To sum up James in 1 word " Awesome " he is there to help you and driveing a tow truck is in his blood . He manuvers his long flatbed in reverse like its the size of a smart car .
The gentleman arrived much earlier than I expected. Best towing service I have ever had. I thoroughly enjoyed conversing with him.
He even recommended a tire place not far from where we were. I was in out of the tire place within 15 minutes.

After calling around all morning to find a tow service, I was so blessed to be speaking with James at USA Towing. He was very nice and helpful with my questions over the phone. James said he would be to me within 45 minutes and he stuck to his promise! On his prompt arrival, he got to work right away and was done within no more than 10 minutes. He even jumped my battery as I had no luck before he got there. I couldn't help but to leave an awesome review for this company ?. Keeping their number for future reference. Again, thanks so much for your help. A true life saver indeed!!
We all want roadside to get to us immediately, but that can't always be the case. I called for roadside at 542am, and use towing got to me at 7am. So, I didn't have to wait very long. The guy that helped changed my tire was kind and sweet. I appreciated that. I was a lil upset at myself that I was unable to give him a tip for his fast service when changing my tire (literally 5min) and his kind smile. Thank you USA towing. Pic 1 is my tire after he took ot off the car, and pic 2 is after I plugged at hm later that evening.
James was fast, knowledgeable of the area to find my disabled vehicle, and more than willing to call me to make sure we were both on the same page. Updated me he was at the car, asked where the keys were, and that he had dropped off the car where I asked him to. Super nice guy.
