If there was an option for zero the what I would put .yard service very poor no help. Have to wait three hours for one car.those works in yard or complete joke time waste. Two hours to move four cars. Especially the lady that drives the truck.

Very professional and kind. They answered my questions and took me to retrieve my items from my car. The young man reached into my car, before I did, and got my registration/insurance cards. He shook it to make sure no glass remained on it. That was kind and considerate. He gave me a moment to mourn the loss of my car and I appreciated that. Thank you!

I would like to personally thank staff members Ericka, Chawanda and Blue for being super helpful and very informative. My car was towed here under very unfortunate circumstances but all in all the staff were very nice and friendly and they made this difficult time for me better than I expected. During tough times it truly does help to have people who kind and understanding. Thanks again everyone!

Waiting out in the sun to pay an impound fee is pretty noxious. This could be avoided by having better on the phone customer service agents to prepare people for what they’ll need for the lot. Also the lack of bathroom and ada ramp should be illegal.

I met the kindest woman who worked at the lot. Her name is Misty. God bless her! She made an otherwise difficult morning fun. She deserves a big fat raise!

Having your vehicle towed is no fun especially having to pay over 1200 to retrieve your vehicle back ,however the communication between Ms.kia Paige & I have been nothing more than pleasant. She's patient & respectful. I had 1 million questions & she answered every question without rushing me off the phone. If you find yourself in a situation with this company call & ask to speak with kia aka Kya. She's the goat.

My experience was a disaster, until I spoke with Eugene. He was determined to help me as much as he could. I was frustrated, my car was stolen. But he was so professional, knowledgeable most of all he had patience with me. Thanks Eugene, I really appreciate it.

This whole experience was hectic and confusing. My car was towed to this impound because I didn't move my car due to a street cleaning. That didn't make any sense to me because the last time I just got a ticket for not moving my car for street cleaning. There was no signs saying they would tow my car or who to call if it was impounded. So I had to look it up. I didn't know until the next morning which impound my car was in because 1 impound was already closed by the time I called. I called at 730am when the system was apparently updated and I found out which impound it was at. It was nowhere near where I lived. I live near Raven stadium and I had to go way over east onto Pulaski Highway. I had to take off half a day of work to go get my car. Though the process was easy once I figured out what and where to go. They have a makeshift office outside their building. You get a number and wait for your number to be called. The workers were friendly but it was just so frustrating to have to go through this. Had to spend nearly $300 to get my car back. That was a ridiculous amount. They can't even fix the pot holes and highways. So I don't know where this money we pay goes to from paying taxes, tickets, citations, etc...

Sold my car at public Auction. 225 tow fee that could not be paid without retrieving vehicle. Was explicitly told Vehicle cannot be retrieved due to registration STICKER despite having registration. Came back next business day after receiving sticker…. Car Auctioned with no explanations or anything. Car was towed for city tickets that were paid almost 1 month prior. Did not know I had an additional tow fee and attempted to pay for it but they sold the car instead. Despite me calling in to check in.

The 1st person l spoke with was rude and hung up on me. I guess there is minimal accountability .the 2nd person was very nice but gave the incorrect hours wch wd have sucked since l took a city bus. Baltimore is not a public transit supportive town, so it wd seem they cd at least put some effort into this. I was also told l owed $1,000 plus and car had not bn there for 11 days from receipt of their warning. Customer has zero power, recourse or leverage. With obscenely high city taxes, any ideas as to whom is receiving these sums?, anyone have thoughts as to whom is pocketing these funds? Outrageous

This was not the best experience dealing with the difficult process of recovering our church van. After several visits to the impound (5 times to be specific) our van is still not released to the insurance company. I really don’t understand why they not let me know from the very beginning all the necessary documentation for it. Some of the staff are very kind and patience. It looks like we are in a 3rd world country… the process is very slow and inefficient but they do their best to keep the people safe… at least.

This has been the worst process I've had to deal with so far. I've been waiting for the city to contact my tow company for more than a week now. I signed forms for release the business day AFTER my car was impounded (after being stolen). My insurance company and towing agency have contacted them multiple times as well. They originally already had my car coded as released but still havent expedited the process after their mistake. This is now on the verge of costing me money out of pocket as my rental coverage will end soon and the car hasn't even made it to the repair shop. I will definitely be making a formal complaint regarding my experience and the negative impact its made.

Stood outside in the snow for almost 45 minutes without getting acknowledged with multiple people standing in the booth. My car got stolen and was brung here. Physically handed a young lady my release form to give my insurance company permission to tow my car out of there. Insurance informed me everyone here is stating I never gave it when I did physically in person. I called back again and was told its because the number is not on the paper and the towing company AND phone number is on the form. Then she proceeds to say they dont have it again. So which is it do you not have my form or do you have my form? Very unprofessional considering my vehicle was stolen and I need to get it out. Now I have to take another day off of work to bring another release form that they originally lost.

I want to the impound lotTo retrieve my stolen vehicle. I got there at 8:00 a.m.But they didn't open until 8:30i would,Suggest that you go there early. I just want to say a special thank you to Marie A ♥️ ❤️ she helped me, someone hit my truck and ran, it was parked I called around everywhere the police had it towed to City Pound every police district I called no one knew anything, called her back she told me how I can get paperwork, had to go there fill out paperwork, I was informed if anything should change I would have to come back and fill out that same paperwork all over again, the insurance company changed something so needless to say I was already made aware of this so i wasn't so mad .. Ms. Marie is great with customer service and communication, I give her 10 🌟

My vehicle was stolen and brought all the way to baltimore keys where in car but crime scene took them I thought I had to pay for 1000 key to be made but Aaron the supervisor there tracked it down! And I made it back home safe same day he’s the best so if you run into any issues ask for him he’s amazing!!!!! Thank you guys so much!

It can be confusing recovering your vehicle if you go through insurance. It entails a good deal of paperwork and paying fines if you have any as well submitting paperwork via email prior to recovering your property.Also if you go on a busy day prepare to stand in the heat.

Extremely unprofessional.. my car was stolen and was told I was not able to retrieve my belongings without my father there because his name is on the title. They shut the window in my face when I was in the middle of asking them questions and then walked away. Horribly unprofessional in person experience. They should probably fix that.

They were very helpful with the process of getting your car out of the pound. But they were so slow about doing the paperwork to get your car out. I was there for about 2-3 hours because of the paperwork I had to go through and get things signed and emailed to them to prove who I was..

They play a lot of games.. and they honestly need to be shut down they are very unprofessional. They need more professional employees set in place, they talk about you while you’re on the phone and other customers. I been told 30 different things about picking up MY vehicle.. just to go up there and then tell me that all I need to do is pay, they had me running around for nothing.

Despite all of the negative reviews, my experieced while recovering my NYS registered vehicle was totally different. My car was stolen and the police recovered about a week later. While I wasn't able to travel to Maryland right away, I called the place two times with questions and they were all answered without any misinformation. Then I finally was able to get to the place a week later. I made sure to be there exactly at 8:30 AM and got helped right away. Due to the fact that the car was stolen, I didn't have to pay anything to get it back anf within an hour I had possession of my car. Therefore, I have no complaints only compliments for the employees that work on this facility. Keep up the good work.

No stars. Getting ur car towed is frustrating enough. But to holding my car bc they are closed to the public due to renovations. Then the place should be closed if they can’t do the work. Should be illegal to hold someone’s car, even if u have all the documents and money u need. But instead I’m waiting on an email/ phone call. On day 2 so I’m sure they b a day 3 or more smh

I was assisted by Towing Rep. Tiffany Allen who was extremely professional & helpful. She guided me through the new vehicle recovery process and made certain all of my questions were addressed. It was the best service I received anywhere in a long time!

It's been almost seven years and I'll never forget this place. My car was stolen and then it was taken to this place. The tow place waited three days until contacted me. I guess to make more money, while I waited for hours. I watched them take out truck loads of big black trash bags and stuff. Someone should follow them and see where they're taking all of your your stuff from the vehicles,Then I enter my van nothing was left in it .nothing at all. Not even the owners manual. I was already stressed that somebody had stolen my car I lived in Virginia somebody had taken out apartment complex and you know they shouldn't charge if it's stolen. Real nice three days after they towed it onto the lot they didn't call it was hundreds of dollars to get it out. I hope nobody in the whole wide world has to ever deal with this company

Are we still in a pandemic or what very disappointing to the city. Clearly they don’t feel the need to do there jobs to there best of their ability. Its seems like the state and city jobs are failing the people who are paying taxes in Maryland. I’ve been trying retrieve my vehicle since September 13 2021.Still no appointment.It December now. How backed up is the impound lot for them to keep. People’s cars. I just want my property back.

Worst experience ever; our truck was stolen, we provided all the documentation to verify ownership and still have not heard a word. They are rude, I tried to go there and ask, the lady in the truck was so rude, the driver is nice. I am surprised the Baltimore city officials are not stepping in and straighten that mess up. We have been waiting for almost a week to hear back and no luck. We called so many times and get no where

The service is is absolutely horrible. My insurance company sent a tow and couldn't even pick my car up. That not the start. You call the number and press 0 to connect to someone and it wont even connect you. Then charges keep going up. What you think i'm made of money? I'm trying to work with them and it seems like they actively work against you so that you can get your vehicle. That's how bad they want to auction someone car off and its sad. if you get into an accident and you car is moveable just move it youself DO NOT LET THEM TAKE YOUR CAR HERE
