There are many Goodwills, but this one's the Greatwill.

I use to really love this Goodwill, however the change in the staff really took a toll on their customer service. Once I was in there and I was walking towards the register and the lady with the blonde hair looked at me and walked out the door (I guess she was going on break). The young lady who rang me up was very nice, I think she was new, because when I entered the store the lady with the blonde hair was telling her how to do things ( not in a very professional manner.) Merchandise is not well organized like it used to be , before it reminded me a little bit about of the Goodwill Boutique, now it will do, just your run of the mill thift store nothing special. Rude employees will definitely make you lose loyal customers.

One of the few Goodwills that has retained their goal reflected in their price point and diversity of style and items. Good place to donate and shop!

Call ahead and ask if they are accepting donations. I arrived with donations during a time listed as accepting donations, and they refused the items saying they are full.

I love this Goodwill! The store is clean and the prices are fair enough. Many items branded and vintage clothing have been found here and brought back to life. ?

We have been to the FellsPpint Goodwill shop several times and our experience was always positive. However, this afternoon, we came in to drop off some donations and the staff at the counter just said “Donations received until 4:00pm”. I explained we were leaving the country tomorrow and she answered in a monotone “Donations received until 4:00pm”. At my side there were bags and bags of donations on the floor, probably delivered to them today, so asked “Will you not receive my donation?” And she answered “Donations received only until 4:00pm”. We were at the shop at 5:30pm and the shop is opened until 7:00pm. So, we left the shop with our donations, thinking about the lack of goodwill displayed by the staff member at the counter and thinking about the businesses Goodwill is losing.

Excellent staff, store is clean and organized. The price point was higher than expected.

I’m going through a vintage coat phase & have been collecting for about a year. I came here just to see what they had & left with two fur coats, one cornflower long faux & another that was real. It’s what I’d call a hidden gem.

2JAN.2023 As soon as I walked in here I was greeted and treated very well. Good selection and a lot to look at. No place is perfect, so 4 stars on this review. It is a bit cool in here. It would be nice to have it a bit warm in here. The over all shopping experience was good.

I had a great experience at this store, clean and well organized and found some good things. My 1 star review does not reflect employees. Goodwill corporate, please turn on the heat or get it fixed. When I was there, employees were wearing outerwear as their clothes because the store was so cold. I asked who I could talk to about the heat and they pointed me to the corporate number. Unacceptable working conditions. I will change my review when I learn that the heat is fixed and working.

You really have to get lucky to get good quality items, but that is the nature of this store. The store is kind of chaotic, but serves its purpose.

It’s got good prices compared to some of the other Goodwills I’ve been to. It’s clean an organized.

Got a great blazer and button-down for $22!

This morning while attempting to drop off clothing and Ugg boots for donations, I was left stuck outside as they opened up late. Two others walked up making 3 of us, then after waiting they walked away. The man sweeping on the street shook his head and said to me, “They never open up on time…..” The sign on the door clearly says they are supposed to open this Goodwill at 9am, so I was here before 9am and drove a little distance to come. Two women wearing blue came walking up the street almost a quarter after 9am talking and noticed me and my donation and said, “No, we’re not open yet. You can leave the bag & go.” The signage on their door is pictured below. Guess they unlock the doors when they feel like it and don’t care much for customer service.

My wife and I love going thrifting at Goodwills because you never know what treasures you will find. The Goodwill in Fells Point is particularly good. I dont know if it's because of the location in this hip and trendy neighborhood but they always seem to get really good high end clothing with brand names. We have noticed that they are starting to raise their prices but its all still really cheap for whst you can get.

I moved recently and looked up a Goodwill near me and this one came up. I called prior to dropping off the donations. When I was near i called again and asked where do we drop off donations as i did not see a back way as most locations have. The person on the phone told me I need to come out front. We had to find parking and then carry our items over a block. When we entered, the cashier looked up at us, but did not say anything. She saw us, as we had bags in our hands and were almost blocking the front door. She waited on two more customers before I said something and asked where donations go. She waved her hand at the bins and said left one is for clothes. It was such a rude interaction. I love shopping at Goodwill, but will not be shopping at this location.

Friendly helpers, great selection, and plenty of items to keep your interest! They also accept donations at this location.

Great Goodwill prices and the household items I was looking for. Unfortunately sone things didn’t have tags so I had to leave them. The cashier nor manager seems to want to price the tagless items to make the sale unlike other thrift stores. Nice shopping and dining area though.

Last Saturday of every month is 50% off the entire store. Come early !! Great finds in here!

Overall a good experience. The employees were really nice. Things packed a little tightly on racks, so be prepared to dig for those good deals! I didn't give five stars because I went to donate a LOT of stuff ~ and corporate hasn't sent them receipts that are 2019 yet so you can take a deduction for your donations. So I need to go back. Other than that an overall good experience.

their check in system hasn't worked for a LONG time. can't get credit for visits. and can't get access to my discounts. i went from shopping here 2X a week to only on the last Saturday of the month so i can get a discount.

Very good place to shop prices are reasonable. Overall nice store.

small shop, great location. They have what you're looking for. I found what I was looking for five feet inside the door, and was out of there in less than 3 minutes.

I would like to know who prices the items? In my opinion many of the items are not priced fairly. Isn't this supposed to be a "good will" for the people who are less fortunate to afford items at regular price? After all, all the items in Goodwill are donated to them. They profit off everything donated to them for nothing. They should really reconsider when pricing items. Staff are pleasant with exception of a few. Store is pretty organized.

The pricing seems to be all over the place but they have a great selection of high quality name brand items.

Went to purchase a handbag that was donates esrlier but day while 2 of the employees were on the way to 7 eleven. Came back after lunch just to find everyone lounging at the register. When I asked about the handbag just to be toms it would be priced tomorrow. I guess your career center isn't helping the local stores because I would have paid top dollar for the used handbag. Way to go and lose a customer. Maybe introduce an incentive program to encourage your employees not to use the register as a longe center. .
