I cannot recommend Maven enough. Eli was extremely helpful, in fact he saved me a ton of money. In addition, he accommodated me and saw to it that my car was ready when I needed it. Ultimately he saved me about $1200 and showed me what to do to avoid this happening again. If I could give 100 stars I would.

TRUSTWORTHY. I have been using Maven Motors since 2016. They are reliable and honest. I used them for MD inspection, routine care, and even simply when I have a question. Eli personally replies to my queries and gives me very good feedback. I purchased a wonderful 2016 car from Maven in 2019 (and it ran beautifully until mid-2025 when someone rear-ended it - I'd still be driving it for years!) I wouldn't hesitate to buy another used car from them. I frequently recommend Maven Motors to people. I feel like a valued customer. I even sent my mother to Maven Motors!

Known as the best auto shop in Baltimore for a reason. Maven completed a fairly major repair in less than 8 days and for a price that was better than what I could have hoped for. Throughout the process, they kept me consistently updated. And they left my car (interior and exterior) so clean that I was embarrassed for having failed to clean it more throughly before I dropped it off. I’d enthusiastically recommend Maven to any friend near Baltimore.

Very professional and quality maintenance and mechanical work. The vehicle is often ready before the estimated time, and they provide excellent customer service. I’ve purchased several automobiles from Eli and they were always in excellent shape and priced below comparable models from other dealers. He will stand behind any car he sells you, as well as behind any mechanical work performed in the shop.

Everyone at Maven Motors was helpful and friendly. They gave me a ride to pick up my rental. My car was finished faster than I expected. The shop closes early on Friday, when I was unable to pick up my car because I had to work, they offered to leave it at the rental car place so I could pick it up at my leisure. They even waved the $250 deductible for my insurance. Most importantly they did a great job with the repair. I would highly recommend them to anyone who need body work done on their car.

My Amazing Experience with Maven Motors! I was in the market for a new car when I came across a 2008 Honda Accord listed on Craigslist by Maven Motors. From the start, the experience was top-notch. I called the number on the ad, and Eli, who was selling the car, picked up right away. Originally, I planned to arrive around 4 PM, but due to unexpected delays, I couldn’t get there until 6 PM. Even though Ian mentioned he was only available until 4:30 PM, he willingly stayed late to accommodate me. That level of flexibility and dedication was truly appreciated! My experience with Maven Motores was spectacular from beginning to end! They worked well with my insurance company and repaired my vehicle timely. I was able to be back in my vehicle before my rental car supplement expired. Customer service was top-notch! Richard arranged for transportation for me to pick my car up, he communicated with me regarding the repair, and was very reassuring so that I wouldn't worry during the repair process. He ensured that any accident-related mechanical issues were fully repaired and performed the proper follow-up to resolve a noise that I heard while driving. The auto body work was also amazing! A nice, honest and all round fantastic team. From start to finish, when my car got stolen, getting it out of the impound, to finding a new car and getting it into top shape, Maven Motors went above and beyond. Hit a deer with my car and I was told by several other shops that it would be a month or two out before they could take a look at it and get it fixed some even turned me away I was recommended to Rich and immediately told me that he could do the job and could get it fixed in my timeline and they absolutely killed it from the pictures he has sent me alone awesome friendly people and rich helped me thru the whole process and whenever I had a question or he always got back to me in a good time and I’m super happy
