hearing a loud noise from underneath my 4 Runner. Grace automotive was able to fit me in the schedule to diagnose the problem. Something had come loose, they also noticed o needed an oil change as well as new filters. I did the recommended service for a very fair price and had my 4 runner back in about 4 hours! I may return for my next oil change, it was such a great experience!!

Hands down one of the most honest shops in the neighborhood. I originally went somewhere else for a diagnostic, paid a lot, and my car still wasn’t fixed properly. I brought it here and they correctly identified the real issue and repaired it the right way. Since then, my car has been running perfectly. I truly appreciate their honesty and fair treatment. As a woman, it’s important to feel respected and not taken advantage of. I highly recommend them.

Greg always tells me like it is and fixes my issues without taking advantage of me on pricing. Highly recommend! Went in due to a car accident to fix our back bumper and they ended up helping us with more which was great! They did a full diagnostic and fixed an issue we had that 4 other mechanics couldn’t figure out. Would go back!

They're a dream. Staff is wonderful. Great communication. I had a unique problem with my car that two other places couldn't help with. Grace Automotive solved my problem and my car was ready in less than 24 hours! They don't miss a beat. They're incredibly efficient and a pleasure to work with.

I called Grace on a Saturday morning with a dead battery. We live in the neighborhood so Sorin offered to come to our house and change our battery instead of making us call a tow or get it jumped. Within an hour of realizing we had a dead battery and calling Grace, we had a brand new battery and didn't even have to leave our house. The best service!!

Customer Service? These folks were spot on! Jackie and Soren totally took care of me. I mimicked the weird sound coming from my SUV...they mimicked ME! LOL - ALSO when I drive up hill it slows down, even after having the fuel filter replaced by someone else. They assured me the mechanics would figure it out that day and get back to me ASAP. They tested the catalytic converter... turns out, it was plugged. The mechanic said... because I didn't have a universal converter.... It would only take him about two hours... Totally impressed ?. I recommend this place to anyone! They let me know that they're rolling out their V.I.P. program soon - they made me FEEL V.I.P. anyway! Thank you Grace for being so good to me! Fast, friendly, affordable, effececient .... Highly recommended.

My car started “smoking” on the side of the road yesterday so I decided to get it towed to Grace (after it came highly rated from some friends). They took it in and got it fixed same day, and it’s now running great. They were transparent on services/pricing and even detailed my car before I picked it up (don’t think this is policy, I think they just were being nice). I felt like it was fair pricing as well! Will be going back for future service needs.

Sorin and the team at Grace Auto did an awesome job on my Ford Escape Titanium. My car needed several repairs done at the same time, including a steering assembly rebuild. They did it all in less than 48 hours and that includes their Sunday off. They also did a minor cosmetic fix to make my door quieter free of charge and they washed the car to make it look like new. Sorin’s detailed explanations were super helpful and he made me feel like I was in good hands. I’ll be back, but hopefully not too soon.

We’ve been going to Grace Automotive for at least 25 years and have always been satisfied with their quality service and repairs. They’ve rescued us a few times in awkward situations with a dead battery and bad tires. Thanks to their quick response, we were able to get home safely. They are very accommodating, and treat even small requests with a smile. We will continue using them and recommend you do the same.

I brought my car in with multiple lights on and some electrical issues. Sorin did a thorough examination of my car and was able to figure out the problem quickly. Him and his team were friendly and up front with their prices. They put a lot of time and effort in to repairing my car and even provided me with a complimentary air freshener, which smells amazing! I'll definitely be returning for any future maintenance and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable service. Overall, a 12/10 experience!

I've had so many issues with my car and been to countless auto shops over the years, and this was the best shop I've been to. Everyone I talked to and interacted with was so kind -- from the front desk staff to the mechanic. I usually feel so overwhelmed and nervous to go to auto shops as a young woman who knows nothing about cars, but I felt so comfortable here. They took the time to explain what was going on with my car and the best course of action. They're honestly the best, I have no bad things to say about them! Would definitely recommend them to anyone and will 100% continue to come here in the future.

Greg and his team have been nothing short of life saving for me over the last few years. They have helped me with everything from oil changes to axel/rotor replacement. They always have the customer in mind and seem to do everything in their power not to overcharge; they explain services clearly and provide information and quotes prior to performing the repair. I highly recommend Grace’s auto - I give them full credit for keeping my 12 yo Civic running perfectly!

My tire separated from the rim and deflated. I called out of the blue and stopped in. They resolved the problem in 10 minutes and the best thing was they did not charge me. I was shocked to be honest. You just don't see that anymore. They did not have to do this. I appreciate that. The manager Soren was very friendly and helpful. So was Greg and Jacky. Give them a shot. You will not be disappointed. I now have my mechanic for all future work on my auto.

Came in for a quote to replace a mirror and was so pleasantly surprised by my experience. The staff was super friendly and helpful getting my quote and the replacement part. Prices are very reasonable and honest for their services. They had the new part ordered and ready by the next day. The repair was incredibly fast and looks great! I will definitely be coming back!!

The guys at Grace Automotive were super helpful with getting my car issues resolved. I brought my car in due to a check engine light, and they walked me through the diagnostics they would run, replacement part options and other maintence items that were due for my vehicle. I appreciated the transparency on pricing for different part options, and their policy of showing you all the replaced parts before making payment. It was easy to make an appointment online, and they were able to complete a spark plug / ignoation coil replacement, as well as rotors and pad replacements on my brakes, all in that afternoon. They also were in contact during the process, and sent photos of the progress while they had my vehicle. Awesome customer service, quick work and all around a great experience!

Amazing service!!! We were on our way to a concert and we were having car issues. We were seen right away and the staff is extremely friendly. Everything was explained to us from what the labor was going to be to parts needed. Definitely recommend Grace Automotive. They're a total lifesaver!

Been coming here 20 years and will keep coming! My ex-husband is Polish so he got wind of this Polish run repair shop, and we've always had great experiences here. We always called it Stanley's, because it was run by Stanley. He was always amazingly honest about what we should do with our old cars, never trying to upsell. At one point he kindly advised me to not get my car fixed anymore and just get a new car. He said if I was his daughter this is the advice he would give me. So I got a new car and didn't need to come back for years. Upon my return, maybe eight years later, Stanley was no longer there and it was being run by Greg, who had worked with Stanley. To my relief, he carrying on the same tradition of honesty and integrity. Fair prices, good work, very family run feeling. Seemed like they always threw in something extra for free. Total opposite experience as my dealership. Went to my dealership three months ago and they were going to charge me $2000 for new headlamps, said my headlamps were randomly going out because the whole thing needed to be replaced. Brought my car here for a second opinion, they tightened up some things and put a couple new screws on or something, charged me almost nothing and said it was fine. And headlamps have been fine ever since! Never going back to my dealer for maintenance. All in all, highly recommended. They also have some deals with local shops and they tend to get good prices on replacement parts, and they are just honest. Can't ask for more than that. Super nice people also. I always end up staying to chat!
