Tamika is a blessing to this location!! I have been to other tire shops and this is the first time I have worked with someone who knows the job. Excellent products, excellent customer service and even had the time to assist an elderly woman who was in need at the front door. Talk about customer service!! Definitely earned my future business.

I had a wonderful experience at this location. I was immediately greeted by the manager Tamika who got right to the issue with my Jeeps tires. I told her what I needed and how I was stressed out about my car. Tamika assured me that they would do the best to get my vehicle fixed that day. It turns out I had many issues that needed to be addressed. They worked with me on the best price and started the work immediately. Everything was done in a timely fashion and I was constantly updated during the process. I’ve since been back to this location for an oil change and had the same great customer experience . I am more than satisfied with Tamika and the whole team at NTB and would recommend to anyone that needs work done on their vehicle. Thanks

I was warmly greeted by Tamika Winde whom is very professional, kind, caring , understanding. Ms. Winde informed me of the wait time that was accurate. While I waited Ms. Winde offered water, coffee, and tea. The main thing I really appreciated is the pricing as well she guided me on what tires I should get and other things I didn’t even noticed that I needed for my truck. I’m so happy I met Ms. Winde and will be a loyal customer due to her amazing customer service. She was and is phenomenal!! Had to get some emergency work don’t on my car , the tires were ready to blow. Tamika helped guide me through the things my car needed and while it got worked on she kept me company and we had many good conversations to kill the time, great experience they got me in super quick and all the work only took a little over an hour. Great experience !

Honest and fast repair services. I took my 2021 Mustang GT to NTB for suspension troubleshooting. The staff was very engaging and straightforward with the recommended repairs. They showed me why the repair was needed. As a former fleet manager and commercial motor vehicle inspector, I can attest that you rarely find such honesty in the repair business. I even got the repair done in a fraction of the time I thought it would take. I highly recommend this group of dedicated individuals! I will be back again whenever I need service.
Today I took my car to this NTB location to do oil change, and I couldn't be more impressed with their service!
Sean and all staff are so friendly and professional. They also included a full inspection and explained to me what has to be fixed, I appreciate how they focused on genuine care! The work was done efficiently and thoroughly, my car drives smoother now.

A great disappointment and a lot of frustration. I came to replace four tires. It was indeed a bit cheaper compared to other places. About a week or two later, I happened to discover that the tires they installed were smaller than what the car requires. The thing is, the correct size is clearly stated on the sticker on the car, as usual, and even on the invoice I received the correct size is listed — yet in practice they installed a smaller size (how can one not notice that?). I had to go back there. The guy who was there was very nice, apologized profusely, and immediately sent the car in to have the tires replaced properly. He wanted to compensate me and said that next time I need an oil change, I should come and they would do it for free. I asked him how he would remember. He said, “Come to me, I’ll remember you and we’ll do it for free.”
This morning, about a month and a half later, I went there for the oil change. I explained the situation to the lady who was there, and she said that the same guy no longer works at that branch, that he didn’t leave anything written or any note in the system, and that she has no idea what I’m talking about — so if I want, I’ll have to drive to the branch he was transferred to and speak with him there.
That’s it — I’ve given up. Too much headache and wasted time at this place. I’m not going back.

Came in for oil change. And test where ran on my Suburu and actually needed a brakes changed for back wheels. I was very happy that the service manager helped me by making my day. It was very important I keep my car running. As I travel a lot for work. So immediately I said do what you need too. Once he ran the numbers I was okay. It was cost effective and car was done today. I went in to get my car serviced, and everything was done in about an hour and a half super quick and efficient! The store manager, Jason, even called me later that day to check in and make sure my car was running smoothly. Jason and his crew were welcoming , efficient, informative and inquires with you on other services you might be in need of . The establishment is clean and services are timely , you can even schedule appointments. They also offer a payment plan platform . I needed a truck tire size and they had it (very rare) that your average tire place has your size. NTB is not average ! I recommend joining them to meet your service needs. They have gained a new customer in me!

The entire staff was professional and courteous. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and felt welcomed and at ease. The staff took the time to listen to my concerns and explained my service options answered all my questions and made sure I felt comfortable. There was no technical jargon, or pressure. I decided to have the work performed on my car.
The following morning, I arrived the scheduled appointment time and they immediately began work on my vehicle. I was comfortable having the work done and they kept me informed during the process. The waiting area was clean and inviting, and someone even checked in with me just to make sure I was okay while my vehicle was being serviced.
