We're having our first annual friendsgiving on Sunday and I picked up the star of the show yesterday from the Whole Foods here at the Inner Harbor. Great customer service, absolutely perfect item, and free parking in the structure adjacent to the store. Just one point of care: please water the succulents at the self-checkout ledge. This is my Baltimore go to ❤️

I’ve had consistently disappointing experiences at this Whole Foods location. The employees are generally unhelpful, and any time I ask a question about a product, they seem annoyed or bothered. Their facial expressions and attitude make it feel like they dislike their job, and this has happened every time I’ve visited. The store itself is fine, but the customer service really needs improvement.

Be wary of the validated parking in the garage…took my ticket to multiple people after shopping and was assured it was free. Went to leave and still had to pay $8 which was annoying. Otherwise good location and options inside, just be aware of that beforehand, might be a faulty machine.

The parking validation system sucks. I followed the directions and it still wouldn't scan my validation. I had to call for help and the first person hung up without helping. The second person finally raised the gate but by then there were half a dozen angry drivers lined up behind me. Never coming back to this place.

This is by far the better Whole Foods in Baltimore, and while the produce is super hit or miss on weekends, I’ve had a lot of good luck shopping weeknights and finding most of what I need. Plus, I typically find the parking situation to be less stressful than at other places. The primary reason (besides the absurd shrinkflation on many of the products) I took a star off this rating might sound absurd, but holy cow it drives me crazy: the elevators. How does anyone with any kind of disability successfully leave the store? The elevators don’t chime loudly enough or have any other indicator of when they’re opening, and they stay open for, I kid you not, about three seconds. I constantly stand at the exit with my cart looking like a fool because I can’t tell which elevator is open — and today, it shut on me as I was trying to turn my cart around and I wound up joyriding it to other floors. Please, please fix your elevators somehow.

I’m a contractor and Rochelle and Danny definitely are amazing and helpful. They make sure the bags are perfect and not over packed. If I have an issue they fix it. I remove the bag from the fridge the sticker got stuck on the rail. Rochell straight took the bag and was like let me fix it. Purrr. I appreciate the help ???? Whole Foods bout to be my favorite place

My phone froze and I was unable to access any of the standard phone functions, in t hat of case of emergency; while shopping there. I had to get 2-3 blocks away before I could cold reboot. Otherwise great staff, good selection of premium branded items . Good area and location for business small family or single.

Shitty street parking only that is metered until 10 instead of the 6 o'clock cut off everywhere else in the city. The Amazon machine was broken, and their Amazon person was rude and completely by himself so the line filled the fron of the store.

I didn't go for shopping I went for an Amazon return on my break and it was easy instructed and at a very convenient location. No boxes, no fees for shipping labels needed. I'm going back to shop though I was tempted by their large selection of food and goods I just wasn't working with much time. RETURNS MADE EASY ☺️.

This evening, I had a very unpleasant experience while buying fresh meat at Whole Foods. There was a woman ahead of me buying beef. I was simply standing at the counter, checking out the meat I wanted and not cutting in line. The butcher suddenly yelled at me in a very rude tone. Because I was looking at meat recommendations on my phone and my English wasn't very good, I didn't fully hear what he said. I assumed he'd finished helping the woman and told him what I wanted. Unexpectedly, his attitude escalated, and he aggressively told me to wait. Even the woman was taken aback by his attitude and offered to say, "It's okay." I was very polite throughout the entire process, but the employee's attitude was extremely rude, and he specifically targeted me, an Asian customer. This behavior made me feel disrespected and even discriminatory. I hope the store will prioritize employee service training and treat every customer with respect.

We are traveling around by boat and it’s always a treat to find a WF nearby. Today, we experienced customer service above and beyond from DANA in Seafood dept. she helped us get the exact oysters we wanted and was very helpful in storing them onsite while we went to a local event. The staff even shucked them for us when we came to pick up! We are grateful!! Thank you to Dana & the WF Seafood Team!

1st time visiting this Whole Foods. Nice location. Clean inside and out. Welcoming and friendly cashiers. Nicely stocked with a variety of options.. Very secure as there were armed police/guards immediately upon entering the store. Definitely check it out if in the area.

Love going to this Whole Foods location at any time of the day. They have a hot bar that is great for lunch and dinner, and good deals on single slices of pizza! It is always clean and the shelves are always stocked. Their baked goods are my favorite! I've also gotten a few custom cakes from the bakery, and they always execute my vision well.

Despite higher prices than at Target or other places, I really like this store. The staff is helpful, the store isnt crowded and has wide selection of good. I'd especially sugest trying their cookies. Simply delicious.

I can’t really give an accurate review. I only ran in to return an Amazon package, but the food bars are incredible. I had no idea they have so much hot food ready to go. It smells amazing. I am definitely going back to pick up dinner. They even have a pizza bar. Picking up hot prepared food is a little pricey, but they have so much to choose from. I can get just a little scoop of 20 different things. And they had 6 soups and two different types of chili. You really can’t even get that type of selection at a buffet these days.

This Whole Foods store is absolutely filthy and infested with rats!!! I was picking out tortillas and saw the BIGGEST RAT I’VE EVER SEEN (AND IM FROM NEW YORK)!!! The rat was so big, it was going to hand me the tortillas itself!!! I took this picture that I will be sending to the Maryland Health Inspector. I left the cart full of groceries in the aisle and left. Whole Foods has went way down hill, and I will never shop here ever again!! I warn everyone not to shop here!! ??

My food that was delivered, arrived late and the meats and milk were warm. I ordered ingredients to make burritos and ordered 2 packages of burrito size flour tortilla wraps and was substituted with only one tiny sized steet tacos. That’s ridiculous and I found out the store had so many better options to be substituted instead. Missing items too. The last 2 orders have been much better and the cold items were placed now in insulated paper bags which keeps the meat cold. The orders arrived on time and were packed neatly with quality items and all the food was delicious. The substitution choices were great too.

I was profiled the entire time while shopping here. They are very discriminatory towards African-American people as a whole, and will follow you around the entire store, acting as if you’ve committed a crime when you have not. The behavior that was exhibited was extremely unprofessional, and I will be in contact with regional and district management. until then, it is a no for me.

Having a Whole Foods in the neighborhood definitely adds to the urban lifestyle experience. My absolute favorite part of this Harbor East store is the 2nd floor food court with both indoor and outdoor seating that offers a stunning view of the cityscape. A great way to enjoy a meal for sure! If morning coffee is your craving, their gourmet coffee machine at the self-serve coffee bar brews a mean cup of Joe. Take it upstairs and wash it down with some amazing views. And they have fast wifi for remote work if you happen to bring your laptop.

I had the best shopping experience in years. The cashier was so friendly and personable. Hadn't been to this location before. Everyone was friendly and actually said Good morning. Received a discount on sale items for having Amazon Prime. Best coffee selection I've ever seen.

This Whole Foods Market location is one of the smallest I have seen before, but it did not hold back from the big collection they have. Everything was very clean just like most whole foods. The workers were so nice. I found some great deals on the healthy food I like. I will surely be coming back many times to this location!! Yes I took the photos.

Stopped here during a day trip to Baltimore. Easy to access. Very close to the water. Connected garage. Free parking within a certain time frame. Garage small. Very small. Not very easy to navigate around. Inside the store, very wide and open. As with most Wholefoods, there is an entire section dedicated to ready-to-eat food and a hot buffet styled bar that provides food that is weighed by the pound. It has been difficult finding the Good soap in Apple Cider Vinegar variation at the Old Town store (in Alexandria) that I normally frequent, so I thought I would try this store. Sure enough! They had plenty, so I stocked up on my favorite body soap. I got a few other things. I think this Wholefoods has the largest florist that I have seen - ever. Not that I have ever been to a dirty or disheveled Wholefoods, but for some reason, this one looked particularly sterile and clean. It was a great experience. I wish I lived closer or this would, hands down, be my favorite Wholefoods to go to.

Everything is beautiful. The vegetables, fruits, seafood and meat, are really fresh. Have a lot of options. I really like the desserts, looks amazing and delicious ? You can have a delicious meal, because they have a cold and hot bar, and pizza, sandwiches, beverages, everything.

Looking for fresh sushi? Head over to Whole Foods Market. VOILA!. An entire show case of fresh daily made sushi packaged in designer trays with condiments (soy sauce and pickled ginger). There was a huge selection of items to pick from at various prices. Customer service was excellent and the food was quite delicious!?

Great selection of groceries and more. The lighting is great in the store. Groceries, as well as other items are of a very high quality. However, expect to pay a lot of money for all these great things. It's the most expensive grocery store around!

This Whole Foods Store was fun to shop at..it seem to be a smaller version due to its location of other WFM stores I've been to. That's was ok due to the fact that they still had everything I needed and even great customer service, clean store, fresh produce, seafood and fresh cut flowers that had a nice variety to choose from at a decent price?

This market or spotless.. Always have fresh baked good out, delicious healthy fast food ready & in house made items ready to go.. free 2hr parking gives you plenty of time to shop& even sit down for a quick bite of you wanted. The cashier will validate your packing ticket upon checkout.. Just being in the market makes me feel healthy.. Shopping for home grown goods doesn't get any better them this.. My favorite is the pumpkin muffin with cream cheese (seasonal).. I recommend this market to all
