once I contacted with sales man, I asked title and accidental pictures, he provided everything and when I arrived the showroom everything is as same as he provided, I was able to get fair price and process was straight forward

This dealer utilizes Marketplace on Facebook to advertise cars for sale. I have found a trend that vehicles with a rebuilt title are not disclosed in writing in the advertisements. The sales person did disclose this when I inquired, but when I said that the practice of not putting this in the advertisement is not cool, she replied, “Vin is clearly displayed and you asked, I answered.” Maryland law is very strict regarding dealer advertisements. Under COMAR 11.12.01.14 and Maryland Transportation Code § 15-313, dealers are prohibited from using any advertisement that is "false, deceptive, or misleading."Mandatory Disclosure: Dealers must disclose any damage or history that significantly affects the vehicle's value, safety, or life expectancy. Failing to disclose a "Rebuilt Salvage" brand in a listing or during the sales process is generally considered a deceptive trade practice. • Material Facts: Because a rebuilt title significantly lowers a vehicle's market value (often by 20–40%) and can affect a buyer's ability to get financing or insurance, it is legally considered a "material fact" that must be disclosed. It appears that the only way to find out this information is to ask. How is this ethical?

I first contacted him and discussed all that i’m looking for , he sent me pictures and I flew over from Co to Md , his dealership. the car looked exactly as it appeared and drove very well, I sealed the deal with him on the next day , and told him to ship the car to me. Very trusted man?

We were able to test drive the vehicle, even taking it onto I-83 to see how well it drove at highway speeds. Alex was honest throughout our interaction. Please do a CarFax before purchasing any vehicle from this dealership/Alex. On 5/6/25, I test drove the 2016 Nissan Altima for $8500. (to good to be true) The car drives and look great. Asked Alex if he could provide a Carfax and he would not. Yet he assured me the car was in only 1 accident. Even agreed to extend the 30 days warranty to 90 days, if I made the purchase. WELL! WELL! WELL! I pulled the Carfax and low and behold. It had been in over 4 accidents, TOTALED OUT by Insurance Co and SALVAGED TITLE with the DMV. Not only was Alex dishonest , he was reluctant to provide a Carfax to hide the truth. If you decide to purchase the vehicle. Feel free to reach out to me if you want to see the Carfax on this car for yourself before purchase. Glad I spent the $45 fee to pull the Carfax over spending $8500+ and doing business with a dishonest car salesman. Ladies, Do your research, even if it's cost you a few extra bucks. Its worth it in the end.

dont trust this place. i was calling for a certain car and he kept telling me that it will be there soon, that its in the cleaners too. he said that its ready to be seen so i came there and he immediately try to show me something that was way more expensive. saw the car i wanted on the side and its was straight up destroyed. front lights broken, scratched on the car and everything. he is a straight up lier. most of the cars are damaged or paint being chipped off. parts from cars are either laid inside or outside the building. the place even looks like its in a bad area. DO NOT TRUST

I was looking at cars on their website. They claimed the titles were clean with no accidents. I checked the vehicle histories only to find out they had salvage titles with multiple accidents. Don't trust what they say. Spend a couple of dollars for a car history report to avoid being scammed.

Very caring, hones and good prices!!! We purchased our first car last year, and just recently purchased our second car from here. Alex helped us and he truly cared about us. We received a good deal and great service that was quick. I did see a lot of customers calling and looking at cars, and i understood why when I tried calling i could not always get someone live imediately. What a waste of time. Alex didn't disclose that the vehicle had a rebuild/salvage title until I went to pick it up. He straight up lied about the severity of the damage. Look at his inventory, all bought off of auctions and "passed inspection" by the same guy who signs off on all their deals. Run. Run far, run fast.
