These guys are great! I work in Baltimore, but live in AA county. My car died in a parking garage, a wheel bearing/hub issue. I called Glenn's based on their great reviews and was not disappointed. Glenn talked me through the process, asked about garage clearances, and had a rollback picking up the car within the hour. The driver had the same level of professionalism and I expect they will provide the same level of service when they do the repair. They made the entire process as painless as possible, and for that I am grateful.
Was just following their rollback on I-97 northbound when out the passenger window goes today’s trash! Fries and wrappers blowing on the shoulder. Another 100’ the leftover katchup packets out the passenger window. Great advertisement for the company.
This is a good repair shop, everyone is so nice and respectful, and they walked me through my repair every step of the way, before and after .....communication with them calling you back excellent ....please check them out
Horrible service. The owners and workers did not even look at my car. They just hooked the machine up to it and give me a print out of what I already knew. Honest work huh?
great service! They were transparent & communicative with me about being busy on the day I called. Luckily I was able to do another day. On the day I called them they were able to accommodate me quickly. Good price & the driver was super friendly!

Glenn was amazing. He was easy to talk to and made sure we were both clear on the final price. I reached out to a couple of other towing companies in the area before reaching out to them and the prices they were offering were too much. I scheduled a time to pick up and drop off the car.

I was at the Westside shopping center with my brother today and this old lady very nice lady was broke down..so we was trying to help her she told here mechanics name.mr.glen we google him called him put the lady on the phone with him and he was there for her in ten minutes for this lady....now that is what you call cCustomer service...i just wanted to put it out there that he came with no problem for his customer....
I was from out of town and used them due to their excellent rating. They recommended Brown Toyota for my Prius repair which was a great recommendation. Glens Towing was courteous, helped me over the phone with locating other services and didn't take advantage of me because I was out of town. I hope I can pay it forward.
Glenn was a knight in shining armor for my daughter and me. While traveling from DC to NYC, our car started making a horrible sound in the Baltimore area. We pulled over and searched for local mechanics. Glenn's wife (I think her name was Sue) was incredibly kind on the phone, and we drove to their shop. Glenn took care of everything in less than 10 minutes. Turned out a heat shield on the bottom of the car had come loose and was dragging on the road. Horrible sound. Glenn fixed it all quickly and handed over the keys-- no charge. We were stunned. Not only was he excellent at what he does, but his family-run business could not have been kinder to us. We were really stressed that our car had a huge mechanical issue, but this amazing couple offered us mechanical expertise, kindness and great integrity. I cannot say enough about this mechanic. If I lived in the Baltimore area I would never take my car anywhere else.
Top Notch Guys! My wife (an ICU nurse) was driving home from North Baltimore back to DC area after working a 12 hour night shift when her car overheated coming out of the tunnel and ended stranded at Camden Yards. I called a bunch of tow companies and was told at least an hour. finally found Glenn's Auto and they were at the car in less than 30 minutes. I was going to have the car towed to one of the national auto repair chains but Glenn convinced he could get a look at as soon as it got back to the shop. He did a great job was quick and stood by his work 100%. Price was very fair. Smaller shop with a big heart. I'd give them six stars if I could.
My truck broke down on the way to moving to North Carolina. The wheel actually fell off. We called 6 towing companies and could not get a tow until we called Glenn’s. They were there very quickly and the driver was wonderful. They quickly identified what needed to be fixed and gave me a good price. It was done in only a couple of days and we were able to get our things to North Carolina. Everyone there was so nice. I highly recommend.
These guys get it. Needed a tow and they were easy to deal with, no hassles. Up front about truck availability and timing. Cost was good. The tow technician was quick and friendly. No one stressed me out. Will be back if needed.
