I have known Ed and Dawn for 35 years and never had a problem of them working on my truck. Family own knowledgeable diesel mechanics. I will continue to use them.Thank you Ed thank you Ed junior and Heather. Just wish they were open on weekends but who can blame them ? I don't wanna work weekends either. Lol
I took my motorhome there to get brakes and I am very pleased with the experience. Heather was delightful, she was friendly over the phone, and helpful in getting me in on short notice. Edward did a great job putting the brakes on; he was also helpful as he walked me through other issues that he observed. I was in and out for a reasonable price. I will certainly use their services again.
Everyone here at E&M are great there customer service is awesome and prices was reasonable if you're in need of maryland state inspection on a commercial truck or service this is the place give them a call!
This place is so awesome all the mechanics are awesome and the lady that works in the office is also awesome they treat you very nice and they’re quick turnover time usually less than 24 hours
They did a good job with my truck and always work with me and answer phone or any questions.they really handle there business and I recommend anyone. 5 stars
They don’t answer the ****ing phone. When they finally answer they say they’re all booked up. It’s annoying. I’ve been calling since 7:20am Every minute!
Had my exhaust fixed and seats switched around. Ed was very professional and got everything’ done when he said he would. Will continue to us when I’m in town. Very reasonable rates.
Got there a little early but they were on time. I walked in and was greeted by Mrs.Dawn and she took care of me. The did my annual inspection on my 2016 international prostar and I was completely satisfied. Thanks again E & M?
Went here to have a state inspection completed on my motor home. Ed was very friendly, and explained the repairs needed for my motor home to pass inspection. The labor rate is low compared to what other places charge. They had my motor home inspected and repaired in a timely manner. Would recommend to everyone, and will be going back in the future for any repairs needed.
They play phone games. Call 7am. Email said call 730 so I made first call at 7sharp. Phone just rang. I wait a minute phone line busy . I called 11 times between 7 and 730. 732 they answer and said we booked up call tomorrow. And you cannot schedule the appointment for the next day
This place does all kinds of work from minor repairs to Major repairs mine was minor this time people are friendly office very helpful mechanics very helpful they did the work and I was on my way recommend this place to anyone
